She couldn't help herself, even now she smiled at the night. The night Draco Malfoy had tempted her. Now here they were engaged and she's finally decided to detail the night that she'd finally allowed herself to feel for the silver ferret. Draco loved to remind her of how perfectly that evening had been planned. They'd been having a few flirty moments before that night but Hermione wouldn't let it go further than that until that night.

Cabin beside the lake. 9pm sharp.

Hermione had received the invitation in the morning by her owl and had spent the whole day thinking about it. She didn't know for sure that it was Draco but she knew that somewhere in her heart she wanted it to be. Subconsciously she knew that she liked Draco, a lot, but she also knew that she didn't want to be hurt. Hermione wanted a man who she felt safe with but that was filled with passion and love and warmth. Something she had never considered Draco Malfoy to have been but she had been wrong.

She'd spent a while dressing up for her night in the cabin. Terrified it was the man she liked and hoping that it was. From the outside all she could pick out was a soft warm glow from behind the curtains. Moving forward she knocked on the door and it swung open. She felt her breath leave her at the beautiful sight. Candles littered the floor providing a small path through the cabin. Rose petals were dotted along the path and she followed them breathing in their rich heady smell.

As she neared what appeared to be the end the candles flowed out into a circle. Moving towards it Hermione saw something move in the shadows but she wasn't scared. Anyone who did this for her was worth the benefit of the doubt. As she stood in the centre of the circle she looked around trying to find the shadow before hands wrapped around her waist. She could feel herself pressed against a muscular body and as she reached out to touch the arms holding her close she felt him move. Hermione gasped as she felt his breath at her ear.

'Hermione Granger I know that your scared of trusting me with your heart. I know that I'm not exactly the poster boy but you have to know that I love you.'

Hermione shivered as his breathy words fell against her skin. Her heart beat became faster and her lips began to dry. She knew she wanted this. She was tempted but what he said and did next signed both their fates. Thin strands of Vivaldi floated through the air as Draco span Hermione around to face him. Pressing his lips to hers she felt her body stiffen before surrendering completely to his. His lips were far to big a temptation to refuse.

'Granger I know your worried about things like romance and passion. Please don't be mad but I may have read your diary. But let me show you that I can make you feel what no other man can. I can make you feel loved and safe and adored but more importantly I can make you feel like the sexiest girl alive and I can bring you more pleasure than any other man because you were made for me.'

With that he lifted her into his arms and moved them to another room. A large fire blazed in the middle of the room and a little way off from that was a giant mattress and loads of pillows and blankets. Hermione peeled off her shoes and tights before going to sit down. However Draco stopped her throwing his shirt down at her, it would be much nicer to lie in according to Draco and Hermione couldn't agree more.

That night had been filled with warm love and fiery kisses. The fire blazing in the hearth was nothing compared to the fire blazing between the two young lovers. It had been a perfect evening and one that made a wonderful tale of following temptation because sometimes what tempts you can be good.
