"Tell me why you did that Kili!" Thorin commanded. Kili slunk down to the floor. Fili looked threw the closed door. Thorin waved his hand to tell Fili to walk away.
"I did it because you are a moron! You don't love us." Kili sobbed holding his teddy. He is 4 after all. Thorin looked at his paperwork.
"That was for work! I can lose my job for that Kili." Thorin moaned. Fili opened the door.
"Uncle please. He didn't mean to." Fili said with pleading eyes. Thorin sighed and poured a drink. He wasn't meant to be drinking by orders of his sister. Bit he was to angry to obey her stupid rules. her rules where:

1- No drinking in front of the young children

2- No hitting for punishment unless what they need punishing for is terrible

3- No smoking in the house

4- No moaning, yelling or ignornant comments

5- Not to let them eat rubbish

6- Not to let them wander out of the garden or out of the house.

He looked at them from the corner of his eye. They turned away. He watched his nephews walk away heart broken. He sighed. Thorin had already broke one rule. Maybe two. He strolled into the drawing room. Thorin 'borrowed' some of his sister's paper and started re-making the work.

Thorin re-drew and re-wrote his work under 10 minutes. He sat out side the living room door. Fili walked out.
"It's okay uncle. Kili wants to apologise anyway. Come on." Fili smiled. Thorin walked in. Kili handed Thorin a card.
"Sorry uncle." He said. Thorin read the card and looked at Kili.
"It's okay lad. I'm not the nicest person in Middle Earth but you still love me. Right?" Thorin laughed. Fili and Kili nodded.
"Of course we love you." They both smiled hugging Thorin.

They sat on the floor playing. Playing with toys knights and dragons. Thorin was the dragon because they said he did awesome dragon voices. He always smiled at that comment. Thorin looked out of the window. He smiled as his friend fell over.
"What are you laughing at uncle?" Kili asked.
"My friend Hawkeye fell over. The idiot." Thorin laughed. Hawkeye smirked at Thorin and walked off. Thorin smiled at his nephews. Fili wrote something in Khuzdûl. Thorin studied the words.
"I never knew you could do that lad." Thorin said surprised.
"Mum said you can write scrolls like this." Fili said. Thorin nodded.
"That is true. I write about family and friends. Also the world out side and past the borders of Ered Luin." Thorin smiled. A knock at the door made Thorin jump. He walked to the door and opened it.
"Hey pal." Said a man. The dwarf laughed. He had brown curly hair and brown eyes.
"Well Trofur IronHelm. If we don't meet again." Thorin smiled. Trofur handed Thorin a parcel.
"From my holiday. See you pal." Trofur said bowing and walking away. Thorin slammed the door shut and walked back to his nephews.

"What is that uncle?" Fili asked looking at the parcel in Thorin's hands. Thorin opened it. A blue robe was in front of him. Thorin pulled it out. Two more were in the box. They both had labels on them. One said for Kili and the other said for Fili.
"Robes. One for me, one for you and one for Kili." Thorin replied. Fili nodded. Thorin hung them up. He smiled at the sight of the colours. Blue, brown and green. Thorin looked at the time.
"Your mum will be home soon lads." Thorin laughed. He wanted to babysit them again.

Before Dis came home, an argument started. Fili and Kili got sent to their rooms.
"I will make sure your mum finds out about this!" Thorin yelled. Maybe he doesn't want to babysit them again. Balin or Dwalin can next time.
