About midday(more like high noon), Lena and her mother left to the park for a play date with Lena's best friend, Fareeha. She brought along her favorite plush toy, a gorilla she called Winston. As they arrived Lena noticed that there were quite a few other children at the park like two boys, possibly brothers, fighting over a swing, a little girl sitting on a bench playing video games, a boy rollerskating around the concreted area, and another girl on top of a slide looking around with some sort of device around her face. But the one person who stood out to her was a girl with her mother, "Fareeha!" she shouted and ran off as fast as she could to the other girl.
Fareeha ran up to meet her friend and as they met, the had a quick hug. Lena's mother who ran up to her, almost as if she were by the girl's side the whole time gave a heavy sigh, "Lena, you're so fast. You might want to be careful so you don't get hurt." Lena smiled and nodded her head. "Hello there, Angela. It's been too long, hasn't it?" Fareeha's mother said, "Hello, Ana. It is nice to see you again." The two women allowed their children to play while they caught up on recent times.
"Look who I brought!" Lena held up Winston to show to her friend while they were running around on the equipment, "It's so soft!" her friend replied after feeling the gorilla's false fur. Much to their unknowing, a small, thin boy named Jamison was wanting to use the stuffed toy for his own creations, ie turning it into a bomb. When the girls were playing, he and his friend waited for Lena to put down the toy and then forget about it. But of course, she never did. The girl brought her stuffed gorilla everywhere. After about a few minutes, Jamison began to get mad, "Ugh! I can't take this anymore!" He rushed up to Lena and grabbed the gorilla out of her hands, "No! Winston! Give him back!" She chased him to his hideout underneath the playground. Fareeha also ran down to try to get the stuffed toy.
She came close to reaching the boy underneath the jungle gym until he called out for his larger friend who blocked the entrance off. Lena began to maneuver backwards, but the boy in front of her grabbed her by the arm and pulled her over, "Come Ere!" He yelled as he hit the small girl on the arm making her fall down and cry. Fareeha gasped and ran over to get their mothers, "Mom! Dr. Ziegler! Lena got hurt, justice needs to be done!" She led the two women over to where Lena was on the floor, "Lena, what happened?" She pointed at Jamison and then Mako, "He stole Winston and then he hit me." Angela gently pushed Mako out of the way and kneeled down to Jamison's side, "Excuse me, I believe you have something that belongs to that little girl." He looked down at the scraped up toy, "No, it's mine!" The woman frowned, "Please, give the toy back or I'll have to tell your mother." That made the small child nervous. He immediately gave the gorilla to the woman and she handed it back to her child. She smiled but then noticed something, "Oh no, Winston has a cut! He might die!" (R.I.P. Harambe)
Angela took the stuffed animal and inspected it, "Don't worry, heros never die." Ana told her daughter that she was very proud of her actions and they all went home at the end of the day.
