Looking back at life when he was there with her made her want to cry more. Is this what it feels like to lose someone so dear to you? To have your missing puzzle piece gone.
" It's funny that once I find love it's ripped right out of my hands."
She stroked her dead lovers face.
" Sakura we need to go. Naruto's dead and there's nothing we can do about it" said Sai
" I understand just give me a minute."
"Ok just don't do something you'll regret" Sai exclaimed looking more pale than usual
" Naruto I know you wanted to protect everyone and for that your my hero. I just wish that you didn't die in the process. Looking at you now reminds me of when we were little. Do you remember."
*flash back*
" Hey sakura would you go out with me" screamed a knuckle headed blond ninja
" Of course not Naruto your not my type now get away before I hit you."
* End of flash back*
" I remember you always asked me out and I would reply no. Now look now that I'm ready it's to late. Naruto I love you and I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you when you always had to protect me."
Sakura got up and let Kakshi and Sai take hold of Naruto's body so they can carry him to the village so he can be buried.
Later that night when Sakura went home she laued in the middle of her room holding on to a charm bracelet that Naruto had given her before they went to war with Madara.
She held on to the charm bracelet and cried and cried and cried untill she couldn't.
" Naruto thank you for loving me when no one else did".
