Authors note: I am part of a youth theatre call Dynamo and at the minute we are putting on the school edition of Les mis and I play one of the revolutionaries among other things. Anyway, while we where rehearsing 'a little fall of rain' once Eponine had died and been carried of stage, as directed to, Enjoiras gave Maruis a manly hug and because they are boys they decided to take it a little further as a joke. Had us all crying with laughter. So when I was no longer needed and sat in the corner I decided to write this!

"...Black. The night that ends at last!"

With that last line, the students departed to make plans for the rebellion. Within seconds the only two left in the little cafe were Marius and Enjoiras.

"Is it true?" Enjoiras asked breaking the silence.

"Huh?"

"Do you believe that you have really found the love of your life." he reworded, a hint of irritation leaking into his voice. Marius looked up as he realised what this meant.

"No! I mean... Yes. Umm... No."

Enjoiras looked around to check that no one was around and sat down next to Marius, leaning in close.

"You better not have." he whispered as he leaned in closer. Marius cringed nervously.

"Enjoiras, don't. Not here, someone might see." He said.

Enjoiras ignored him as he wrapped his strong arms around him. "There's no one around." He whispered.

Marius couldn't stop the sigh that escaped his lips as he felt Enjoiras' gently press against his neck.

Enjoiras smiled as he felt Marius relax in his arms. He knew that Marius had definatly fallen in love with some girl, but he didn't mind. In fact he was glad! If they carried on as they were someone was bound to catch them and god knows what would happen if that did…

Suddenly, they heard footsteps coming up the path toward the café. They jumped back to opposite side of the table just in time.

The Thenardiers looked around at the café and sort of stumbled/waddled over to the bar.

"WAITER! BAR TENDER! WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO BE CALLED!" Madam Thenardier yelled through the open door on the other side. When she didn't get an answer she turned back to her revolting husband.

"'cor! Ea'eries these day's!"
