A.N: Hey all! It's been a really really long time since I've posted anything here, and I hope you'll forgive me. Anyway, this is just a short little drabble (the first time I've ever managed to keep it to just a hundred words! (Not counting the title or the song lyrics)) that I whipped up because I randomly got the song 'Eternity' by Dreams Come True from the Swan Princess soundtrack in my head. So yeah... enjoy!
Eternity
"John, I…"
John walked closer to Elizabeth, bridging the gap between them, their eyes never leaving each other for a second. "How about eternity?" he interrupted.
Elizabeth blinked at him, open mouthed. "What?"
"You heard me." He stepped even closer, until barely two inches of space were left between them. They stared at each other, soundlessly communicating more than words ever could. Finally…
"Are you sure?" she asked quietly, with a hint of a smile. "Eternity's a pretty long time."
He grinned softly, but his tone was perfectly serious as he moved in to kiss her. "Not nearly long enough."
"Oh, I'm gonna love you till the end of time… somehow two hearts have made a friend of time… eternity, I'll love you for… eternity…"
