Disclaimed

A/n: Hola kind readers! Found this itty bitty drabble in the deep, dark confines of my notebook one day and, since Kit is such an adorable OC, decided to fix it up and make it a story. Don't ask me why they're on the train, where they're going, or who the baby daddy is. I don't even know. Make your own conclusions. By the way, this is Mpreg, which is why Kit's mom is a he and not a she. Not a typo. You'll understand by the end. Enjoy!

A child is not a child unless they do things considered silly to adults.

The particular child, rather a smeet, was seated across from his mother, making faces out the window of the speeding train-like object.

Many civilians who noticed the faces looked either amused or merely ignored the behavior.

His mother, on the other hand, was too engrossed in his book to pay attention to what his son was occupying himself with.

Bored with his game, he huffed to himself quietly and sat back in his seat.

He spotted a snack cart at the far end of the aisle, and decided that he was hungry.

"Mama!"exclaimed the little smeet, standing in front of his mother and making gestures with his arms to get his attention.

"Yes, Kit?"asked his mother, tiredly.

"I'm hungry! Can I have something from the cart?"pleaded Kit, pointing towards where the snack cart was located at.

Turning his head to see where it was, his mother sighed and dug into his pocket for some loose monies, pulling out enough for Kit to get one bag of chips.

Victorious, Kit marched up to the snack cart, while his mother shook his head and returned to his book.

Returning with a happy smile and a bag of chips, he sat at his seat, munching noisily on his chips.

His mother raised a non-existent eye-brow that told him to "stop-eating-like-that-or-I'll-toss-you-out-the-window-at-the-next-stop"

Kit knew his mother would never do that to him, but he decided to chew more quietly. Just in case.

Done with his bag, Kit tossed it into the nearest garbage and sat in his seat, completely bored.

He looked out the window. Nothing interesting out there.

He glanced around the environment. Nothing interesting there either.

He looked at his mother, still engrossed in his book. Curious as to what was so interesting about his book, he decided to investigate.

He moved to the seat next to his mother and leaned over his book to see what it was about.

Startled, his mother was taken aback.

"What chu' doin'?"asked Kit, innocently.

"I was reading"replied his mother.

"What chu' readin'?"questioned Kit.

"A book"smiled his mother, knowing that it would annoy his son for not getting a direct answer.

Kit pouted slightly and crawled into his mother's lap, putting himself between his mother and his book.

His mother was a little annoyed at the intrusion, but allowed Kit the privilege of making a seat out of his legs.

He sighed and put his book away, knowing that he wouldn't be reading anymore.

He circled his arms around Kit in a hug and kissed his head, between two antennae.

Kit yawned and two large, crimson eyes closed in sleepiness.

"Tired?"

Kit nodded and closed his eyes, totally asleep.

Kit asleep, his mother finally relaxed, moving his eyes towards the window next to his seat.

Zim calmly gazed around at the speeding scenery. He closed his dark magenta eyes and decided tp catch up on some much needed sleep.
