Dawn has always been my favourite part of the day.
To see the horizon slowly light up in soft purples, pinks, oranges and yellows gives me a sense of nostalgia.
With the sunrise comes hope of a new beginning, a chance to start fresh.
I love to sit outside on a bench or up in a tree branch and watch this beautiful occurance that others take for granted.
Never do I talk or listen to music; instead I listen to the early birds, the water dripping from fountains and sprinkler systems and the rustle of a gentle breeze passing through the leaves.
I love sunrises, and I guess it's the fact that they remind me of you that makes them even more enjoyable.
You are always calm and peaceful, always mollifying me in frightening and tense situations.
You bring me back to earth and reality whenever I start to float away, drawing me in with your sensible personality.
You brighten up my world with your beautiful eyes, th eyes in which I can identify hints of color depending upon your mood.
But most importantly, you give me hope to a new beginning, a beginning where we can start our own loving family.
