Chapter 1: Welcome back!

Sonic looked up at the large bronze door to a home he was very familiar with, the smash mansion he had made lots of friends in this one house I wonder how man returned this time? He thought.
Sonic put on his signature smirk and opened the grand door wondering about how things would go this time around. "Welcome back!" A bunch of smashers leaped out of nowhere causing Sonic to scream and lean against the door. "Oh..uhh did we scare you, Sonic?" Kirby asked. Sonic sighed "Y-yes you did but it's great to be welcomed by you guys." Sonic smiled.
He looked around at the party seeing a few notable faces; Kirby the puffball was always trouble at mealtimes but otherwise meant well, Captain Falcon someone who loved to race and always challenged him whenever he was free but the two stayed good friends for the majority of brawl, and Pit his best friend, they along with Link and Marth loved to pull pranks and poke fun at others namely Meta knight and Luigi.
"So where are the others? Or are you all?" Sonic chuckled "No we have a bunch of the others in the battle central" Pit grinned "speaking of which you better go to your first match!" Captain Falcon nodded "Yes! Your first match will be against Pikachu!" Sonic nodded and with a smile left to battle central.
