"Shhh…" Harry hissed as he and Hermione were sneaking through the hallways. But this only made Hermione giggle more. Hermione had finally confessed to Harry she wanted to learn how to fly so now the two were sneaking out to the quidditch pitch for her first lesson.
"I'm sorry," Hermione whispered, trying to stifle her laughter. "It's just so exciting to be sneaking through the castle like this."
"Like what?" Harry asked. "We've snuck through these halls a million times."
"Yeah, but not then I was Head Girl, or without the invisibility cloak, or without Ron." She reasoned. "This is the first time it's just us."
By now the two teenagers had reached the front doors. Harry eased one open and let Hermione through, before sneaking into the night behind her. The two started laughing in relief of their success once in the safety of the dark.
"That was fun." Harry said, emphasizing each word.
"Yeah," Hermione said. "Want to race?" But without waiting for an answer she took off toward the pitch. Harry ran after her.
Hermione made it to the pitch before Harry caught up to her and tackled her to the ground. The two wrestled till Harry finally overpowered Hermione, he was leaning over her with his legs straddling her hips and her arms were pinned about her head. The two were breathing heavily and their faces were inches away from each other's.
Suddenly Harry had a wild idea and decided to try it out. He lowered his face until his lips were a centimeter from hers.
"I caught you." Harry whispered. "And I'm never letting you go." He lowered his head once more and pressed his lips against hers.
