Now and Then
Rose Tyler-Smith was thinking, which was nothing out of sorts, thinking was something Rose did often, it was what she was thinking of that was a rare occurrence.
Rose was thinking of the Doctor. Not her husband, John, but The Doctor. What he was doing, who he was with, not that it was any concern of hers. She knew this of course, that the Doctor was no longer her Doctor, but someone else's. She wondered if he was still with that woman…what was her name, oh yes…Donna. She wondered if he was still the same, or if he had regenerated…what would he look like…but most of all she wondered if he was thinking…thinking of her.
Rose was torn from her thoughts by her 4 year old son, Christopher, tearing through the room followed shortly by her 2 year old daughter, Kailey. She got up to follow her children, knowing this would happen again. Knowing she would think of him, as she did every now and then.
