Kakkarot Reborn
chapter 1
The sky is peaceful. Not at all giving signs that the Cell games would soon start.
Goku and Gohan rest easily on their backs out in a fresh green feild.
Butterflys twirl around them and dance with a breezesent whirl of rose pedels.
Goku smiles his ussual pleasent smile even though the nearing doom of the Cell games grows ever nearer.
A flock of birds swoop into the area and begin chirping about above the two super saiyans' heads.
At first, Goku was happy to hear the cheerful cry of the birds....but then suddenly other thoughts entered his head.
'Damnit! Why cant they shut up!'
Surprized by his own thoughts, Goku jumps to his feet.
'I...I love birds why....do i suddenly...WANT TO BLAST THEM TO HELL!'
Gohan's eyes opened from his father's comotion."Dad....whats going on?"
Goku's head spun to face Gohan,an expression of anger on his face that the groggy young saiyan could not see yet.
'NO!I cant let Gohan see me like this...'
"Gohan! STAY HERE,DO NOT FOLLOW ME!"
With that, Goku is envoloped in energy and flys up and is gone from view in seconds.
Gohan can only stand up and watch with confussed eyes as his father sppeds off alone.
Krillin sends a wave of ki through the sea,causing it to split and the waves to crash into one another like combantants of war.
Suddenly, Goku landed on the small peice of land known as Roshi's island.
Krillin smiled and ran over to his friend. "Hey Goku! whats up! I think im ready for Cell....well...almost"
Goku,whose head was slightly down,now rises it so that his eyes meet with the small man.
Goku's expession is apathic and the joyful glow that ussually dances in his eyes is not there.
"Goku...?"
"What planet is this?"
"Uuuuh Goku...its Earth...you know that"
"Earth!This should have been destroyed years ago! Look at me im a grown man!"
Krillin looks at his friend blankly.
"And you....why do you call me this...this Goku and are you an Earthling"
"Hoo boy you've been hanging around Vegeta too much"
"Ive been to Vegeta recently? when?"
"Umm...pardon my asking but....what is your name?"
Goku grins and begins to chuckle as he walks towards the edge of the island,water crashes against his ankles as he stand looking out in to the sea.
"My name is K--"
"......."
"What is this!" Goku stares into his reflection in the water for a startling surprize.
He then begins pulling at his hair. "Blonde?! What happen to my saiyan black hair!? What have you done to it earthman?!"
"G-Goku....dont you remember...? your a super saiyan"
"Super....Super saiyan?"
Goku looks again into the ocrean waters to stare at his reflection.
'Ah yes' He thinks ' I do seem to remember hearing something of that...'
A saiyan spacepod soars through space towards planet earth. The saiyan baby inside is called Kakkarot, the baby sleeps sounbdly while listening to the drooning sound of a robotic female voice.
"Your mission.Kakkarot. Is to. destroy all Earthlings. Destroy all Earthlings. Now, for tonight's Saiyan lesson. The Saiyan. is a fighting tribe. They pride themselves. In being the strongest warriors in the galaxy. Though they. Know they can not. Beat Master. Freeza.
The Saiyan. Have a ledgend. The ledgend dates back to many. Decades amoung your.Race.The ledgend. Is that.A Super Saiyan. Will rise every. Centary or so."
'Ah...so the ledgend is true,and ive become that super saiyan. but i have no memory of that....nor anything else but being an infinte!...perhaps this bald fellow can be a good souce of information before i kill him...'
