AN: Okay, so this is my first crossover fic, so bear with me. This is only a 'clip' of the fic. I wanted to get your guy's opinion of it, before I started writing more.
This is an accidental pairing that happened in an RP that I'm in. And Zaphikel (my character) was ambushed by Sai at a Halloween party and they ended up having sex and then some how Zaphy fall for Sai and they ended up in a relationship. o.O Strange, I know. But they so cute and angsty together. XDDD 3333 squee
So anyway, this happens four years after the rp and poor Zaphy can't stop thinking about Sai. So yeah, anyway. Read and let me know what you think. XD
-------
Zaphikel stared blankly at the computer screen in front of him, he was supposed to be creating a course layout for his students, but found his mind on other matters. It had been four years since he had seen Sai and it was weighing hard on him. They had kept in touch via computer and Zaphikel's knowledge on how to tap into other world's networks and internets. But for the life of him, he couldn't figure out how to physically get to other worlds or have people from other worlds get to where he was.
So it had been four years since he and Sai where torn apart due to those damned dimensional storms. Four years since he had heard Sai's voice, smelled Sai's scent, felt Sai's touch. In an attempt to try to stop himself from feeling the emptiness, Zaphikel had decided to take on a job offer he received to be the local University's professor of Angel and Demon theory. After he and Sai were torn apart, Zaphikel felt he had no choice but to live on Earth amongst the humans. Considering that everyone in heaven believed him to be dead – as no one ever survives a wing drop – he thought he'd do more good than harm to just exist on Earth. And after striking up a conversation with a man he had no idea was the Dean of the local University, he was offered a job to come and teach this course.
So now Zaphikel found himself sitting n front of a blank computer screen, not being able to get Sai off his mind. He needed to see him, he needed to hold him, he needed to hear his voice, he needed to tell Sai in person that he loved him and would do anything for him. Zaphikel sighed and logged on to his Instant Messenger program, Sai wasn't online. Of course not, he was away on a mission. Zaphikel sighed again and shut off his computer. Now, having no monitor to stare at, he settled for staring at the wall. Why hadn't getting over Anael been this difficult? Perhaps it was because Sai was still alive and still accessible in a way that it made it more difficult to get over him.
