What have you done now?
I know I'd better stop tryin',
Guy looked darkly at Marian has he marched past. She was the Nightwatchman. Why had he saved her?
You know that there's no denying,
A flood of guilt washed over Marian as he left her sight. Her hands shook as she realised what he had done. Her throat grew dry as she walked away.
I won't show mercy on you now,
I know I should stop beliving,
I know that there's no retrieving,
It's over now,
"No..." Guy stumbled back looking upon Marian's face. The Nightwatchman had been under his nose this whole time. Lying to him.
What have you done now?
I, I've been waiting for someone like you,
And now you are slipping away,
Marian was all he had ever wanted, but she had cheated him. She deserved what she was getting.
What have you done now?
Why, why does fate make us suffer?
There's a curse between us, between me and you.
Guy caught Marian by the waist and threw her back, landing face first at the fireplace. "You think I was going to sit here and wait to be excecuted?" Guy glared down at her. "No," He shouted. "I expect you know when you're beaten!"
