During his travels to find the boss level, Kirito went to buy new gear for the boss level. The gear he bought were clothes and boots; all he needed was a new sword.
After a while in a pub he heard two people talking about how to get a powerful sword from a monster.
"I heard that this monster is hard to kill."
"Yeah, I also heard that you have to distract it with light so you strike it."
Kirito walked up to the men and asked,"Do you know where i can find it?"
"Yeah, on the 31st floor in a the dark forest."
"Thanks", and Kirito went to the 31st floor to the dark forest.
Kirito made it to the 31st, but along the way, he had to fight monsters, luckly he bought potions before arriving to the forest.'Yeesh, I didn't think io had to fight this many monsters', he thought and then he heard rustling. He used his thermel heat vision to see what it was, but before he could, the monster ambushed him! Luckly he doged out of the way. He drew his sword to strike but the monster was to fast for him and was struck in the back.'Damn, I didn't think it was this fast!', he thought, so when he saw it, he used his identifying skill to see what it was called; it was called "The Elusive One", it had the body of a man, a head of a snake, and the legs of a dragon. The arms were covered in spikes and moved very swiftly.
'I have to get this thing into the light, or I'm finished.' he thought until he remembered that he has an orb in his went through it and found it, by the time he got it, the struck him, but luckly, Kirito moved out of the way again and tossed to the monster, who started to be attracted to it like a moth. This gave him the chance to strike it with all he had, he charged his blade and struck the monster. Kirito destroyed the monster and leveled up and with it a monster drop, and he liked what he saw. It was what he needed, a new sword, and a powerful one at that, it's name was called "Elucidator". "Finally, I got it, now all I need to do is find the boss level on the 50th floor."
