The first flake of winter had fallen.
"It's…snowing?" Demyx had always adored the winter. A smile quickly spread across his face as thought of the holiday season filled his mind. He opened his mouth and stuck out his tongue, hoping to catch a little bit of the holidays for himself. . "Ahhhh" A cold, wet flake quickly melted in his mouth. He began running around, picking up the partially frozen water and throwing it everywhere.
In the doorway of castle Oblivion, stood a boy, with spiky red hair, and green eyes. He chuckled at the sight of the younger nobody, and began a slow walk towards him.
Demyx quickly took notice of his best friend. "Axel! It's snowing!" He yelled happily. Or at least, happy for a nobody. "The first snow of the winter! Ohhhh I'm so excited, aren't you, Axel?"
Axel chuckled at Demyx's blissful innocence. "Of course Demyx, It's wonderful!" He was not so much a fan of winter, being fire, although if Demyx was happy, he was equally.
Demyx picked up a pile of snow, and carefully packed it in his hand. He threw it at who he thought was an unsuspecting Axel, but the older boy quickly countered it with fire, therefore ending the battle.
"Naa, thought you had me there, eh Demy-Chan?"
Demyx goggled and ran away from his fiery friend. Though the ground was slippery, and he soon found himself collapsed on the cold, wet ground staring up at the sky.
"Silly Demy-Chan. You need to be more careful…" Axel sat down next to the boy, and brushed his hand across his face. A bright shade of pink stratched accros his face.
"Axel,wha—"
"Shh…" Axel placed a finger across Demyx's lips, to silence him. He reached into his pocket, and puled out a twig with green leaves an white berries, leaning in towards Demyx. "Mistletoe." He whispered as he pressed his lips to Demyx's.
When Axel let go, Demyx pulled him into a passionate embrace, letting the snow cover them. It was going to be a merry Christmas.
