"Korra, are you sure this is a good idea?" Asami whispers in the dark as Korra drags to into the unknown by her warm hand. "Shh! be quiet or you'll wake my parents up." Korra turns the corner sharpy, and Asami stumbles behind. Their small feet step on the floors with silent taps as they make their way through the house. "Where are we going?" Asami asks quietly and she can hear Korra smile. "Dummy! Don't you know Saint Nick is coming tonight?" Asami scrunches her nose at Korra's remark, "Yeah, but I thought we were supposed to be asleep when he comes." "Says who? We're gunna be the first ones to see him!" Asami stumbles into Korra as she stops into the front family room of their house that holds the Christmas tree inside. Both girls gasp as the light of the tree makes the living room come to life, and they both smile at each other, quietly shouting, "Snow!" As they run to the windows. "I can't believe it's snowing!" Asami smiles and so does Korra, neither of them noticing their hands entwined. "It hasn't snowed on Christmas in a long time here." Korra breaths on the window, using her finger to draw a smiling face before the condensation disappears. Asami giggles, doing the same thing and writing her name. "Check this out," Korra breaths against the window again, before writing both their names and a heart around them. "Korra!" Asami blushes and shoves Korra, who just shrugs and blushes the same. "What?" Korra rubs her arm, and Asami just hugs her from the side. "Nothing."

The two walk together to the couch, sitting by each other and giggling. "Do you think we'll actually see him?" Asami asks, wrapping her arms around her legs and containing her excitement. Korra rubs her tummy sticking out of her bedtime shirt, "I dunno. I hope so. That way I can tell Meanie Mako and Silly Bolin that I did. They'll be so jealous!" Korra yawns the last part of her sentence. "Korra?" Asami asks as she sits and stares at the tree, "Do you ever think that he is tired? From flying around and delivering presents to everyone?" Korra shrugs, "I dunno. Maybe. I guess." Asami grabs Korra's hand suddenly, "Should we give him some milk?" she asks, and Korra sniffs, thinking it over. "Okay, come on." They get off the couch and Korra guides Asami to her fridge. They open it, and both yelp at the blinding light that fills the fridge. They giggle and shoosh each other, and Korra grabs the milk. "You grab the cup." She tell Asami, and the green eyed girl nods, heading to the cupboards. She reaches up to the top cupboard, stretching her arm before she gives up. "Korra, I can't reach it." Blue eyes shine in the dark, "Okay. Here." Suddenly Asami feels Korra's hands on her waist and she whispers, "Jump!" So Asami jumps, and Korra's arms hold her steady as the Sato girl reaches to grab a cup. "Hurry up! You're heavy!" Korra hisses, and Asami finally grabs the cup, "Got it!" And Korra immediately lets go of Asami and she crashes down into Korra, sending them both against the counter with their bodies against each other. Red faces instantly appear, and they both quickly regain composter. "Um, cup?" Korra asks awkwardly, and Asami hands it to her red faced.

"Are you tired?" "No, I'm just resting my eyes." "No you're not, you're sleeping." "No." Asami and Korra lay on the floor leaning against the couch with a blanket they share, occasional yawning and eye rubbing. "Asami?" Korra asks as she hears Asami yawn. "Hm?" Asami's head slowly drops to Korra's shoulder. "Merry Christmas, 'Sami." Korra leans her head on Asami's. "Merry Christmas, Korra." Silent snores followed the rest of the night, and in the morning, the milk was drained from the cup and a tiny present lay by the both of them.
