Hi I'm Rachel. :)
In search of another medium to express my eight billion and one thoughts and emotions, I turned to the art of writing. It seemed fun, so I figured why not. It isn't really quality or anything, so sorry about this.
People usually associate Rachel Berry with the words "crazy", "annoying", and "obsessive". But really, I think she's a sweet, loving person. She's just misunderstood.

"Hands touch, eyes meet
Sudden silence, sudden heat."
No one understood Rachel Berry. Her personality was strong, and she often came across as crazy and obsessive. But none of that was true. She was just... Different. But despite the misunderstanding from her fellow Glee club members, she always knew what she wanted: Finn Hudson.
"Hearts leap in a giddy whirl
He could be that boy...
But I'm not that girl."
She may be young, but Rachel Berry knew love. The way she felt for Finn was true love, no matter what the others would say. She knew that he was meant for her. But she also knew that he would never think of her the same way...
"Every so often, we long to steal
To the land of what-might-have-been.
But that doesn't soften the ache we feel,
When reality sets back in..."
She would often dream that maybe, one day Finn Hudson would love her back. The thought alone filled her with such warmth and happiness that she almost though it was real. But then they would pass each other in the halls, and reality would hit her. She would never be his.
"Blithe smile, lithe limb
She who's winsome, she wins him
Gold hair with gentle curl
That's the girl he chose
And heaven knows
I'm not that girl..."
Quinn was perfect. Blonde and fit, she was more beautiful than Rachel Berry ever thought she herself would be. Even though she wished it wasn't true, she knew why Finn had chosen her. It was too obvious, and this pained Rachel to no end.
"Don't wish, don't start
Wishing only wounds the heart.
I wasn't born for the rose and pearl."
Eventually, Rachel Berry gave up. As painful as it was, she realised that she would never be the one. Finn would never love her, never want her like he wanted Quinn. She soon understood that she was not meant to be chosen. She was not meant to be loved by the one she dreamed of. She was not that girl.
