Inspired by Please Don't and Taeyang Wedding Dress

Kaito stared as Shinichi waited in next to him, he saw Shiho walk down the aisle making her way towards them. He had to admit that she did look beautiful in her white fluffy dress, blue flowers in her hands…she makes a wonderful bride. He looked to his left and saw Shinichi's eyes sparkle with adoration and love for the girl. Kaito looked down, he knew that it was impossible but if he could he would steel him away. Shinichi was the love of his life and watching him marry someone was heartbreaking. As the ceremony passed Kaito began to have flashbacks…

-flashback-

"Ne, Shin-chan…" Kaito said.

Shinichi stared at him, "Don't call me that".

"But Shin-chaaan~"

"What do you want Kaito?" Shinichi asked.

"Let's go out and have dinner! I'm starving, there is this new French restaurant that just opened…"

"…fine, let me call Shiho" replied Shinichi.

"Shiho?" Kaito asked.

"Yes…Shiho…she has been telling me wanted to go and this is a great opportune…thanks Kai" Shinichi replied as he walked out of the room.

-end of flashback-

Kaito new something had been up since then…why was he so blind?

-flashback-

They all sat down in the living room, Shiho placed some cups of tea down and sat next to Shinichi. Kaito looked at them through his bangs as he drank the tea.

"Kai" he heard Shinichi say.

He looked up and rose and eyebrow,

"What's up Shin-chan?"

"What have I said about calling me that? Never mind, you won't listen anyways…Shiho and I have some news we would like to share with you" replied Shinichi.

Kaito frowned and looked at them both.

Shiho rose her hand and showed it to him. Kaito saw a ring and his eyes grew a bit wide but he kept his poker face on and just turn his head slightly as to question what he was supposed to be doing.

"Shinichi proposed…we are getting married!" replied Shiho with a small smile as she looked over at Shinichi.

Shinichi smiled and rose his hand as well to show the matching rings. Kaito managed to smile at them both.

-end of flashback

Kaito focused back to the ceremony in time to hear the pastor say,

"If there is anyone who believes that these two shall not come together in holy matrimony, speak now or forever be silent."

Kaito looked at the pastor…his heart breaking, his brain telling him to speak up, to say something…he looked at both Shinichi and Shiho. They both looked so happy, he had never seen Shinichi this happy before…he shook his head and looked down, it was going to kill him but he knew it was better to stay quiet and watch Shinichi be happy.

"In that case I pronounce you husband and wife…you may now kiss the bride."

Kaito felt his eyes water as he saw Shinichi pick up the veil and kiss Shiho. He sucked it up and put on his best poker face, today was Shinichi's day…later tonight he could go and cry all he wants…softly he walked up the couple,

"Congratulations" Kaito said with the biggest and brightest smile he could muster.
