One day, Haruhi came back from school. When she got home, she found someone that looks like her, Haruhi asked who are you. Then Ranka came in and said ah Haruhi let me introduce you to your long lost twin sister who lived in Paris, Hikari is going to Ouran too. The next day, Haruhi brought Hikari to the host club. Haruhi who's that asked Tamaki. She's my twin replied Haruhi. Yes! Said the hitachin brothers in unison. The twins then asked whether she was single. Hey Haru-chan are lesbian asked Honey. After a long explanation the entire host club understood. After school everyone was gossiping about Haruhi and Hikari. When they arrived home they surprisingly found two big presents on top of the dinner table.
A note on the table said dear darlings me and your mother are going to Paris for 2 years. I hope you like the presents. Haruhi and Hikari opened the box and they saw two amazing designer dresses. The next day, Haruhi we're having a masquerade ball and you must attend said Tamaki. All of a sudden the Hitachiin twins came behind the two and said hey Tamaki why did you say only Haruhi why not both of them. Well because we only have 1 dress said Tamaki. Then the Fujioka twins said that they already had dresses. The next two days were hectic because of the upcoming ball, the Hitachiin twins picking decorations, Honey picking what desserts should be served, Mori dashing back and forth getting items for the ball, Kyoya writing in his black file and Tamaki unloading the masks from the box and onto the table.
Several days later, the host club finished decorating the ball room for the masquerade ball. That day, we finally finished said Haruhi and Hikari and then breathed a sigh of relief. When they got home they immediately went to take a nap for an hour or so. When it was 3pm they decided to go and cook dinner. While they were cooking Haruhi and Hikari were thinking whether they should go or not. The day of the ball, Haruhi and Hikari fell horribly ill. Hikaru and Kaoru visited them in the morning so they could go to school together. They knocked on the door, but nobody answered so they knocked harder and screamed Haruhi, Hikari. Then Haruhi walked to the door opened it and weakly said Good morning me and my sister aren't going to school today because we have a fever. Then they said okay we'll tell the others.
When the Hitachiin twins arrived at Ouran they saw Tamaki waiting at the front gate eagerly waiting for the Fujioka's to arrive. When the Hitachiin's got out of their limo Tamaki asked where's Haruhi and her sister. Their sick replied Kaoru, then Tamaki froze and broke into a million pieces. Hikaru started to sweep the remaining pieces of Tamaki and went to the host club poured him on the floor and said Tamaki broke again. Then Tamaki reconstructed himself and cried my two precious daughters are sick, then sat in a corner growing mushrooms. Kyoya then slapped Tamaki and said snap out of it, then the twins followed him and said it's just a fever it's not like their gonna die. Then Honey and Mori appeared out of nowhere, and Honey said are Haru-chan and Hika-chan not coming. Kyoya cold-heartedly said yup they're not coming.
