Harry came up downstairs into The kitchen where he found Sirius reading his Daily Prophet.
"Sirius? Can I go with Ron and Hermione to the Diagon Alley this afternoon?"
"I'm afraid not, Harry... we both know it's not really safe for you there..."
"B-but..."
"No buts." Black interrupted him.
"Why do you always treat me like a child? I'm almost 16..."
"Well, I'd like you to stay safe..."
"That's a bullshit!" Harry yelled.
"That's enough! Go to your room right now!"
Harry turned back and slammed the door.
He started walking up the stairs when he felt a sharp pain in his head. The teenager fell down and suddenly everything went black.
He regained consciousness and found himself in a warm bed in his bedroom.
His godfather was sitting by his side.
Potter tried to stand up but was immediately stopped by Sirius.
"You're not going anywhere, after you've just fainted" His voice was strict, but Harry could also sense some concern.
"S-Sorry Sirius..." he whispered.
"It's not your fault Pup anyway, how are you feeling?" He asked wrapping the blanket tighter around him.
"not really good, to be honest... my head's killing me... stomach too..." he moaned quietly. Black felt his forehead, it was quite warm.
He sighed and went to bring him some potions. Potter took them and fell asleep quickly.
"He must be exhausted..." Sirius whispered to himself and then went down the stairs. He continued reading his newspaper when he heard some noises from the bathroom upstairs.
He went there and knocked on door.
"Harry? Everything alright?" He asked concerned.
"yeah... just feeling a little worse..." he moaned.
Black decided to enter. He found his godson sitting with his arms clenched around his abdomen.
He kneeled beside him and started rubbing his belly softly. "Just take your time Pup"
"Ugh... Sirius that's so embarrassing"
"There's nothing to be ashamed of. You know your father used to get diarrhea quite often... guess your stomatch is sensitive as well" he smiled a little.
After about twenty minutes Harry told him he was done, so he helped him up and took him back to bed.
He also brought him some chamomile tea and hydrating potions.
"Get some sleep now, call me if you need anything" he brushed some hair away from his face and kissed him on forehead.
Two days passed and Harry wasn't any better. His stomatch was still hurting,
he was throwing up and had diarrhea. In the morning he got a migraine so Black made sure that all the curtains were closed.
"Sirius...?" His godson asked him in a weak voice.
"What is it, Harry?"
"Why are you doing this...? You know you don't have to..."
"But I want to. I'm your godfather, I should take a good care of you..."
"But... I don't want to be a bother to you..."
"A bother? What are you saying? That's obviously not true... You're not..."
"Stop lying...!" He sobbed.
The boy tried to get up but was stopped by a powerful vertigo and fell into Sirius arms.
"Why can't it go away?" Harry was still sobbing.
"It will go away soon, I promise." He held him in arms, stroking his hair.
It didn't seem to go away anytime soon.
In the evening Harry went back from his another visit in the loo. Sirius looked at him meaningful but the boy shook his head.
"Go to sleep, I'll call Mrs. Pomfrey in the morning." Sirius covered him with a blanket.
Poppy Pomfrey came in the morning. She examined Harry closely and then went to talk to Sirius.
"He's really weak... probably even dehydrated a bit.
"What should we do?"
"I've given him some potions and herbs.
He should take them and in a few days it'll be much better. He should also drink a lot and rest."
"Thank you, Poppy" Black gave her a grateful look.
He came back to his godson, he was curling up on bed.
Sirius kneeled down and shook him softly.
"How are you feeling?"
"My stomach's killing me." He whispered.
"Do you feel like..."
At that time Harry threw up all over Black.
"Ah... Sirius I'm sorry! I didn't mean to!" he jumped out of bed, covering his mouth.
"Everything's okay Harry, no need to worry" He made him sit down.
"Rest, I'll clean this up and bring you some herbs". He patted his arm.
Harry drank a cup of mint tea and took some potions.
The rest of the day he spent in bed with Sirius by his side. He's been telling him stories of his adventures in Hogwarts with James.
A few more days passed. Harry's condition was much better. In the morning Black brought him some breakfast and another cup of herbs. "Sirius... I was wondering... Could I go with Ron and Hermione somewhere next week?"
"If you're feeling better, then of course you'll go" Black smiled, stroking his hair. "Thanks Sirius... and also thank you for caring for me..." Potter hugged him shyly.
"No problem, I'll be always there for you Harry" He kissed him on forehead.
