"The answer is negative nine," Kent deadpanned, "Your recent puzzles are getting less difficult... "How come, Ikkyu?"
Ikki shrugged, he wasn't even sure why himself.
Was it stress? Nope. Was it work? Naw! He thinks that he knows, but he just can't put it into words. In short, he didn't know anyway.
"Answer me," Ken requested, raising an eyebrow.
"I dunno," Ikki simply responded, "It might be that yours are getting harder and harder…"
The Clover shook his head and said, "I know something is bothering you. Tell me about it."
The Spade was somewhat surprised, that his best friend offered him to listen to his troubles. He never ever let Kent hear about his worries. But then he just knew, like a magical crystal ball that predicts accurately.
Yet this time, Kent doesn't know.
"I think it might be my girlfriend," Ikki sighed, "You probably noticed my relationships ended in three months… They all broke up with me."
His best friend's eyes widened, he finally knew- not only the reason but also about Ikki's exs.
"I can tell you this," he bit his lip, "Those girls agreed on something or they might have never loved you to start with."
Ikkyu punched the wall out of frustration. Why did he only realize this now?! Most of his exs are from his damn fan club! He failed to notice this long ago.
"Thanks Ken," he gritted his teeth. "She might be the same…"
"She might be not," Kent bluntly stated.
"Y'know, I've grown tired of women."
"What?"
"You heard me."
What does that exactly mean? A womanizer grown that has tired of women. For real?
"Then, does that m—"
"Not exactly!" the flirt retorted.
"So?"
"Give me some more time to think…"
Kent just stared at him, his vivid eyes filled with mystery. He sighed and hugged him, trying to comfort him. Ikki accepted the hug with his warm arms, and Ken whispered…
"I'm always available for you, Ikkyu…"
