Again, this is a Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D drabble. I just love Yusei. He's strong, smart, honest, caring and kind hot. Lol.
This one is different from Tonight. It's more a Christmas one. No point of view really.

It's been years since the accident. Yusei has never been the same.
Leo jumped around in the apartment. He was excited as any kid should be. Christmas was tomorrow. Luna, the usually calm and quiet one, was also bouncing around. Tanner and Yanagi were at the dining table, having their lunch. Yusei drowned out all the noise and let himself be surrounded by his thought.
'They died to save you!' One voice screamed at him. He agreed with it.
'They died because they were protecting you!' It screamed again. 'You should have died instead! They were great people but they are lost to the world now!'
Yusei sighed and hung his head, letting his bangs cover his eyes. The voice was right. He couldn't deny it even if he wanted. His parents died for him and he was left alone in the Satellite. Something he know he deserves.
Luna stopped decorating the room to see Yusei with his head hanging. She could sense he was sad but knew he wouldn't willingly tell her. Luna sighed. Yusei would get sad from time to time but she never knew why. Leo didn't notice but Luna was as much of a Signer as Yusei was. They were connected and she knew the truth.
His duel monsters were reaching out to her, wanting to save their master from his pain.
But Luna couldn't do a thing. She was powerless to help.
That would be Yusei's challenge.
