Hermoine Granger paced back and forth around Ginny's bedroom. Hermoine had been rambling on for sometime to Ginny, but she just couldn't pay attention.
"...So Ginny what I'm trying to say is that, I'm not quite sure when Ronald is going to propose!"
Upon hearing the word "propose" Ginny snapped out of her little trance, and looked at Hermoine with wide eyes.
"W-w-w-what?" She stammered.
"Propose. I want him to propose."
"Why? I thought you were perfectly happy dating."
"He is. I'm not."
"Maybe it's best.'
"You and Harry are engaged."
"Yes, but..."
"No but's. I want him to propose!"
Ginny rolled her eyes and began flipping through Witch Weekly. Hermoine began to imagine herself in a long white gown, Ron in dress robes, all of their friends and family side by side. It was a wondeful thought. An amazingly wonderful thought. How lovely it would be to be married to Ronald. Too bad he didn't feel the same way. Why didn't he feel the same way? Maybe it was just the way he was. She didn't know. She all of a sudden felt that the only thing in the world, that she knew was how much she loved him. Hermoine Granger was not one to surrender to love, but she all of a sudden thought that it was time, that she do just that.
Hermoine was broken from her thought as Ginny spoke. "Speaking of weddings. Mum is going to be done with my dress soon."
Rolling her eyes Hermoine said, "How exciting. How very very exciting."
"But how am I going to do it Harry?" Ronald Weasley asked for what seemed like the hundredth time.
"Look mate, I glad that you're looking to me for advice, but you don't need to plan out every single detail."
"I know. It's just that I'm nervous. What if she says no?"
Harry laughed to himself. Of course Hermoine would say yes. Anyone with half a brain could see that Ron and Hermoine were deeply in love, except for well them.
"She won't mate. Now go get ready. You're taking her to dinner tonight."
