This is a poem written at midnight. In my opinion, a fitting time to write. It's Palletshipping AKA AshxGary.
I don't own Pokemon or the specific best line from Wolfcry by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. Do own my writing though.
Yoru No Koi
Fingers entwined as
Lips meet in a heated
Battle of lust
They know that
This is forbidden
They shouldn't be together
According to much of their society
But they still love
Each other
Warm breaths tingle each others lips
A meeting every night
When the lights are out
And the world sleeps
They are free
If they are ever caught
They would lose anything and everything
But each other
They will run away
Into the forest
Because together they are complete
As blue and turquoise eyes burn together
Like the heart of the flames
Two words each are said
"Aishiteru Gary."
And
"Aishiteru Ash"
Their lives are each other
Every breath is for the other
Every kiss
Is a drink from the spring of life
They is a single girl
Who watches out for them
She is the same
And though she is alone for now
She will keep them safe
As to not suffer
The greatest pain a heart can feel
She knows that longing
And shields them in her cloak of night
In the daylight
The fire is dimmed
But they do say "Aishiteru" with their eyes
Every time they meet in daylight
An unknown love
That sings clearly in the night
They are the night's children
And she shields them in a blanket of darkness
Nothing completely pulls them apart
Even when one is far away
They can still reach out
And entwine their fingers together
And they would say if asked
"What is it that you really want?"
They would say
"I want to chase the butterflies!"

AishiteruI love you.
A reader pointed out that many people who read this might not understand the meaning of, "I want to chase the butterflies", so I'm explaining it. It's a very powerful line from Wolfcry by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes, and it literally means (I think) "Let me be free"
Please offer up some opinions!
