It was raining outside.
The room was cold.
Her eyes closed, trying to stop her tears from falling.
The phone rings…
She opened her eyes, revealing piercing dark orbs.
'How?' She frowned. No one is supposed to know that she's HOME.
She is supposed to be in Rome now, she planned on starting her new life there, but then, something made her decide that she should change plans in order to confuse the person who was trying to locate her- she went back to her parent's house, nobody will ever think that she'll be staying there.
Her eyes narrowed. She glared at the phone.
The phone didn't stop ringing even though no one is answering. The person must have thought that she didn't left the country for good.
But then, there's only one person who knows how her mind works…
'Tezuka.'
But then, No. This must not be Tezuka.
The phone continued to ring despite of the fact that no one is answering it.
'Where's a servant if you need one?' She thought to herself. Oh, yeah! She remembered that she gave them all a month long vacation yesterday, because she just wanted to be alone.
She picked up the phone, she thought of mimicking one of her servant's voice so that she will not be recognized.
"Imonoyama residence." She answered.
"Rin-" hearing the voice on the other line, she immediately pulled the cord of the phone, disconnecting the line for good.
Her heart beats like she was being chased by a raging bull, and it hurts.
Of all the people, why does it have to be him? She thought she could outsmart him, but no, she didn't.
She tried to calm herself, combing her long black hair with her fingers. She needs to calm down. Stress won't give her good results.
Something twists in her stomach. She almost smile, and caressed it.
'I'm hungry.' she thought.
Yes, eating is the best thing to do now. Vegetable salad…pizza...Pasta... She wants more…
Imonoyama Rin, smiled at her thoughts. She made her way to the kitchen. She remembered that she ordered those foods earlier that morning.
She sat down on the table in the kitchen, letting herself fill her stomach with the foods she's craving for since yesterday.
"Ahh~ oishii!" she said and started eating more.
In the middle of her eating, a loud knock interrupted her. No, its not just a normal knock. It's banging. Someone is banging at her door.
She felt fear creeping up to her spines.
"Rin, Open the door!" the voice commanded, it was to familiar for her to not recognize it.
She decided not to answer.
"I know you're here, Rin!" The voice continued.
The banging never stopped.
"Leave!" she finally snapped, irritated now. "I don't need to see you!" she declared.
"Let's talk." the voice said.
"We don't have anything to talk about, Atobe." She said.
"Keigo," He corrected" Atobe, leave." So stubborn.
There was a moment of silence until a loud thud was heard and the front door was opened.
'Damn, the front door's broken' she cursed under her breath.
"Atobe…"
"Rin," they both acknowledge each other.
"Let's talk Rin" Atobe started in demand, in his low calm voice.
When she saw him, she felt that she wanted to scream at his face. But decided not to.
"No," she answered plainly.
And there was a staring match.
A/N: so? What do you think? It wasn't done yet, I was planning to finish the whole Atobe thing in one chapter, but SOMEONE, interrupted ore-sama!
