Shinichi kudo was shot in his right eye in a violent fight with the Black organization. He won but his eye was destroyed and he was scared around the eye socket. Where the eye was missing was so discussing you wouldn't dare think about it. Now he hides his face in shame as he haunts the police department in Tokyo. He's know as the Phantom of the metropolitan.
Just a thought of a story I could do, is it a good idea?
