"Nicky?" Jeff looked down at his boyfriend, peacefully asleep on the couch with his head in Jeff's lap. "Nick, baby, you need to wake up." The boy was absolutely adorable when he was sleeping, but Jeff figured he wouldn't be to happy if he was left in one of the common rooms.
Christmas was slowly approaching, and with only a week left of school, Jeff had decided to get as much work done as possible. He knew he would be stuck for at least past midnight, but Nick had refused to let him be alone. While carefully stroking his fingers down Nick's cheek, he tried to wake the boy up until he actually moved.
" What's... What's going on? You're finished?" Jeff couldn't help but grin at him.
"Yeah, you were a really entertaining company." Nick slowly sat up, peeking at the blond through half-closed eyes.
"Uhm, sorry..." Jeff couldn't help but smile as he stood up.
"It's okay. Now come on sleepy head, let's get you up to bed." He streched out his hand and entwined their fingers as Nick stood up, pulling the boy close to him. As they made their way up the stairs, Nick stopped. Jeff turned around to look at him with an eyebrow raised, but before he could do so, the shorter one reached up and brushed their lips together. Jeff smiled into the kiss, putting his hands on Nicks hips and leaning slightly forward to get better access to his boyfriend's mouth.
After a moment they broke apart, only to lean their foreheads together.
"Merry Christmas, Jeff." Once again, Jeff couldn't help but smile.
"Merry Christmas."
