*Hi everybody! This is my first book and I hope you like it a lot. I put a lot of hard work into this and it will have many chapters soon, but not yet. Whenever you feel comfortable you can read my story.*
One day in a place called Pallet Town, lived a boy named Ash Ketchum. He was ready to begin his journey to become a Pokémon Master, but first he had to go to bed. "I'm so excited I can't get to bed." Ash said. "Well you have to go to bed if you want to get your Pokémon." His mom said. "I know I know mom, I can't stop watching the time." he said. "Well if you want something to watch, watch this, when it's done go to bed." His mom said. When Ash woke up his clock said 8:05. "Oh no I'm late." He said. When he got to Professor Oak's lab there was a crowd of people. When he got to the front, Gary Oak, Professor Oak's son, was standing there with a poke ball in his hand "Well look who's finally here." Gary snarled.
"Wow what Pokémon did you get?" Ash asked. "None of your business, you should of got here in time." Gary said and walked away. "I don't care what Pokémon Gary got, I'm gonna get the best Pokémon in all of Pallet Town." Ash said. Ash walked into Professor Oak's Lab and said "It took me a long time to think about this but, I made my choice. My Pokémon will be Charmander!"
"The early bird gets the worm, or in this case, the Pokémon." Oak said. "That's ok, My Pokémon will be Squirtle! Ash said. "That one was also taken." Oak said. "Well I guess my Pokémon will be Bulbasaur! Ash said. "That is Gary's." Oak said. "But I need a Pokémon!" Ash screamed. "Well uh there is still one more Pokémon but." Oak said. "Please Professor I need a Pokémon please!? Ash said. "Well ok but it's a little unstable." Oak said. "I don't care I need a Pokémon." Ash said. "Ok." Oak said. A poke ball came out of the thing holding the other poke balls. "Wow!" Ash said as he took it. When Ash came out of the door lightning struck. Something weird came from the bolt of lightning. It was a Pokémon that Ash couldn't search on his pokedex. All Ash knew about it was that it was legendary. Ash set off on his journey and of course, was chased by Spearows.
