Thamiezel and Zelestra slouch upon their new throne, built on the planet Cul-Cerberon. Thamiezel wiggles his body like a wet dog, shaking off his tiredness and boredom. Zelestra drinks a glass of blood, and then eats the glass, crunching and chewing the jagged shards.

"Yo bro."

"What?"

"I'm in 'pane.' Get it? Glass."

Thamiezel rolls his eyes, leaning back into his seat as several vampires and dragons fly past the balcony. Thamiezel thinks back to his family. The twins have worked over the last three months helping their loved ones adjust to their new lives as part of the empire. They have also studied the paths and entryways to the circles of Inferno, working with several minor devils that still know the hidden ways out of Hell, away from the eyes of the greater demon lords. Thamiezel smiles, feeling his love for his family return. He had forgotten all of them, save for his sister.

"So, my sister, we have them again."

"Yes… it has been a long time."

"Far too long… I'm bored. Want to go to a party?"

"Every day is a 'par-day' with you."

"That pun stole a piece of my soul."

"Then we'll have to get you new shoes!"

"I… ugh…. argh…"

Thamiezel sighs as Zelestra giggles in her seat.

"So… do you think we're ready, brother?"

"… I believe so. We know how to breach the first circle, perhaps reach the second. But after that… we'll have to find our own way around. I don't trust any of the devils in our empire from the circles lower than the first. They might just let slip that we're coming, and then we'll be greeted with an army of Pyriphlegoth's elite."

"That would suck. But we'll make it. Hopefully it doesn't take too long."

"I know."

Thamiezel stretches as he thinks back on their recent endeavors. The mad rulers had claimed the entire galaxy. Paradise has been forced to acknowledge their kingdom, lest Inferno rise to challenge the heavenly forces. A new power has come to extend its name beyond their galaxy. Bill Cipher, once a lowly dream demon of near unlimited knowledge, has become one of the twins' most dangerous allies. He is the master of his own world, an unending nightmare playground of his own design that uses slaves taken from other parts of Thamiezel's empire. The insane theme park has become a favorite spot for demons and higher dimensional beings to visit and torment lower life forms. Before the twins can leave to see their own family, the golden triangle flies into their tower to catch up with Thamiezel.

"Hey, buddy." Thamiezel says. Thamiezel shakes Bill's hand. Then they bump their fists together and wiggle their fingers.

"So, I hope your theme park is doing well."

"Yeah, it's going great!"

"And the staff is treated well?"

"Yep. Two days break and rotations from the fun pit every month. Although I don't know why they wouldn't want to keep going."

"Because not everyone enjoys the sensation of dying horribly as much as us."

"Yeah, yeah. So, you want to come over? V.I.P. passes. Good from now until forever and ever!"

"Not today. We're getting ready for the big event."

"Is the war coming already? I haven't had time to build up my dimensional bunker."

"Oh, no. Not that. We're going to go to Hell."

"Oh, yeah. That place. Bunch of weirdos."

"Any advice?"

"Uh, don't get caught. With how much your messing up for us fine, fun fellows, you're basically número uno on most of their hit lists."

"I'll need to be a low power player. A challenge. I like challenges."

Bill Cipher and Thamiezel discuss their deranged mischievous fun while Zelestra taps her fingers, irritated by Bill Cipher. She ignores any of his prodding and poking, even when he feigns anger, shouting and towering above her. She simply rolls her eyes as Bill returns to his normal size. The mad pyramid sighs, turning back to Thamiezel.

"Well, anyways, did you catch that new film by Stanley Kubrick?" Bill asks.

"Not yet. How was it?"

"Sad and depressing, yearning for his dead world while mourning the loss of innocence and humanity. So, you know, hilarious!"

"Awesome. I'll have to see it when we get back."

"Yeah. Anyways, I should get back to my park. I've got a new attraction featuring fat Esylions being exploded. The guys go 'kaboom!' and 'splash!' Honestly, it's all really fun."

"Neat. I'll see it when we get back. Goodbye, my four-sided friend."

"See you later, you squishy meat bag."

Bill Cipher drifts away into the night. Zelestra lets out an annoyed sigh.

"You still don't like him, sister?"

"Of course not. He's a butt."

"Obviously. But aren't I a butt, too?"

"The most adorable butt there is."

The twins giggle as they step off their throne. They gaze out into their world. The distant star offers a permanent peace for the creatures of the night, and the spirits of Zelestra's family have come to dwell on the world. But there are souls missing. The twins' grandmother and great uncle have been claimed by Inferno.

"I wonder what Gran's done to end up downstairs, brother."

"I don't know. Maybe they just didn't see a need for her soul in Paradise. Most of the time they do that and think up an excuse later."

"Well, either way, I look forward to seeing what the other realm is like. Apparently the first and second circles are quite fun."

"Like an endless frat party with mutilation and death."

"I wonder if there are any cute succubi or incubi who will come back with us."

"Sister, you are a dirty girl."

"The dirtiest."

The twins become great shadows as they move down the tower. They travel through the city and towards the home of their parents and Zelestra's descendants. The twins reform their human shapes outside the door of the large manor. The building is large enough for each member of their bloodline to live peacefully, beginning with their grandfather and moving down to Zelestra's last descendants. Zelestra politely knocks. After several seconds the door opens. The twins bow before their mother, who waves awkwardly at the pair.

"Hello, mother." Zelestra says.

"Hey…"

"Can we come in?"

"Uh, yeah. Sure."

The twins walk in after their mother. They both smile to her, unveiling their mask of tyranny and madness in her presence.

"So, what's new with you?" Zelestra asks.

"I… nothing much. Just, like, waiting, is all."

"Yeah. Eternity is weird, ain't it?"

"Yeah."

The twins walk through the painted brown entrance, moving through a door to the left of the mansion leading to the twins' parents' area. The twins pass by a staircase that heads for the bedrooms. The twins move into the large living room and relax on the couch. They turn on the television with their minds. The twins' mother stares at her children, who treat their insane life as if it's perfectly normal. Zelestra turns to see her mother.

"What's wrong?"

"You… just… this."

"Well, every ruler has to start out somewhere. I mean, little Zeus probably had no idea he would end up in a war with his dad. And I doubt crony, cranky Cronus knew he would end up ruler over a thousand galaxies."

"So many gods. I hope we last longer than those two, sister. Cronus was beaten after only five hundred million years. Zeus didn't even last a million!"

Thamiezel scoffs in disbelief at the deity's short reign.

"What… what killed Zeus?" the twins' mother whispers.

"Titans came back and wanted revenge. Led by Athena. Happened around the same time Asgard was attacked by the Jötunns. And Ra was slain by Apophis. Most likely our fun friend up top was getting tired of all these different gods running around."

The twins' mother turns away in disbelief. The twins are discussing war and Armageddon as if it is simply part of their job. An annoyance that occurs from time to time. Thamiezel stretches as the twins' father walks into the living room. Zelestra stands up and runs over to meet him.

"Hey. How's it going, Dad? Enjoying eternity?"

"Uh… it's alright."

"I think it's wonderful…
So much to do.
So much to see.
Wouldn't you know it?
So much to be!..."

"Are you going to break into song?" Thamiezel asks.

"No. That's your thing."

Thamiezel chuckles as he sends a dark appendage out of his shoulder, which slithers away from the living room. His protrusion snakes into the kitchen past Zelestra's granddaughter. The lady squeaks at the murky tentacle, which opens up the refrigerator. Thamiezel looks through and finds a can of coke. He creates a replica with his power. The tendril returns to Thamiezel, who takes the beverage and opens it. Thamiezel slurps the entire drink out before speaking again.

"So, mother, we will be heading out soon."

"Where?"

"Hell. Possibly the most dangerous place in all of existence. It's going to be fun!"

Thamiezel's mother walks over and looks at her son. She doesn't know how to talk with him anymore. An unbreakable barrier separates them. He had butchered countless innocents and destroyed entire planets. And now he's back, chatting like nothing has changed. He smiles warmly at her as Zelestra shifts next to him. She threads her fingers with his. Four adults walk down the staircase. Stan, a blonde man with blue eyes, and Bella, a blue-eyed, seemingly shorter version of Mabel. Zelestra's children and their wives head the door, ready to leave.

"Where are you going?" Zelestra asks.

"That new movie by Stanley Kubrick's just came out. It got really good reviews." Stan replies.

"Well, I can convince the theater to delay a couple minutes."

Zelestra's two twins look at each other before moving back while Bella's wife walks outside, humming in boredom as she waits. Stan's wife walks back to the kitchen for a drink. Zelestra's children sit on the couch next to their mother, grabbing her into a hug. Zelestra smiles, holding her children tightly and squealing happily. Thamiezel stays back, knowing their love for him is not as strong. He flips through the channels with his mind as Zelestra huddles with her grown up kids.

"So, are you going to go delay the film?" Bella asks.

"I already did. The manager was quite frightened."

Stan stifles a laugh as his wife comes out of the kitchen, sitting next to the insane family on a chair.

"So, where's Greg?" Zelestra asks Bella.

"He's… I don't know. We still talk some… but he stays away from here."

"He… has he said anything about me?"

"Nothing."

Thamiezel senses his sister's heart falter. The man had thrown away his love for Zelestra, knowing she had become the divine monster who rules by her brother's side. The hole in Zelestra's heart still remains. Thamiezel clenches his fist, contemplating any vile fate he should put Greg through.

"I could rip his intestines… No… she wouldn't want me to… even though he deserves it."

"Brother, you aren't hiding your thoughts. No need to be grumpy."

"Sorry, just, I know it still hurts."

"Yes…"

Stanley, the twins' grandfather, walks through the living room in an inattentive daze. Thamiezel and Zelestra remember their target, their mission. To rescue his brother and his wife, reuniting as much of their family as they can.

"Well… we should go, right sister?"

"Yes. We will return." Zelestra says.

The twins vanish in the blink of an eye. They return to their throne to begin the preparations for their infiltration of the dark realm. They find Alice Pines waiting for them. Killed by Thamiezel, returned as a vengeful angel, and now the twins' reluctant ally, Alice Pines desires to free her husband from the chains of Inferno. She has been given dark powers by Thamiezel, transformed into an angel of light and shadow.

"Are you two going yet?" Alice asks, kicking her legs and yawning in boredom.

"Yes. Are you coming with?" Zelestra responds.

"Yes."

"And just so we're on the same page. Do you still hate me?" inquires Thamiezel.

"Yeah, pretty much."

"Good to know."

Thamiezel and Zelestra cut off all access to their throne. They seal the balcony off with a dark aura and shut the doors to their throne, preventing any of their servants from stumbling into what will become a portal to Inferno. The twins disguise their appearance. Thamiezel's eyes become black, leaking smoke from the sockets. The only lights are the thin yellow slits glowing brightly amidst the darkness, like a harvest moon amidst the black sky. His ears are long and pointed while his teeth are permanently bared in a jagged, hellish smile, his lips having receded. Zelestra's starlight dress has changed into a dark tuxedo and black and white stripped undershirt. She wears a tie and diamond-like earrings. Her eyes glow dark red with black centers and her lips appear luscious and red.

Thamiezel and Zelestra begin speaking in the language of Hell. An ethereal red glow comes from the floor of the throne. Dark markings begin to carve into the floor, appearing in nine interconnected rings moving closer to the center. The words of Hell mark the throne room, transforming the area into a gateway. As the twins finish their incantations, a thread of fire spreads from the top of the circle to the bottom. The fire carves into the unholy markings and the floor begins to split apart. The entrance to Hell is opened and the three travelers step through the gate. They fall through the threshold, passing through the eye of a tornado of fire. The three land within the first circle of Hell.

Countless spirits of the dead fly with the winds of Inferno overhead as an unending swarm. The sky glows and seems to ebb and flow, appearing as an ocean of red. Gigantic volcanoes and buildings line the near infinite landscape of the first circle, spreading out into the distance until they come to the edge of the dark dimension. Any who attempt to go beyond the unstable world risk falling out of existence and into the void between universes. A cacophony of noise echoes through the kingdom. The sounds of shouting, fighting, and pleasure ring in the ears of the travelers. The spirits that are clad in their original bodies dwell upon the surface, reduced to a near endless, sleepless indulgence.

"So, this is Hell. Noisy and irritating." Alice says.

"Reminds me of my college dorm room days." Zelestra says, waxing nostalgically for her human life.

"Well then, now we just have to discover where the humans dwell." Thamiezel responds.

"Any idea where to start?" Alice mutters, looking around the dark world with little interest in staying any longer.

"No clue. In hindsight I should have asked for, like, a map or something. Apologies."

"Well, look on the bright side, brother. Now we can take the time to see the sights! We're like tourists."

"Dimension hopping tourists."

"Yeah, but if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to get going." Alice says. Thamiezel rolls his eyes at the impatient angel.

"Come now. We have all of eternity to get him back. Unless some spirit eating monkey destroys everything."

Alice grunts in annoyance. The twins follow their headstrong ally, searching for the dwellings of the human spirits. They pass by countless buildings, built up in the culture of those who live within, using the small reminders of their past to maintain their sanity in the chaotic realm.

They come across millions of souls fleeing from several explosions. The twins find giant, unstable, mindless creatures spreading out from a gateway in the ground. The demons are skinless abominations, eyes glowing with fire and smoke. Some appear as four-legged animals, others more humanoid. The monsters, having run out of victims, have turned on each other. But when Thamiezel, Zelestra, and Alice reveal themselves, the demons stop their infighting. They all turn against the three and begin to attack. Zelestra removes a chainsaw covered in glitter from inside her tuxedo, cackling maniacally as she pushes it against a demon and decapitating it. Alice stutters, surprised by her ancestor's materialized weapon.

"I, uh, w-what? Where'd you get a chainsaw?!" Alice shouts.

"Chainsaw painsaw!"

Zelestra cackles with a high-pitched whine as Thamiezel removes his top hat and slides a double-barrel shotgun out, aiming for a deer-like berserker's head and shooting. The head explodes in a shower of meat chunks, splashing onto Thamiezel's face. His eye slits flash red, savoring the satisfaction of killing the demon. He pumps the gun, emptying the used casing onto the ground, and fires again. A demon's upper torso explodes into pieces from the shotgun blast as Zelestra forces the chainsaw through another demon's head, cutting off its scalp. She loses herself in the madness, giggling and laughing as she carves apart the demons.

"This is good therapy, sister."

"Rip and tear! Rip and tear!"

Alice herself jumps into the fray, carving at the demons with her angelic blade and cutting swaths through hundreds of them. She isn't as slow and indulgent as the twins, preferring to destroy most of the demons with powerful light and carving at their souls. The demonic animals begin to retreat, fleeing from the angel and the twins. A gigantic mountain sized demon lumbers forward. The hunched over beast casts a shadow over the three travelers. Its skin is ash-like and its head appears as a volcanic peak leaking magma through five circular holes, appearing as glowing eye sockets. The elemental ogre prepares to kill the pests before it.

"Angel… you will burn…"

"You think I'm an angel?... I'll show you how much I've changed."

Alice reveals her fallen form. Darkness lines her skin like veins, moving in delicate patterns up her body and covering her eyes. She charges at the demon, thirsty for blood. The monster's fist flies against hers, smashing into her body and sending her into the ground. She presses against the fist as her feet push down into the cold, barren landscape. She begins pushing back against the demon, cutting into its fist and splitting its hand wide open. She flies forward, carving up the monster's arm and slashing at its face, slicing its head apart. The demon falls back, crashing into the ground and crushing thousands of other monsters. Alice joins with the twins as the swarm of violent animals flee, retreating to their own portal.

"Where are they going?" Alice asks. Thamiezel meets her gaze, reloading his shotgun and pressing it to the head of one of the crippled monsters. He fires before answering her.

"I don't think they're natives. They look like things from… possibly the fourth or fifth circle. It looks like they escaped and started rampaging before turning on themselves."

"They're insane."

"Welcome to Inferno."

Thamiezel and Zelestra sigh, satisfied with the battle. Several twitching demon chunks remain on the ground as the native spirits begin to move in, looking over the carnage.

"You three stopped the attack." one says.

"All in a day's work for… Captain Alpha." Zelestra says.

"What?" Alice replies.

"I always call myself this."

"Sister, you've never called yourself that."

"Shut up."

The twins giggle while turning away from the hovering spirit. Alice and her insane companions move through the dark world until they come upon the familiar shape of humanity's homes. Stretching out to the horizon are buildings that come from Ancient Egypt, going up to the massive skyscrapers of the last humans that dwelled in sunlight. Thamiezel and Zelestra fly across the first circle, coming towards a section crafted by the remains of the last humans. The world resembles the old, underground caverns made by the humans before Thamiezel devoured them.

"Sister, I wonder if any of your friends remain here."

"Did you happen to eat Selene all those years ago?"

"Selene… don't remember."

"She gave me the dress that became my royal attire."

"Oh, yeah. The dress lady. I believe I devoured her."

"You didn't remember her name." Zelestra says, folding her arms as if she were offended.

"Well, I remembered what she was. There was the dress lady, dress lady's kid sister, that one dude you moved in with, that fellow you pushed off the cliff."

"You are… ugh…" Alice says. She groans in irritation at the twins. Zelestra and Thamiezel begin searching through the realm of the humans. The three hunt for hours through the entirety of humanity, going back towards the first civilizations. But they find no trace of their family.

"Shit." Alice says. Thamiezel sighs, cracking his knuckles and stretching his neck as Zelestra speaks with Alice.

"Well, unless they've moved in with some other species, then they are most likely in the lower circles. We've got the second, ruled by Lilith. And the third, which is governed by Mammon."

"How do we get there?"

"Abaddon. Lord of the gate, keeper of the pit, master of Hell's highway. A place that extends between the circles of Hell, going down to the ninth circle. Supposed to be a fairly pleasant demon… relatively."

Alice lets out a deep sigh before moving to follow the twins. They fly towards a ring of volcanoes, shooting sulfur and ash into the sky. The twins approach the ring, which seems to pulse like a heart. Thamiezel feels the presence of Abaddon within. The dark sentience focuses on the approaching vampires and their angelic ally. Thamiezel tips his hat, greeting the shapeless presence of Abaddon.

"Who comes before me?"

"Tourists. My sister and I were wondering if you could give us passage into the second circle."

"None but the masters of hell may travel by my passages."

"Well… we'll give you something in return… think of it as a favor."

"I desire nothing. You cannot pass through here."

Thamiezel sighs before walking away.

"So now what." Alice says.

"We find a demon lord here and convince them to let us pass."

"Who, brother?"

"Don't know. We'll need to keep looking."

"Great. So we're stuck." Alice mutters.

"For the moment."

The twins and Alice search through the dark realm for the demon lords in control. The chaos of the first circle carries weak, nearly powerless demons. The greatest are still far less than Thamiezel and Zelestra. They return to the remains of the battleground, finding the dormant portal to the fourth circle of Hell. Thamiezel grins, an idea forming in his head. A light bulb appears over his head, which Zelestra shoots with a pistol. Thamiezel smirks as he looks towards one of the spirits near the portal.

"Why did these demons break out?"

"Someone's been opening the gates, trying to remove the demon Acthelsor. They're hoping to reveal his presence and have him destroyed."

"And I assume no one knows who is currently opening the gates."

"Yes."

"Rude."

Thamiezel and Zelestra search through the first circle for the demon Acthelsor. Their powerful minds penetrate through all layers of thought, discovering the secrets of the demons. They find Acthelsor hiding beneath a gigantic stone pillar. The twins and Alice move deep beneath the ground, finding the monster in his pit. The demon appears as a ribcage jutting out of the wall, a lone black mass of tissue pulsing within the center.

"Acthelsor, greetings from above." Zelestra says, bowing to the demon. The chunk of meat burns bright as its servants possess the stone and dirt, rising up and lumbering towards the three travelers. Zelestra speaks again, taking over the role of the negotiator for her companions.

"We are not here to harm you. We are here to make a deal. Someone's been opening gates to the lower circles. A swarm of minions from level four just got dispersed. They want to lure you out or have someone betray you. We're here to offer you the one who's been attacking you."

The elemental creatures pause in place, looking towards their master.

"You have discovered my location. What do you want in return?"

"A gateway into the lower Hells. My brother and I need to travel through the second circle."

"You desire to enter further into the depths?"

"Yes. Strange, I know. But we will find our way from there."

"Very well. I shall offer you one passage into the second circle. Bring me the soul of Ba'al un Zal."

"Agreed."

The twins and Alice ascend from the bunker, looking outwards with their thoughts.

"The seventh son of Ba'al." Zelestra says.

"He used to be fairly powerful, sister. He's weak now, though. Good thing we won't have to work too hard. Although I'm fairly certain that Acthelsor is going to stab us in the back."

"Why?" Alice inquires.

"There's a fun game amongst demons. Making a deal while working around the terms. They don't need to do it. They could just lie through their teeth or hold up their end of the bargain, but eternity is boring. So they play on literal truths. He promised us one passage. One ticket."

"So he's going to throw one of us down there and force the others to do more of his dirty work."

"Most likely."

"Rude, isn't it, brother?"

"Yes. He's very naughty. We should spank him."

Thamiezel and Zelestra giggle while searching for the mind of Ba'al un Zal. They pierce through the thoughts of the different creatures, homing in on the mind of their target. Thamiezel and Zelestra smile when they recognize the demon, the lowly spirit that sent them in the direction of Acthelsor. The twins approach the spirit while Alice looks around the area, bored and irritated at the detours.

"So you're Ba'al's little kid." Thamiezel says.

"Yes. I knew you could discover it. Once I saw your true power, I knew Acthelsor could be beaten easily."

"But we're here for you."

"Then take me. But Acthelsor is weak. He cannot give you what you were promised."

"And how do you know what we want?"

"I don't. But I know that someone as powerful as you three will be given nothing, for you would require something above your power, something only I can give."

Thamiezel ponders the request before shrugging.

"Alright. You have changed my mind. We shall bring you the soul of Acthelsor."

The twins whistle innocently while Alice follows them back down to the depths of Acthelsor's hidden chamber. Thamiezel, simply to discover if the demon was tricking him or not, retrieves a fragment of his power, embedding it with false memories. He sends the apparent soul over to Acthelsor.

"Yes. Now, as promised, which of you shall enter the second circle?"

"You promised all of us." Thamiezel says.

"I promised one passage. If you others desire to enter, then I will need another soul."

"Then I'm breaking this deal." Zelestra replies.

Thamiezel retrieves the sliver of his power as Acthelsor grumbles with confusion and anger. The elemental demons that serve him return, attacking the twins and Alice. The angel retrieves her sword and cuts apart the stone forces, ripping them into pieces and reducing them into harmless thoughts. She charges at the heart of Acthelsor and pierces the open wound. The monster groans as its power spews out and lashes at her. She drives her blade further into its heart, exploding it into chunks. The demon is destroyed and its home crumbles into dust. The stone pillar above topples into rubble. The twins whistle a jaunty tune as they return to the son of Ba'al.

"Alrighty, your demon is defeated. My sister and I require access to the second sphere."

"Good… I will send you to the lower circles. Enjoy your stay in the Malebolge."

The demon cackles as a portal opens, attempting to suck in the twins and Alice. Thamiezel rolls his eyes, stepping out of the portal and pulling the spirit down.

"That's not-"

"Possible? Probable? Then how did I do it? You are a very stupid spirit. No wonder you lost your divine power."

Thamiezel giggles while dragging the spirit over the dimensional rift, preparing to drop him into the Malebolge.

"No! Please! I beg you!"

"I'm sorry. I'm having trouble hearing over the screams of the tormented in that hole you were trying to shove us through."

"STOP! PLEASE!"

"Stove lease? That doesn't make any sense. Silly devil! I'll leave you to your eternal agony now."

Thamiezel and Zelestra laugh while dangling the demon over the gateway. Thamiezel seals the wound in the fabric of dimensions before devouring the spirit. Alice grumbles and falls to the ground, sitting as she holds her head.

"So now what?"

"We're done searching." Zelestra says.

"What?"

"We were looking through every mind in this place. Turns out the people we know aren't here."

"So we didn't need to do any of that."

"We could have just sat on a roof somewhere and waited."

"I… just, fuck it." Alice pouts. The twins giggle while sitting with their friend. Thamiezel smirks while taking out a wood pipe and lighting it with his thumb, smoking in the tobacco. He takes several puffs before speaking.

"I already knew how to enter the lower circles before we came here. I'm calling in a favor to an old friend."

"Who?" Alice asks.

"An angel. The one who rescued Mabel here from Paradise. The Star of Morning. Dragon of Revelations."

"Lucifer?"

"Yes."

"I thought he was gone."

"He's no longer the demon lord of the seventh circle, but he still maintains a presence down here."

"Let's get going."

The three stand up and begin walking. Zelestra and Alice follow Thamiezel towards the hidden location of Lucifer. Thamiezel approaches a dark area filled with powerful demons and ancient monsters. They glare at the new arrivals, wondering who they are. One monster begins approaching from behind. The long, sickly creature made of scales and feathers wanders up to the twins. Thamiezel turns around as the entity lunges at them. Thamiezel's lower jaw cracks open and falls to the ground, allowing the attacking demon to fall into Thamiezel's gullet. He swallows and burbs loudly.

"That was good. Anyone want to be my dessert?"

The other creatures back away as Thamiezel turns around. The three move towards a large mountain, where souls pass in and out like breezes of wind. Thamiezel and Zelestra travel within the massive chambers. They come across a tavern-like area, filled with various spirits and lonely demons indulging in countless vices from their old lives, and beginning to indulge in far more strange pleasures. They rip and tear at their own souls. The creatures have their bodies stabbed and sear their own flesh, moaning in pleasure at the sharp pain. Thamiezel and Zelestra walk towards a demon watching over the strange spirits. He carries an aura of disdain for the lesser creatures, angry that he's been reduced to servicing tiny, hedonistic spirits. His eyes are piercing white and his skin is dark blue. Light comes through cracks in his skin like glowing veins. The entity turns towards the twins as they approach.

"And what might you need?"

"Hello… I'm on a personal endeavor with my sister here… you helped us once before."

"I don't recall any of you."

"You forgot me? How rude." Zelestra says. The demonic entity glares at her.

"I remember those who are important. I don't recall you ever being of value."

"We are servants of the Order, my friend…" Thamiezel says. Lucifer turns to the vampire, now far more interested in the name.

"You helped us once… you retrieved my sister from the chains of Paradise."

"My name is Zelestra. And this is my brother, Thamiezel."

"Yes… now I remember you… what do you want of me?"

"Passage into the lower circles. We need to search through the second and third for our family… my brother and I will take over from there."

Lucifer points towards a small opening in the side of the mountain. The twins and Alice follow the fallen prince down into the depths of the mountain, hidden from the gaze of others. Lucifer takes the three into a secret chamber and opens a gate to the second circle.

"I will send you towards Lilith's realm. I will not be able to aid you once you are there. Understood?"

"Yes." the twins reply together. Alice stands with the vampiric devils, and Lucifer sends them to the lower realm. The three appear above the second circle. Large floating continents stretch out into the unstable dimension and gigantic storms of demonic energy separate the chunks of land, preventing weaker demons and spirits from flying between the realms. The twins descend to the broken area, finding an endless orgy of all creatures, participating in every form of pleasure and pain together. They see the ring of volcanoes of Abaddon in the distance, the one constant throughout the nine Hells.

"Kinky." Zelestra says, admiring the never-ending orgy. Thamiezel chuckles as they begin their tour. They journey through the chaotic realm, looking through the various creatures and demons. The twins pass by large jellyfish creatures with holes in their membranes, allowing other demons and entities to force their limbs inside. They pass by spirits being purposefully tormented and dominated by elemental demons, enveloping their senses in pleasure. Thamiezel reaches out with his mind, searching for the human presence in the mad realm. He finds an area where the majority of the humans dwell within. Thamiezel grabs his sister and Alice and teleports towards the remnant of humanity. Several succubi and incubi walk amongst the humans, indulging in various acts of sex while sucking out pieces of the human's souls.

"So brother, want to take a detour?"

"You dirty devil. Maybe next time. We'll have to try some of these… kinkier things."

Alice grunts in irritation at her easily distracted allies. They wander through the human realm, searching for their family. Alice pauses in her steps and stares towards one of the humans. Thamiezel and Zelestra back up and look with her. Alice grows angry, seeing her husband reduced to servicing several humans and a scaled demon. His eyes stare blankly into the sky, having lost his higher thoughts to his appetite. Thamiezel grabs Alice, preventing her from attacking the demons and threatening her husband.

"What?!" Alice shouts.

"He was faithful in life, was he not?"

"… yes… as far as I know."

"He probably was… but a millennium is a long time to wait for the one you love…"

Alice shakes with sadness. If she were human, she would have begun crying. Alice walks towards her husband, who stares up into her eyes. He sees her soul, sensing a familiar presence.

"Who?"

Alice grabs her husband's hand, dragging him up. The other humans groan in irritation before finding other partners. The demoness glares at the interruptive group.

"And who are you three?"

"I'm here for my husband. I'm taking him back."

"You will not deny me my toy. And there is nowhere to run."

Thamiezel walks up and stares down the demon, piercing her gaze and forcing her back.

"We're leaving, understand?"

The demon nods rapidly as the twins walk with Alice's husband, who mindlessly groans and mumbles in a zombie-like state. Thamiezel turns to him and stares into the man's eyes. George recognizes the hellish grin. The mark of the big dipper. The source of his nightmares.

"It's… you…"

"Yes, me… me, me, me…"

Thamiezel bares a deranged smile as George backs away, stumbling into several convulsing bodies. Alice glares at Thamiezel while holding George protectively. Thamiezel turns to her and shrugs apologetically.

"Yeah… I may have done a number on him… but… this is a big but… heh heh, butts… sorry. I have every intention of fixing this."

Thamiezel walks forward and presses his head against George. He buries the dark memories in the man's mind, allowing George to regain his sanity. George's eyes roll back before he jolts forward, as if waking from a terrible nightmare. His eyes dart around the insane world, watching the hellish dimension and hearing the sounds of eternal lust.

"Wh… where am I?"

"Hell, or Inferno, or happy, clappy sex time for all." Zelestra says. George turns to see his wife.

"A… Alice?"

George jumps at his wife, crying and laughing as tears fill his eyes. Alice holds him protectively as a succubus walks over.

"Who are you? And why aren't you joining in the fun?" one of them asks. Her hair is bright pink and her skin is peachy. Her eyes are a deep red and she speaks with a cheerful, innocent voice. She appears human, but her smile is forced and uncanny, betraying her true nature.

"My sister and I were looking for our friend's husband."

"Well, why don't you join the fun? I'm in charge of this sector, and I don't think you want to make. me. angry!"

The pink-haired demon giggles mischievously. Thamiezel approaches with his sister. The twins wrap their arms around the succubus's shoulder, treating her like an old friend.

"So. What might your name be?" Zelestra asks.

"I. am. Giffany! And I really like it here!"

The twins remember that name from all those years ago. And then they begin laughing.

"Gif… Giffany!... that's a good one!" Thamiezel mutters.

"Yeah… hostile stalker girlfriend computer virus turned succubus slut… hah!"

Giffany's eyes glow brighter at the twins insulting nature, and her face turns into a dark snarl.

"You… mock me?... NO ONE MOCKS ME!"

Giffany glows with a monstrous aura, her skin cracking and breaking apart. The twins realize their error and retreat to Alice's side.

"Run!"

Alice grabs her husband's hand and flies with the twins. Giffany's legs explode, revealing hundreds of tentacles and centipede parts with her human body at the top of the mass, her eyes and hair burning as she screams in anger. She crawls over the mass of indulgent spirits to attack her enemies. The twins and Alice fly beyond Giffany's sight, charging over a deep chasm that drops into a pit of even more humans.

"Quick, we need a plan!" Thamiezel says.

"Bro, how about… I know!"

Giffany continues her pursuit of the twins and their ally. She charges over the mass of wriggling bodies and protruding genitals, desiring to torment her enemies, but she can't find them. She screams impotently, retreating back above after losing the trail. Below the pile of naked flesh, the four allies lie naked, moaning and grunting to avoid appearing unusual. Thamiezel and Zelestra move away from the convulsing flesh and restore their clothing. Alice and George stand up, tossing a juddering male off of them. The four allies leave the dark area and move towards a long, snaking pillar spreading out into the distance. The large object swerves about the gigantic continents, connecting them together. The tunnel rises up in the distance as a tower, where the demon lord of the circle rules.

"So, you mind explaining what that thing was?" Alice asks.

"My sister and I knew her from back in the day. Some homicidal sentient computer demon… thing, that was obsessed with dating our friend. He killed it, and it seems she's been busy."

"So, how the hell do we get out of here?"

"That tower is where Lady Lilith dwells. My sister and I will speak with her. Hopefully she will allow us passage into the lower realm."

"And if she doesn't?"

"Then we convince her. Or my sister and I convince her."

"And how do you plan to do that?" Alice mutters, glaring towards Zelestra and Thamiezel. Zelestra rolls her eyes and blushes.

"She's called the demon of lust for a reason. Hopefully my brother and I… measure up to her standards."

"You… you're kidding, right?"

Thamiezel looks at her with a smirk that seems to say "Really?" As if she should know the answer herself.

"Yeah, you're not kidding."

The twins and their angelic descendant travel to the tower of Lilith. They approach the throne, a realm filled with various powerful spirits masquerading as the different species of the cosmos. Alice and George wait outside, away from the lustful madness within the throne.

"We'll meet you back in a bit." Zelestra says. Alice waves half-heartedly while the twins go towards the throne. The twins pass by the countless monsters and pleasure seekers that dwell within the inner chambers. The demon queen seems to be nowhere, with only thousands of different bodies of every alien pleasuring themselves. Thamiezel and Zelestra make their presence known by kicking their legs up in a dance, giggling and neighing like donkeys. Twelve of the bodies cease and turn towards the vampires. The bodies stand together and walk towards the twins, all staring in unison at the vampiric rulers. The bodies begin to converge into a single entity, and the twins realize that Lilith has separated her body to indulge in the countless pleasures together. She walks towards the twins, now in human form. Her brown hair flows freely and blows in the howling wind, her skin is a light pale, and her nipples are bright red, like glistening rubies. Her eyes shift between different colors before settling on dark brown.

"I have not met you two before."

"Yes. My brother and I were travelling through the realm of Inferno. We've been searching for a way into the lower circles. We had hoped that you would give us passage."

Zelestra's eyes move down, looking at Lilith's body. Thamiezel himself seems caught be Lilith's allure. Her human form has changed to meet their desires, focusing on their mind's deeper lust.

"You enjoy my body?"

"I must admit. I do… you are quite beautiful, my lady." Zelestra says.

Thamiezel responds by licking his teeth and drooling slightly, a mad dog ready for pleasure. Lilith laughs in a sultry tone as she approaches the twins.

"You two are cute. What are your names?"

"I am called the Shooting Star, and this is Pine Tree."

"You look similar, but different."

"We are twins. And lovers."

"And, if I recall, the human race frowns upon your love… it seems only natural that you two would be in my realm."

"Yes… my sister and I… our love is different."

"Well, I do hope you have room for another. I must admit, human sex isn't my favorite. Not my least, but definitely not my favorite."

"What is your favorite?" Thamiezel asks.

"Arangers. Their genitals are barbed and the rush of hormones is quiet… ecstatic."

"Well, perhaps we can change your mind." Zelestra says in a sultry tone. She purrs playfully as the twins join with Lilith and her harem.

Outside, Alice and George wait on the edge of the tower, their feet dangling over the infinite abyss. George stares out into the madness of the second sphere, having no memories of his time within.

"I… was in that…"

"Yeah."

"I… shit, I-"

"Hey. You didn't know. You couldn't even think, from what I saw… and I've seen enough crazy shit to know I still care about you."

"Who… who is he? I've seen him before, I think."

"Thamiezel. You did see him. Right before he killed you. And then he killed our kids and me… fucking psycho."

"He, oh god, where are they?"

"They're safe. They aren't in this shithole... how much do you remember?"

"Not… I don't remember dying. I… why? Why are you with him?"

"I needed to save you. Those psychos up top let you go. Just because you didn't matter to them… but Thamiezel offered to help me."

"He's a monster."

"Yeah, but he's not the worst out there, so we're stuck with him for the time being."

"What… I remember. He was… he was your ancestor. A dream demon… your great grandmother's brother, or something."

"He was… I see why he became how he did. It doesn't make it right, but I can still understand. That anger. And the loneliness. So he wanted to make everyone else suffer, too."

"Where is his sister?"

"She's the other vampire… I realize now. They're both different. They're both insane. But they're strong. Stronger than anything else I've seen… stronger than Heaven and Hell, even."

Alice drags George into a hug. They sit above the tower. They begin to hear the sounds of lust from within the inner circle. The sounds of screeching, giggling, growling, screaming, and scrapping metal.

"What the?-" George mutters.

"That would be them, having sex. Although from the sound of it, they're also trying to kill each other."

Alice and George chuckle at their mad existence. They listen as the sounds of lust and love continue for hours without rest. Great flashes of light and powerful explosions erupt from the throne of Lilith, and the lesser creatures of her harem have fled to avoid the extremity of the carnal pleasure.

"Holy shit." George says.

"You're taking this surprisingly well, considering."

"Well, I grew up with you. The Pines family is nuts. Maybe if you took my name instead, we wouldn't have ended up with such craziness."

"That might be. Alice Smith. Nice and ordinary."

Alice stretches and looks back towards the shifting continents. She notices something zooming towards the tower, appearing as a flash of crimson red.

"Oh, hell."

Alice stands as Giffany charges towards the tower, caring little for interrupting Lilith and the twins. The pink-haired devil crashes into the tower, appearing before Alice and George. Alice pushes George behind her back as she draws her weapon.

"You think you can take him away?! He is mine!" Giffany shouts.

"What's his name?"

"I… what?"

"What. is. his. name?"

Giffany screams in anger, thrusting a tentacle against Alice. Alice pushes her blade deep into the tentacle, pulling and digging in and ripping out demonic energy. Giffany's tentacles wrap around Alice's neck, arms, and legs. Alice struggles against the power, weaving and slicing with her sword. She penetrates deep into the tendril around her neck, causing the demon to groan in pain. Giffany removes her hold and swipes at Alice. Alice dodges and cuts deep into the tendril with her sword. Another tentacle smacks Alice across the tower, crashing into a stone pillar. Alice charges out of the rubble, ready to destroy Giffany. The succubus lunges for Alice, plunging her claws deep into Alice's stomach. Alice coughs and chokes as she plunges deep into Giffany with her weapon, driving out moans and screams of pain. Giffany pushes back, thrusting her fists into Alice's belly. The vampiric angel slashes at Giffany's arms with her blade, cutting her fingers apart. The succubus retreats before lunging again, pounding into Alice with her fists. Alice readies her sword, pulling back with her arm. She drives the sword deep into Giffany's heart. The pink-haired demon moans in pain as she falls to the floor, withering back into her human form. Alice prepares to strike down the demon before realizing that Giffany is crying. The pitiful sentience scoots back to the wall, sobbing weakly.

"You… you're so mean!... I just… I just want… I just need… I need him."

Alice sighs, approaching the demonic presence and sitting down.

"He's my husband."

"Not him. Soosie Woosie."

"Who?"

"He, he was my shining light… before that FAT WHORE! Stole him from me. That cold hearted Melody… she stole my Soos."

"Some… sometimes it's best to let someone go."

"That's… what they all say."

"George wasn't my first husband."

"Huh?"

"His name was Benny… I used to miss Benny a lot. Even sometimes when I had George… but I realized that if… if I really loved him, I'd let him go and be happy with someone else."

"That… that doesn't…"

Giffany growls with anger, rocking back and forth against the wall.

"Soos, and Jess, and Billy. They all left me. Everyone leaves me. Thinks I'm just some dumb, loony, bimbo… but I think I get what you're saying."

"That's good."

"I was too good for them. They were happy with second grade SLUTS!... so let them be."

Giffany begins giggling, returning to the veil of the sweet, joyful teen.

"And when our fun place goes and takes over their world… we'll rape them all! In every orifice! With spikes!... Thank you! Thank you so much, angel demon thing!"

Giffany jumps up, giddy and cheerful, and shakes Alice's hand rapidly. She runs off back to her own corner of Hell, leaving Alice and George staring out into space.

"I don't know what's crazier… what just happened, or what's happening in the other room." George says.

"Fucking weirdos… and yeah. Fuck Benny. He wasn't good enough for me."

George gives Alice an awkward glance before she laughs, patting him on the back.

"Good one Alice."

"Yeah… good one." she says, not entirely jokingly.

Within the next hour, the cacophony of sound from the throne reaches its peak. A great wave of light bursts forth from the center of the tower. Minutes later the twins stumble out, naked and covered in sweat and blood.

"That… was great." Zelestra mutters.

"Yes… sister. I think we… we need to keep in touch with our lady."

Lilith walks out of the throne room with a delirious smile on her face. She approaches the twins and grabs them into a hug, squeezing them tightly and squealing like a happy teenager.

"That… was the best… I've ever had."

"Thank you." Zelestra replies. The twins walk out and reform their clothing as Lilith removes her human form, becoming a shapeless presence. Lilith opens a portal to the third circle of Hell. Alice and George walk over and join with their allies.

"My sister and I will be heading for the lower circles. Want to come with?" Thamiezel says to Alice.

"No. I've got George again. So we're leaving."

Thamiezel walks over and gives Alice a hug. He lets go and prepares to hug George, but Alice's husband simply punches the vampiric lord. Thamiezel rubs his face and shrugs, figuring he deserved it. Thamiezel returns the angel and her husband to Cul-Cerberon.

"Now then, brother. The third circle."

The twins step into the gate and look towards Lilith one last time.

"You two, don't get lost down there."

"We'll be fine. We'll see you later, Lady Lilith." Thamiezel says.

The twins are transported down to the next circle of Hell. They find the chaotic world built up in the image of greed. Towering monoliths built from precious materials and adorned with gems jut out from the nearly barren wasteland, stretching across the near infinite plains. Large ethereal barriers separate the territories of the demonic entities, protecting them from invasions from their rivals. The greatest demons hold territory that dwarfs even Thamiezel's. Their barriers have grown to the strength that not even the twins could breach them with their full power. One of the larger territories is held by a great star, endlessly looking across its own realm with a gigantic single eye. The five points of the blue star shimmer like daggers from atop the gigantic tower. Within its barriers the twins see the outskirts of a forest of unearthly trees. They look back to the glowing blue star above the green tower.

"Looks like a giant Christmas tree, sister."

"Yes. I assume that is the Star of Telepathy."

"Most likely. We'll have to find a lesser demon. One who will have some knowledge of this place and how to move around it… I hope we do not have to go further than this circle."

"It's already looking fairly broken here. How screwed up can the next circles be?"

"Worse, somehow."

The twins shift around the eldritch location, searching for any sign of the ones they've come for. They at last find a broken down shack used as the home of one of the demons, located near the outskirts of the Star of Telepathy's world. The barriers protecting it are weak enough for the twins to penetrate. They find the familiar air of pinewood and oak, smelling of the forests of Gravity Falls. They approach the shack and look at the sign outside.

"'If you're here to invade, don't. I'm not worth it. So says the Lord of Mysteries.' Brother, do you think it's our Grunkle?"

"Yes. Grunkle Stan. Or Lord of Mysteries."

The twins snicker at the made up name used by their great uncle as they enter the building. Instead of the broken down shack, the inside is a large mansion. A white wooden staircase leads to the upper reaches of the manor while a doorway opposite the stairs leads to a grand hall filled with various spirits and other demonic entities.

"Bigger on the inside, sister."

"We should split up. I'll check out the top, you go see what those weirdos are doing." Zelestra says.

"Why should I look at the weirdos?"

"Because you'll fit right in."

"I… can't argue with that."

Zelestra walks up the staircase to the private quarters. Thamiezel enters the grand hall, threading his hands delicately over the mahogany doors.

"Such a smooth wood. A shame I burned it all."

Thamiezel moves into the area. The walls are a dark, warm red and dimmed candles are placed in the center of each circular table, allowing the audience of demons to look up at a stage. A bar sits at the other end of the room, giving the area the appearance of a restaurant. Thamiezel begins wondering what his great uncle would have to offer the demons. Thamiezel walks by a table and takes his seat. He smirks while watching the stage with red velvet curtains.

"Still a showman after all these years…"

Thamiezel waits as a large, floating eye with hundreds of tentacles hovers over to the table.

"We have not seen you before."

"I'm new in this world… tell me, what does this place have to offer?"

"Vices and riches for all who dwell within this circle."

"And who might be the owner of this establishment?"

"That would be the Lord of Mysteries. He gives knowledge of worlds ruined, ancient works hidden from all others."

"And he is the only one who knows of these works."

"Yes. He has many secrets."

"A liar and a con. He is amusing."

"Oh… you know."

"Of course I know. I know many things. Where is this… heh, Lord of Mysteries?"

"He will be in the upper rooms now, awaiting another summons."

"Very well. I would like a grand mal chaser."

"What?"

"It's a vampire drink. Blood mixed with heroin and cinnamon rum."

"Oh… strange."

"Yes I am."

Thamiezel chuckles while the entity goes to find the drink. Another creature walks into the room, a powerful alien with five scaled crimson legs that end in pointed tips. Its goat-like head sits in the mass of tissue above the legs. It sees the lowly shade of Thamiezel and assumes it has found an easy target.

"You… what are you?" the creature asks.

"I am utterly insane."

"Funny. I like funny souls. They taste the best."

"I wouldn't try it. You might suffer… indigestion."

The entity attempts to consume Thamiezel. The vampire simply opens his mind to the entity and allows his thoughts to overwhelm the lesser demon. The monster screams in horror before Thamiezel absorbs the spirit. Thamiezel stands and adjusts his bowtie before leaving, going to find his sister. But he turns back, hearing the dark laugh of Stan Pines. Thamiezel watches as the stage curtains open, revealing a shadowy spirit. A lowly alien dwells before the circle, having been taken into Stan's realm. The circle around the alien appears as a glowing aura, preventing it from realizing its part of the entertainment. Stan appears as a shadowy bat-like entity with fangs and wings he uses as a cloak.

"What? Where am I?" the alien mutters.

"Welcome to my own little circle of Hell. What do you need to know?"

"I am searching for information. Some way to retake my world."

"What from?"

"The empire of Thamiezel has enslaved my people. No prayers are answered from above."

"And that's why you called me. If information is what you want, then I will want information in return."

"What is it?"

"Tell me, do you know who this Thamiezel is?"

"No… no one does… he appears as one cursed with the blood of the vampire, but he is above all those I have fought."

"Well then, if you want to kill him, you'll have to hit him where it hurts. So, who else does he know?"

"There's one called Zelestra. The Lady in Starlight. She is as mad as he is. She allowed my family to be turned over to Bill Cipher."

"Yes… what is their relationship with Bill?"

"He is their ally."

"What do you know about them? Have they met before?"

"I don't know… but there are rumors that the angels who fought him… that they were attempting to take back someone."

"Yeah… who was it?"

"I don't know."

"Well then, that wasn't a lot to go on. But I'm in a good mood, so I have something that might help you."

Stan motions for one of the drinks behind the bar. The demonic servant of Stan takes one of the bottles and brings it to its master, who hands the drink over to the lowly summoner. Stan gives the item to the alien, who clings to it with hope.

"This is one of the most poisonous liquids in the cosmos. All you must do is throw it at Thamiezel, and it may be enough to end him."

"Thank you, Lord of Mysteries."

Stan ends the meeting and the alien vanishes from the realm. Thamiezel gives a round of applause as several other demonic entities laugh. Stan looks towards the new demon.

"And who are you?"

"My name?... call me George. What did you offer to that lowly creature?"

"A bottle of whiskey. Give the poor bastard something to hope for."

Thamiezel's eyes bulge wide and he breaks down in laughter, far more amused at the fact that the drink won't do anything to him.

"I'll have to find that fellow and walk up to him, just to see the look on his face when it doesn't work."

Thamiezel convulses as he hugs himself, appearing to be in agony as he cackles maniacally. The deranged laughter ceases as suddenly as it began. Thamiezel glares at his great uncle.

"You… are amusing." Thamiezel says.

"And you have issues."

"I would like to continue this conversation in private."

"Can't. I have a meeting."

"Liar."

Stan stares at the stranger, who seems far too giddy to be a harmless demon.

"I just want to… chat."

"Fine. But you'll have to give me your real name."

"I am he who was unseen, dwelled amidst the wooded green."

"I see you like to play games."

"Yes. Do you?"

"No. Get out."

"That would be… unwise."

"And why should I care?"

"Oh, you should definitely care."

Thamiezel's eyes grin with malicious evil, and Stan can see the dark aura behind his gaze. He sees that Thamiezel is merely hiding his full potency. Stan shifts in fear, his darkened form giving away his emotions.

Thamiezel chuckles as he follows Stan. The two walks up the stairs, and Thamiezel meets with Zelestra. Zelestra moves with them as they come to the inner sanctum. Stan sees the dark aura surrounding the twins. They aren't anything he's seen before in the demonic realm. The twins travel back towards a gateway guarded by a powerful sentient fire. The flame is filled with the floating horned skulls taken from dead enemies. The guard looks towards the twins, recognizing Zelestra from earlier. She had attempted to convince the demon with songs and blowing kisses to let her through.

"You again."

"Yes, me. Little ol' me, Bella."

The three pass through the gate. The world shifts and morphs into a dark replica of the Mystery Shack's attic. The demonic energy ebbs and flows with the air, and the realm outside the window is filled with lightning and fire. A round table sits before the three, and two candles are lit. Stan bares a perpetual frown.

"You seem grumpy." Zelestra says, her white fangs glistening in the low light.

"And why do you care?"

"I… have my reasons."

The twins hover in the air, sitting on nothing while Stanford pulls up a chair.

"So, who are you two?"

"We are many to some, and nobody to none. We are two and we are one." the twins reply together.

The twins snicker, teasing their great uncle with their hidden identities. Thamiezel takes his top hat off and reaches in. He takes out a card and slides it over to Stanford.

"How about blackjack?"

"Fine."

Thamiezel slides another card over to Stan while keeping one for himself.

"So, Thamiezel. He seems to be causing problems for everyone." the vampiric king says.

"Yeah. Fucking maniac."

"Funny sense of morals for a demonic dealmaker."

"It's… he came from Earth. My home. He just tortured and killed everyone until it was almost dead. He liked fighting and killing. He liked hurting them. He may not be the worst demon… but I have good enough reason to hate the little fucker."

Stan flips over his card, the jack of clubs. The jack is the image of a smiling demon with yellow eyes and black slits, carrying a pyramid in his hand. Stan doesn't notice the reference to Bill Cipher.

"So, Mr. Mystery, who else can hear us?" Zelestra asks.

"No one. Why?"

"We have our reasons. Can that mad Star listen in?"

"That little shit can't see a damn thing in here. This is my place."

"And you invited us in?"

"Like I said. It's my place. You're trapped in here."

Thamiezel smirks, knowing his powers are great enough to defy Stan even in his own chambers. Stan takes another card from Thamiezel. He flips it over to find he has the queen of clubs. He looks closer at the image of the queen. She bares her teeth with a hellish grin, but her eyes are filled with tears. With the weave of her wand she seems to create a shooting star.

"Heh… shooting star."

"What's funny?" Zelestra asks.

"The shooting star… that's… someone I knew used to wear this sweater with it on… it's stupid, but that's one of the things I remember about her."

"I think it's sweet."

Stan looks up and he notices that the twins' faces have changed. Zelestra looks at him with a sweet, almost naïve face while Thamiezel seems tired. His face has become closer to his human appearance. His lips have returned and he has heavy bags under his eyes. He stares with the entirety of his age upon his face, seeming to be thousands or millions of years old. Stan sees the twins' true nature; dejected and alone. Stan returns to his human form, trusting himself with the strange creatures.

"You know, Mr. Mystery… this little game between gods and devils is absurd, isn't it?" Thamiezel says.

"Yeah, but it's the best we've got."

"I know… tell me, who was the shooting star?"

"She… she was my great niece… her and her brother. They helped save the world. They… they helped save me… but I guess it wasn't enough to end up in cloud land… they were… they were awesome."

"So, the Star cannot hear, but what of Mammon?" Thamiezel asks.

"No."

"Neat… And who was he? The brother?" Thamiezel asks while revealing his own card. The image is that of the king.

"He?... he was odd. But a good kid… but… oh, fuck… he didn't die. He was… stuck. Like, he was trapped on Earth… wonder what happened to him."

"Oh, I think he's around." Thamiezel says with a grin. Stan turns towards the demon. Then he looks at the king of diamonds. The king stares blankly to the side with crimson eyes and carrying a jagged blue scepter, appearing as the image of the pine tree on Thamiezel's old hat. And the king's face has a mark that Stan recognizes. The big dipper is on the king's forehead.

"Wh… who the hell are you?"

"We couldn't say earlier… we didn't know if anyone else was listening… It's us." Zelestra says. She smiles warmly at her great uncle. Thamiezel removes his hat and threads his right hand through his hair, revealing the birthmark on his head.

"You… it's…"

Stan knocks over the table and runs to embrace his family. He crushes them with his iron grip, laughing and sobbing in relief. He kisses the tops of their heads as they struggle to move away, choking and gagging.

"Oh shit! You guys! How the hell did you get here?! And how the hell are you?!... just, fuck!"

Thamiezel pushes out of Stanford's deathlike grip and meets his great uncle's gaze, smiling warmly.

"I… I've missed you, Grunkle Stan."

"Just… what, and how?"

"I… we should sit down."

The three return to their seats. Zelestra moves in next to her brother, relaxing onto his shoulder.

"You… a lot has happened since we've last met." Thamiezel says.

"Yeah. I mean… like, what have you two been up to?"

"We've… been busy. Very busy."

"Yeah, I see that."

"I… I couldn't fight my pain anymore… I…"

Thamiezel swallows, afraid of bringing shame to his great uncle. He turns his gaze down as he shudders.

"My brother… he's been through a lot, is what he's trying to say. We… when lesser demons and spirits become dealmakers, they change their names. Not simply to prevent others from binding them… some, it's because they cannot deal with the sorrow of the past…"

"What do you mean?"

Thamiezel looks up. Zelestra holds his hand in hers. She rubs his knuckles, calming the storm in his soul.

"My name, in the language of the old Fae, is the lonely traveler. I chose it after you had died… and for many years, it became the only name I was known by. I made deals with silly mortals and some aliens who've been to Earth. I was like Bill. A dream demon. A creature of thoughts and memories. But I changed into something else… more than man, more than a demon… the name I am known by has many more meanings now. Void Bringer, the Dreaded One, the Fire of Naught… so many silly names…"

"What… what are you saying?"

"My name… Thamiezel."

"Real funny… but no, that isn't funny… that psycho ruined… he ruined everything…"

Thamiezel's face returns to the veil of the arrogant demon king. He grins psychotically, hiding his pain and regret beneath the dark shell.

"If I were joking, you would know by now… I am Thamiezel. I destroyed the world I once saved. I enslaved billions and I butchered those too weak or proud to serve. I am the monster that Yaltabaoth and Mammon fear."

"You… what the fuck have you done…"

"For a devil, you have a very silly sense of right and wrong."

"You, it isn't that… you, you were Dipper. And, and now you're…"

Thamiezel chuckles as tears of blood form in his eyes.

"And you took Mabel!... you… I thought she would be safe…"

Zelestra stands and meets her great uncle's gaze. Hate fills her eyes. Hatred he's never seen before on her face.

"Safe… none of us are safe. The war between Inferno and Paradise is coming. I would have been destroyed, never having remembered my own brother as the walls of Heaven were torn down… they stole him… they stole what he could have been. They stole his life with their inaction. And they shall all be punished."

Thamiezel stands and pulls his sister into an embrace, smiling evilly while inches from her face.

"Now that, my Shooting Star, is what I love to hear."

Thamiezel threads a hand through his sister's hair and presses his lips to hers, showing how different their love has become. Zelestra places her hands on Dipper's face, holding him affectionately as her white nails dig into his soft cheeks. Stan gags slightly before the twins move apart.

"This is our love." Zelestra says.

"That… what the hell…"

"This is our power. My sister and I. Our shared chains. Our shared soul. And our love will snuff out the light of Heaven and flood the deepest pits of Hell."

"You… that… love?"

Thamiezel turns towards his stuttering great uncle.

"Love… tiny humans claim they know what love is. They think they have mastered it. But love, I have discovered, is monstrous. Lust, despair, rage immeasurable. They are love untamed. And I have learned to embrace love's nature. The nature beyond human's little understanding. The power to defy the gods. Our love was always stronger than the bonds of others. But it was only recently that we found out how strong we are. My calling reached my sister's ears beyond the veil of Heaven's bliss. Not even their greatest attempts at ensnaring her mind could chain her."

"And my brother was shattered by the memories of a war. A war that burned his mind and sanity, reducing him to nothing. And it was his love for me that brought him back. We are more powerful together than any other force in this cosmos. We are Thamiezel and Zelestra."

The twins stare at the great uncle. He falls to the floor, curling up into a ball.

"This. No, just… it can't… you were better."

Zelestra and Thamiezel kneel before their great uncle. Their dark façade has retreated, and Zelestra smiles happily. She pokes him on the nose and jabs a finger into his cheek, giggling slightly.

"We're still us… there's just more to it." Zelestra says.

"And we aren't here to taunt you, we're here to rescue you. Stanley and the others are waiting. We're here for you and Grandma."

"You… she's taken… Gideon. Gideon has her."

"Gideon?"

"You… do you know what's going to happen?! You'll fuck everything up!"

Thamiezel offers a hand emitting blue flame, his eyes glowing black and yellow and his white fangs gleaming in the darkness. His demonic form has returned.

"We know what is going to happen. We know what our actions will do. And that's the idea. You believe this universe is in any way just? Do you think what happened to me should continue?"

"It… no… fuck."

Thamiezel grabs Stan's hand and pulls him up. Thamiezel hugs his great uncle and pats his back.

"Don't worry. We haven't completely lost our way." Zelestra says. The three stand silently as the twins hold their great uncle in a hug.

"You… you killed everyone."

"I… was driven by anger… so much rage… do you know what solitude does to a mind?... It ruined mine… and there are many days I regret the path that I chose. But it's for the better. We'll erase the gods and devils, uniting everyone again."

Stan steadies his shaking voice. The three walk out of the room. They pass by the guard, and Thamiezel tips his hat to the monster. They move to Stan's library, filled with information taken from other realms. Thamiezel threads his fingers along the line of books, gazing at each one and taking in their knowledge.

"You said Gideon has our grandmother. Which demon is Gideon?" Thamiezel asks.

"The Star of Telepathy. Mammon knew we were both from Earth. He gave Gideon power once you started screwing things up. And then when you started getting stronger, he made Gideon into one of his most powerful demons."

"Yes. I've noticed… So, you also have a library. Although your records seem incomplete."

"Yeah, well, it's not like I can just ask the top demon to let me in on the universe's secrets."

"No. Not even Pyriphlegoth knows all. The more powerful demons keep their secrets, even in defeat. There are things older than Yaltabaoth and older than Tartarus. They are relatively new deities. I found something from the beginning of days. A machine from before even Paradise and Inferno. Little gods. Barely capable of controlling their own empires, let alone the entirety of the cosmos. I found a power that had watched them both rise up, along with countless others. One by one, they all fell until only Heaven and Hell remained. The Children of the First have vanished, and the First Evil lies ruined within the void, hopeless and mangled beyond repair."

"The First Evil?"

"Yes… this unbalanced universe is its legacy. Entropy, chaos, and ruin. A last 'fuck you' to everyone that exists or ever will exist."

Thamiezel smirks, amused at the vile tantrum. He walks back towards the front and motions for his sister.

"So, we have to save Grandma. Hopefully it isn't too hard." Thamiezel says.

"You… you can't get to Gideon." Stan mutters.

"Come now, I'm sure there's a way, Grunkle."

"He's… there are five barriers around his realm. You can't break through."

"There's always a way through. A key or something."

"No… even if I'd let you through, he'd throw her to the Malebolge. I'd… I'd never let that happen to her."

"So there is a key, Grunkle. And you have it."

Thamiezel snickers while approaching Stan. He rests his hand on Stan's shoulder, rubbing affectionately.

"Sorry, but this is going to hurt."

Thamiezel sinks his fangs into his great uncle's neck. Thamiezel uses his corruptive taint to steal the power to open the first barrier. Thamiezel hides the power within himself, smiling while wiping the blood onto his sleeve.

"You can't go after him, Dipper! He's insane!"

"And I'm not?"

Thamiezel giggles while giving a wave. Thamiezel and Zelestra leave the small home of their great uncle and approach the Star of Telepathy. Thamiezel uses the corrupted power to open the seal of Gideon, passing into the first area without being detected. Within the realm, he can feel Gideon's power whispering, as if it's attempting to search for any intrusions. But far away from the star the twins are more powerful. They easily hide within the shadows of Gideon's realm. The twins begin their steady march across the fields as their great uncle attempts to breach the barrier and drag them back. But without his power, his pleas go unheard.

"So, sister, where should we start?"

"Don't know. That forest up ahead looks strange."

The twins approach the massive forest surrounding Gideon's power. The trees are larger than any upon Earth, appearing as gigantic redwoods covered in dried, dead branches. The twins enter the woods, looking closely at the trees. Distorted faces line the wood, pulsing and silently screaming. They are the faces of those Gideon has conquered, imprisoned and forced to fuel his growing thirst for power. The twins wander the forest of dormant souls, looking for any sign of life or sentience. They pass through the woods as sentient thoughts, hidden from Gideon's power. Yet with their searching, they find no signs of life. The twins reform, looking towards the forest of souls. Zelestra walks up to one of the morbid faces and pokes it on the nose.

"Boop."

The forest flashes red, spreading out from where Zelestra touched it. She grins, thinking of a plan. She begins rapidly poking the face.

"Beep, bop! Beep! Boop!"

Thamiezel joins her, poking and kicking the trees, attempting to goad a response from the demonic servants of Gideon. Within a minute, a distant tremor rumbles through the ground. A second later another faded tremor shakes the demonic realm.

"Thump… thump. This thing must be fairly big, sister."

"Yes. I wonder if we can catch it with a pokeball."

With every second, the loudness grows in strength and speed. The rumbling echoes towards the twins' location. A gigantic fiery skeleton with large barbed horns charges into the field, glaring towards the twins. It towers over the trees, oozing magma from its fangs and roaring. The entity lashes out with its hands, attempting to claw at the intruders. Thamiezel jumps back with his hands in his pockets, smirking as the creature crashes through trees to attack him. The frenzied animal is driven by hatred, utterly unaware of who or what it fights. It simply desires to destroy.

"Brother, stop playing with it."

"But I want a pet! It looks like such a wonderful pet, does it not?"

The demon roars at Thamiezel.

"DIE! BURN!"

"Ooh, it can speak, sister. I wonder if it knows any other tricks."

Thamiezel rips a pulsating branch off one of the trees. He wiggles it in his hand before throwing it. The demon simply slashes Thamiezel across his torso, rending him limb from limb. The mad trickster's detached body parts sprout hundreds of tentacles from the wounds, wrapping around the fiery demon and suffocating it. The flame grows in strength, incinerating the tendrils attempting to bind it. Thamiezel's limbs fall to the ground. He laughs, amused rather than angered. Zelestra charges in, jumping onto the spine of the monster. She ignores the pain in her burning flesh as she rips and tears at the creature. With her fangs, she attempts to corrupt the creature for her own power. The entity lashes at its back, flinging Zelestra around. She keeps her burning body to the monster, slowly draining it of its power. The beast's flame withers into shadow and smoke. The skeleton crashes onto the ground, its skull rolling towards Thamiezel's head.

"You broke it, sister." he states flatly. He reforms his body and looks at the demonic remains. A small flicker glows within the black skull's eye sockets. The skull begins rattling on the ground before shooting back towards the mass of bones. The bones explode into black mist. The weakened entity reforms its body, charging at the vampire king. It now appears as a human female, her skin pale and filled with heat. She glares with emerald eyes and a vicious glare, her teeth bared and ready to fight to the end. She charges at Thamiezel, who sidesteps and trips the vicious creature. She rolls over before standing, leaping again. She claws at his face and he punches her, sending her to the ground. She backs away and leaps at him, her dark red hair flowing with her body. Thamiezel knocks her down again. He falls down on top of her, holding her in place with his thighs. He wraps his hands around her neck, beginning to strangle her. She claws and tears at his face, desperate to escape.

"You know, for a human who can transform into a giant minotaur skeleton, you're kind of cute. A shame I have to break you."

Thamiezel giggles as his prey's arms fall to the side. Zelestra rests a firm hand on her brother's shoulder, ordering him to relent. He understands her command, loosening his grip on his victim.

"Wendy." Zelestra mutters. Thamiezel turns to his sister before looking back to the body under him. Within the thralls of his bloodlust, he hadn't seen her. He realizes his insanity and steps off, backing away from Wendy. He looks at his hands before giggling.

"Oops." he says.

Thamiezel looks at Wendy and pierces into her thoughts. He sees rage, mindless and untamable. She had been tortured and molded into a mindless soldier, forced to serve Gideon's insane whims and only stirring if another presence was detected in the forest. Another of the demons charges into the clearing. Thamiezel flies as a cloud of smoke towards the monster, smothering its flame and reducing it to a harmless human wiggling before him. He turns towards his sister.

"Is this someone else we know?"

Zelestra looks towards the skinny, blonde man, not recognizing his face.

"No. Go ahead, eat him."

Thamiezel licks his lips and dives into the man's throat, ripping and gnawing like an animal. Zelestra returns to Wendy's side. She begins the slow process of silencing the tormented thoughts, burying the rage that drives her friend. She seals the dark memories within Wendy's subconscious, allowing her friend to maintain some semblance of sanity. Wendy shudders awake, looking towards the face of the queen. Zelestra cries over her friend's pain, lifting Wendy up and holding tightly.

"Wendy… you won't be hurt anymore."

"I…"

Zelestra holds firm while Thamiezel hides the thoughts of his companions, keeping Wendy's rejuvenated mind from being seen.

"Wendy… do you remember? What has happened?"

"I…where am I?…"

Thamiezel approaches Wendy. He smirks while lifting off his top hat, dusting it off. Wendy holds her head, beginning to remember what had happened. She remembers her human life. She remembers her death, overdosing on heroin, used to escape the trauma of Thamiezel's original demise and the insanity of her battle with Bill. How she fell into inferno, continuing to indulge in vice until her mind was numb to pain. Gideon claimed her from the first circle and dragged her to the depths of his realm. She feels anger fill her heart. Rage from before, now harnessed and narrowed into a single thought.

"I… I'm going to kill him." Wendy whispers. Thamiezel restores her demonic powers. Her eyes burn and her body seems to melt, revealing her burning skeleton.

"It has been many years since we've last met." says Thamiezel, giving a bow to her.

"Wendy Corduroy… Icesss."

His tongue begins slurping and snaking around, as if he is savoring her name.

Wendy meets the eyes of the one who helped save her. He reveals his birthmark, hoping she remembers him. Her anger fades at the sight of him, the one whose death drove her mad. Her body reforms into her human self.

"Dip… Dipper?!"

"I have another title I go by nowadays. Thamiezel's the name, and chaos is my game."

She remembers the name. The name that began to echo through her own corner of Inferno, the one whispering of Earth's destroyer. She clenches her fists and her hands begin to burn with anger. She charges at the demon, whose body fades into smoke. Wendy passes through the murky cloud before it reforms into flesh.

"Wendy… I am here for Gideon. I want him to scream and beg. I want him to know suffering. So what do you say, Wendy Corduroy? One last hurray with the mystery twins. Then you can go do whatever the fuck."

Wendy charges again. Thamiezel allows her to tackle him to the ground. She pounds his sneering grin in, reducing him to a toothless, stretched face. He reforms his broken jaw and teeth, grinning again.

"Wendy."

"Shut up! You aren't Dipper!... you… you aren't… Dipper."

Wendy's anger fades into pitiful sobs, crying over Thamiezel's body. His face returns to his human one, a weak smile as Wendy's tears splatter across his forehead. Zelestra comes over and crouches, her elbows on her knees as she reaches a hand for Wendy.

"Wendy… I'm so sorry…"

Zelestra's hand rests gently on Wendy's face, wiping back her tears. Thamiezel slithers out from under Wendy and sits before her, rubbing her shoulder.

"I'm not as vile as the rumors have said, Wendy. I may enjoy a bloodbath, but… I'd never do what Gideon did."

Wendy becomes chilled to the bone as she shakes with sadness. Thamiezel swallows, trying to hold back the guilt he feels. The guilt for driving the events that had led to Wendy's suffering. He doesn't cry. But his sister can see his eyes. The trembling lip. The pain he feels for leading to this path.

"We… we should return to Grunkle Stan, brother."

"No… I want… I want to hurt him…" Wendy mutters, her mind turning back to Gideon and the pain he caused.

"Wendy… you have to rest… the realm of Gideon's will only become more dangerous. You'll need to learn to steel your mind. To not let him invade your thoughts. We'll need Stan's help. See what he knows about the other barriers."

The twins lift Wendy up, teleporting across the fields to the barrier. They return to Stan's broken down shack. Wendy charges past the door, storming into the building as her rage begins to build again. Thamiezel smirks, watching her darkly lit form. He sees her anger, her fury, her sorrow. She has begun to channel her rage against Gideon. She desires to torture and mangle him, to put him through the pain he caused her. Thamiezel smiles deviously.

"Such rage. I hope she can come to see our way of thinking, sister."

Wendy watches the demonic entities flowing out of the realm of Stan's. She enters the private halls of Stan's, trying to find where he is. Thamiezel approaches her as she looks towards Stan's bodyguard. The demonic flame's skulls turn their gaze to Wendy.

"Where's the Lord of Mysteries?" Thamiezel asks as he approaches Wendy's side.

"You are not wanted here anymore. Begone."

"See, I would… but, my friend here is fairly angry. We're planning a coup d'état and need a base of operations."

Thamiezel smiles as the demonic entity glows brighter, preparing to assault Thamiezel. Wendy charges against the demon, igniting her body and assaulting the monster. Her powerful form tears apart the entity, ripping through its soul and snuffing out the flame. She returns to her human form, hyperventilating.

"Wendy." Thamiezel says.

She turns to him as her eyes burn.

"Get away from me!"

Wendy's screams shatter the room, ripping apart the windows and igniting the wood. Thamiezel snaps his fingers, repairing the damage as Stan charges out of his private quarters.

"I told you I'm not helping you!" he shouts. Wendy turns back to him.

"Wendy?"

"How… do I kill… Gideon?"

"You… you can't…"

Thamiezel smiles, creating a cigar out of thin air and bringing it to his lips. His thumb ignites and he lights his cigar. He takes a puff and exhales through his nostrils.

"I can do anything, Grunkle. Once I'm within Gideon's barriers, it will already be over for him."

Stan backs away, looking towards the twins as they approach Wendy's side. But they see in her eyes the fading of her anger. She clenches a fist, trying to summon her rage and attack Stan. Her hands shake as her darkness fades into sorrow. She falls to the ground, returned to her human form and burying her anger. Thamiezel sits down by her, sliding a hand down her pale back.

"Wendy…"

Thamiezel's hands are gentle and soothing. The twins bring Wendy into a hug as she releases her agony. Thamiezel holds Wendy firmly. Zelestra smiles weakly, kissing the top of Wendy's head.

"Wendy… my brother and I need to defeat Gideon… if any more souls are suffering under his reign, it is in our power to free them."

"Where… where is my family?"

"We don't know… if they're here, we'll save them… the souls we devour are not tortured. They aren't mangled and broken… we aren't monsters. We simply hide amongst the monsters."

"I'll… I'll help."

Wendy stands above the twins, looking down at them. Thamiezel and Zelestra stand and meet the eyes of their ally. She buries her sadness and anger. She releases a deep breath, looking towards the twins.

"What do we do?" Wendy asks sternly.

"We must ready our minds."

Thamiezel and Zelestra walk with Wendy and Stan into the library. Thamiezel and Zelestra sit with Wendy as Stan shuts the door.

"So… you're both really going to do it."

"Of course, Grunkle Stan." Thamiezel says.

"Well then… I can't help you at all… and neither will the shape shifting demon in the next barrier. The one who lives in this broken down tiny house. Who can control the place with his mind and stop psychic thoughts… I don't know who the next guardians are. Now I have to take this next summon… we've never met. Ever."

Stan vanishes from the library, leaving the twins to build Wendy's mind. Thamiezel turns towards her, creating another cigar. He smokes deeply and exhales through his nose. He snaps the cigar and absorbs it.

"Brother, why are you smoking?"

"Because it looks cool."

"It looks dorky when you do it."

Thamiezel scoffs while meeting Wendy's eyes.

"Wendy. You are strong, but you will need another sort of strength to defy Gideon. We can feel his subconscious thoughts attempting to invade our own minds. If we are to do this together, then you will need to fight back against the will of another."

The twins prepare for their game. Thamiezel prepares to assault Wendy's subconscious, gazing into her soul with his black and yellow eyes.

"Now then Wendy, if you can best my mind, then you can defy anything."

Thamiezel presses his thoughts against hers. She fights against him with every ounce of her will. Within a minute he has overpowered her. Zelestra catches Wendy as she begins to fall, fainting from the weight of Thamiezel's evil. Thamiezel removes his influence, allowing Wendy to return. She shakes back, looking around the room before remembering what had happened.

"That… shit."

"Yes. My mind is a dangerous tool."

"You… what the heck happened?"

"What do you mean?"

"You… this…"

"How did I become this? Well, three hundred years rotting away in my own mind drove me mad."

Thamiezel laughs, looking back on the insanity he's been through. He cracks his knuckles before readying another battle with Wendy. The twins take turns with Wendy over the hours, building her strength and mind up. But her strength begins to fade, tired of the insanity and her own torment.

"I… I'm so tired."

Wendy's head falls to the desk. She begins to fall asleep, caring little for comfort. The twins create a bed in the parlor, lifting Wendy up and leaving her to rest. They walk towards the other end of the library, raising up four walls to guard them.

"So much pain… we'll show Gideon the meaning of torment, sister."

"I thought you didn't want to torture, brother?"

"I don't… but I say we at least owe him something."

"Yes… now then, brother. Shall we?"

"No time like the present."

The twins giggle as they tear each other's clothes off. Wendy darts awake hours later. Fragments of her torment have leaked into her mind. She shudders as she remembers where she is, the nightmare of the truth eating away at her. She turns around, looking towards the other end of the hallway. She sees a flickering light. She turns back, trying to deny her curiosity. But the strange moans and sounds tease her ears, goading her into following. She drifts out of the bed, walking down the library towards the sound of the voices. She looks into a crack in the wall, seeing the twins in the thralls of their lust, focused entirely on each other. Thamiezel kisses his sister, running a firm hand down her back and clenching her buttocks. Zelestra holds her brother, running her hands up his back and shoulders and tickling his neck with her tongue. Wendy sees the full extent of the twins' changed nature. Wendy's gaze turns to Thamiezel. She looks over his scarred, wounded backside, torn up by Zelestra's nails. His smile is warm and kind, looking upon Zelestra. Love he never reveals to anyone but her. The twins finish loudly, caring little for any potential intrusions. They fall back onto the bed, Zelestra resting on her brother's chest and nuzzling in.

"Sister… you are wonderful."

"I love you, Dipper."

"I love you too. Mabel… my Mabel."

"It'd be rude if I weren't your Mabel."

Thamiezel giggles as the twins prepare to fall asleep. But with their attention spreading outward, they realize that they have an audience. The twins grin as their eyes reopen, looking towards the hole in their chamber. Wendy backs away, tripping over herself as the twins emerge from behind their barrier. Thamiezel restores his black slacks, but leaves his shirt removed. He looks over the scars engraved on his torso and back by his sister's nails.

"You would have known eventually, Wendy." Zelestra says, restoring her clothes.

"You… together?"

"Yes. My sister and I… we are different than other people. Perhaps it is why we have become what we are."

Thamiezel extends a hand, lifting Wendy off the ground.

"Wendy Corduroy… since you're now up, shall we start?"

The twins begin their second day of readying Wendy's mind. Over the month, they train with her while preventing minor incursions from the other circles of Hell from invading. They find themselves unintentionally helping Gideon so that they may finish him off themselves. A necrotic slough of rambling tissue from the eighth circle is summoned by one of Gideon's enemies. The mass bubbles and gurgles, lashing out at anything that it finds. Thamiezel and Zelestra work with Gideon's enslaved soldiers to destroy the mass. Wendy wields an axe, cutting away at the large chunk of meat while Stan waits on the porch, using a metal bat and bashing away at any piece of the mass that comes his way. Gideon's forces begin to push away the cancerous tissue. Thamiezel and Zelestra laugh while firing upon it with flamethrowers, enjoying the insanity far too much. The legion of tortured meat and souls is banished back to the Malebolge. A shadowy jackal spirit approaches weeks later, attempting to break through the barrier by itself. Thamiezel and Wendy corner the beast while Zelestra stays in the chambers. Thamiezel fires a Gatling gun at the shadowy spirit. The bullets explode into angelic light, ripping apart the monster as Wendy charges at the beast with a spear. The burning weapon skewers the shade, reducing it to a harmless spirit that Thamiezel absorbs.

"Are you going to use that on Gideon?" Thamiezel asks, pointing to the spear.

"No. I'll use my hands."

"Direct. I like it."

The two return to the shack as Thamiezel whistles and dances. Within a month, Wendy's mind has been built up. She forces back against Thamiezel's thoughts, preventing him from glimpsing into her mind.

"Excellent, Wendy. We should be going soon." Thamiezel says, a proud smile on his face.

"We have to kill that shape shifter next, brother. Wendy, anything you know about Gideon's realm?"

"Nothing… just, it's a lot bigger from when he found me. I think… I think he has other people from Gravity Falls."

"Gravity Falls… it seems he never forgot our little encounter. The year his life turned upside down."

"I wonder if he still has nights thinking of you, sister."

"Gross."

The twins release their sick, mischievous laugh together.

"Let's hunt some demons, sister."

"We should have a group name. Like, the three mouseketeers."

"The void walkers."

"The polka-dot tots?"

"The dread gods of nyglorthos."

"I think it's already taken… how about… The Trinity of the Dragon."

"Ooh, I like it. I like it a lot, sister."

The twins turn towards Wendy, looking for her approval.

"I, uh… I guess?"

The twins giggle dementedly as they begin their quest. They give no acknowledgement to their great uncle's presence, drifting away with Wendy towards the forest. Within the first barrier, Wendy feels Gideon's thoughts press against hers. She fights back easily with her new allies. The twins and Wendy make their way to the second barrier, hundreds of miles away from the first. With the power taken from Wendy, the twins pass through into the second realm of Gideon's. Within the new barrier, the world has become an endless desert, filled with howling harsh winds and deadened air. The world is lifeless, yet the twins feel the presence of countless eyes watching and ears listening, waiting for any intrusions. The movement of the three is sensed by the guardians. Beneath the sands, hundreds of tremors and shifting bodies encircle the twins. The ancient creatures guarding the second sphere have been awakened with the presence of alien forces. Skeletal monsters leap from the sand, unnatural blue light gleaming out of their bloody skulls. Their pincers angle inwards, allowing them to cut into and grab ahold of their prey, ripping it into pieces. The creatures charge for the twins. Zelestra laughs while taking her chainsaw back out.

"Chainsaw painsaw!"

The mad queen presses the weapon against the monster at the head of the herd, carving it in two and letting its acidic blood spill out into the sands. Thamiezel snickers while spreading out hundreds of whips from his hands and fingertips, each one lined with barbs and arched blades. Thamiezel's whips wrap around the necks of the demons like nooses, strangling and decapitating them as he twirls with Zelestra. The twins battle together in a dance, enjoying their adventure through the pits of Hell.

"A dance of devils, sister."

"And a battle under a beautiful green sky."

Wendy transforms into a demon, biting the creatures and ripping them apart with her teeth. She bows her head, charging into hundreds of them and impaling them upon her horns. She jerks her head, tossing the bodies off her horns and into the sand. Zelestra swings her chainsaw overhead, slicing off the head of a demon. She presses the chainsaw against the pincers of another, shattering its bladed arm and carving through its body. Thamiezel's tendrils thrash against the swarm of creatures, tearing apart hundreds of them. Wendy grabs twenty of them, crushing them within her hand and burning them into chunks of seared bone. The sands have become red with the blood of the demons, like the forceful jabs and brushstrokes of a mad artist. But the swarm continues coming with no end in sight, their numbers growing by the hundreds every second.

The twins and Wendy summon the entirety of the swarm upon them. Waves of millions charge towards the three invaders. Thamiezel and Zelestra return to the barrier with Wendy, fleeing back into the forest. The monstrous swarm crashes against the wall, sending a flash of lightning across the barrier to alert Gideon. His eye turns upon the barrier, looking towards the massive swarm as they charge mindlessly against the shield, crushing the bodies of those closest to the barrier. Gideon turns towards the forest, attempting to see what had alerted his swarm. The eye of Gideon presses down upon the twins, revealing the full weight of his power. Thamiezel disappears, but he holds Wendy and Zelestra within a shroud, realizing that their minds are not chaotic enough to avoid Gideon. He feels Gideon press against him like a mountain, the eye threatening to weaken his mind enough to reveal his thoughts. However, the eye turns away as quickly as it appeared, Gideon's attention returning to his inner circle. Thamiezel releases Wendy and Zelestra, looking towards the swarm of creatures waiting for their approach. Thamiezel sticks his tongue out at the demons as Zelestra moons them, giggling while smacking her butt tauntingly.

"They are incredibly stupid, bro."

"I know. They're animals. Which means that if we remain invisible, we should be able to avoid them."

The three wait for the swarm to die out, hours passing as they sit silently outside the barrier. Another of the forest guardians appears, slashing at the three. Wendy transforms and wrestles with the monster, punching it in the skull and kneeing its torso. She carves at its fire and ruins its body, ripping off the skull and crushing it under her foot. Another beast charges for Thamiezel. He smiles with mad twitching eyes while removing his top hat, pulling a rocket launcher out and aiming for the ground.

"Rocket jump!"

He shoots the rocket, exploding his body into chunks of meat that fly through the air. His head cackles as his teeth begin falling out.

"That's not… how it worked… in Doom."

Thamiezel's body chunks land around the fire demon. Thamiezel's head lands on the demon's skull. The limbs and pieces of Thamiezel sprout thousands of tentacles and weave back together, pushing the skeleton's bones into a small mass and snuffing out the flame as his body rejoins. Thamiezel laughs as he crushes the demon within his body, devouring it.

The swarm of monsters from beyond the second barrier begin to return to their slumber, fading back beneath the drifting sands as their bodies go dormant. Thamiezel and Zelestra cloak Wendy with their power, travelling back into the second realm. They hover above the sands, reaching out with their minds and searching the desert for the home of the demonic guardian. The twins and Wendy come upon a small, wooded house. The home's windows are boarded up, giving no glimpse into what awaits inside. The torn up, rickety building seems barely capable of standing. The three companions approach the home. The door creaks open, allowing them to move inside.

"Ominous." Thamiezel says, licking his teeth while entering the building. As soon as the door slams shut, Thamiezel and Zelestra feel their shared connection turn silent.

"Sister… I can't hear your thoughts."

"Yes… say nothing but… the names that your friend has known us by."

Thamiezel turns towards Wendy, creating a triangle with his thumbs and pointer fingers. She nods, understanding his gesture.

The twins look around the decrepit home. The stairs are thick with dust and sand built over the ages. A grandfather clock ticks loudly through the near silent, darkened entrance. The casing over the clock displays the Star of Telepathy. Within the shadows, the three see a humanoid shade looking down from the top of the stairs. Thamiezel tips his hat to the entity, which shifts into a blob before vanishing. The three begin walking up the stairs. But the home shakes with the sound of shifting gears. Two steel walls slam down from the ceiling, separating the three from each other. Thamiezel punches the wall with his hands. He rubs the bruised knuckles, shrugging before continuing on his way. The ground shakes again, and the rooms begin shifting and changing all around the vampire. He enters a room at the top of the stairs, finding a hall of mirrors all around. He takes the time to adjust his bowtie and hat. He feels the ground shake and groan as the labyrinth continues changing. He leaves the mirror room, finding the entryway gone. A long corridor stretches out to both sides, seemingly disappearing into infinite darkness. He walks down the long, winding hallway filled with paintings of various forms the creature has taken over the years. Humanoids, tentacle filled abominations, and floating gaseous entities have all been claimed.

Within another area of the labyrinth, Zelestra looks down a seemingly endless staircase. She begins her descent into the depths, looking through the darkness with her vampiric gaze. She senses a presence behind her. She twirls around and attempts to slash at the entity. Thamiezel grabs her hand, looking over her claws and smirking. The pair begin travelling together down the hall, looking at each other out of the corner of their eyes. The stairs lead down into a room with a wooden table and two stools, lit by a single candle. The pair approach and sit near each other. Zelestra attempts to reach out with her vampiric mind, but finds the powerful spells are able to halt her greatest attempts at searching Thamiezel.

"So, my sister… what is the name our friend knows us by?"

"If I say it, and you aren't my brother, you'll know."

"True, true… perhaps we should have thought of a better plan. But we were never ones for plans now, were we?"

Zelestra gives no hint as to her thoughts, keeping her face cold and blank. Thamiezel touches her on the nose.

"Boop."

"So… perhaps you are my brother… then call me your Shooting Star."

Thamiezel laughs insanely as the walls close down around Zelestra, sealing her off.

"I'll be back once I have the rest of you. You and your brother are far more powerful than what I've dealt with before. I'm sure the Star of Telepathy will desire to see you."

The shape shifter leaves Zelestra imprisoned. She smirks, knowing the entity's playful nature will be its own defeat. Zelestra floats in space, waiting for the powerful barriers to fade as she hums. Wendy looks through a long hallway of mirrors, seeing her nude reflection. With the use of her powers, her clothes have been burnt off. She finds Zelestra walking through, looking over Wendy's body.

"Hello, friend." The vampiric queen says.

"And who are you?"

"The Shooting Star."

"Ice."

Wendy feels powerful barriers surround her from all sides. She growls, watching the shape shifter giggle and flee. Wendy punches and fights against her cage, but finds her powers too weak to break the seals.

Thamiezel wanders down the long corridor, coming to a large, circular room with crimson markings in the ground, carved in and filled with the long dried blood of those who attempted to defeat the shape shifter. Thamiezel turns around, seeing his sister apparently enter the room. He smirks while greeting the hidden shape shifter.

"Hello, sister… and how do I know it is truly you?"

"Give me the name our friend has called us by."

Thamiezel smirks while revealing a hidden card from beneath his sleeve.

"Pine Tree. I knew it was you, sister. So… once we use this, we'll be able to defeat the Star of Telepathy."

The shape shifter looks curiously at the hidden item. It walks over and examines the card, finding the image of a crystalline dragon with blue eyes. It ponders the item, trying to discover how it could be used against Gideon. Thamiezel hands the card to the creature, who backs away, laughing at the vampire. But the card melts, seeping into the skin of the creature. The entity screams in pain as the power of Thamiezel begins to corrupt it.

"What was that?!"

"A Yu-Gi-Oh card, you idiot. Blue eyes white dragon."

The monster glares back at Thamiezel, who smiles while waiting for his magic to take hold.

"Yes, shape shifter. I knew it was you."

The shifter's eyes bulge open. He attempts to seal Thamiezel within four concrete walls. But the creature's power begins to fade, withering away as his body begins falling apart. A long tentacle shoots out of its back as its face distorts into Thamiezel's. The creature begins losing control over its power and melting into the different shapes it has stolen.

"My sister would never refer to Bill as her friend. Not while knowing what he did to me. It's her funny little way of spiting him. And Wendy hasn't known him in a thousand years."

Thamiezel walks past the bubbling, writhing mass, sticking his hand into the dying creature and absorbing its power. Thamiezel whistles a happy tune while walking back the way he came. The maze goes dormant with the fall of its controller, allowing Thamiezel to destroy the barriers and hidden gates with ease. He waits by the entrance for Zelestra and Wendy to return. Zelestra skips back to the entrance from a door to the left, twirling as she waits for the twins' companion. Wendy bursts out of the floor, sending debris across the entrance to the lair of the monster.

"I take it you planned this from the start, sister?"

"Yes. I'd never call Bill Cipher my own friend. Gross psycho triangle."

The twins and Wendy leave the lair of the shape shifter and look up towards the great star, seeing Gideon in the seat of his power. Thamiezel extends a hand into his view and clenches his fist, seeming to grab the star in his grasp.

"Two more to go. Then play time." Thamiezel says.

The three move closer to the realm of Gideon, approaching as shadows. Thamiezel, Zelestra, and Wendy make their way across the third barrier. They enter the domain of Gideon's slaves, watching over the eerie glowing blue of the realm. The star hovers far above, gazing down upon them. The distorted realm presses against their minds, attempting to peel back the layers of their thoughts. Within the third barrier, Gideon's telepathic powers are far stronger. Even his subconscious mind needs the twins' full attention, lest their thoughts be revealed. Wendy holds her mind, walking with her companions through the land, finding the huts and shacks of Gideon's slaves.

"Where should we go first, brother?"

"Don't know. Our great uncle didn't know what the fourth guardian was."

Wendy remains silent, focusing all of her willpower upon holding her mind's shield in place. They continue pressing forward, keeping their minds hidden to Gideon's thoughts and watching demonic slaves and eldritch powers fly overhead. Thamiezel can see their thoughts. They despise Gideon. They wish to overthrow him. They hate his selfish, childish mind. But they are powerless against the demonic star. Any attempt to defy him is met with even worse torture. The twins and Wendy find a large factory. Random pieces of stone fall from portals in the sky onto large conveyer belts. The twins look through the factory. The stone is chipped and chiseled by lines of slaves into statues of the Star of Telepathy. The next group paints the statues a light blue before sending them back on the line. At the very end, the statues are destroyed and the rubble is thrown into portals. The slaves are forced to endlessly create the same statues over and over again. Thamiezel's heart grows angry at the sight of a familiar face. The twins' grandmother is forced to paint the pictures. Her mind is long gone, having fallen into a routine of slaving for Gideon. Thamiezel approaches, ready to grab her and take them back to his own world. But Zelestra stops him. She has tears in her eyes. Against every part of her that wants to flee with their grandmother, she stops her brother.

"The star will know, brother… he'll know it was our great uncle if we take her now. We'll have to destroy him first."

Thamiezel and Zelestra turn away as Wendy's body begins to burn with anger. The twins and Wendy continue their searching for the fourth key to Gideon's power. They find an enclave of vampiric slaves, chained together and forced to bake endless treats for Gideon. Thamiezel approaches the group and looks down upon them, wondering if any were once his servants.

Thamiezel and Zelestra leave the slaves to their torment. The three follow the ring around Gideon's sphere of influence. They find a powerful demon near the outskirts of the ramshackle city. The demon's skin appears as ash, its head crowned in three smoldering horns and wielding a spear. The demon's face is sealed within a dark, red helmet, dripping blood onto the ground. The helmet is chained to the ground, preventing the monster from leaving. It readies its weapon and jabs for the twins. They leap apart, running to each side of the demon and slicing at the ankles. Wendy charges up and punts the spear, breaking the weapon in half. She takes the jagged end and forces it into the ground as the twins wrap hundreds of tentacles around its neck. They force the demon towards its own weapon, impaling its head upon the spear. Thamiezel absorbs the demon's power, but finds it doesn't have the energy to open the next seal.

"This was not the guardian, sister."

"I see that. We should continue moving."

They walk for days, searching for any sign of a monster or powerful soldier. But as they make their way entirely around the circle, they find no knowledge or rumor of the one Gideon has used as his servant.

"Maybe the key is outside the sphere, brother."

"Maybe… or maybe… he hasn't given it to someone powerful. Maybe… one of his lowliest slaves, someone like Wendy or Gran, someone he likes to abuse and beat around. If they can't leave the barrier, they'd be trapped holding onto the key."

"Yes. But who?"

"Let's see… he's never been a fan of our friends and family… but our grandmother doesn't have it."

"Maybe someone else from Gravity Falls."

The twins make their way through the kingdom, looking at each and every face. They spend days struggling through the realm, exhausting their minds to keep Gideon away from their thoughts. Wendy leaves back to Stan's mansion, her mind tiring with the maddened weight of Gideon's realm. Thamiezel and Zelestra are nearly ready to return to the safety of Stan's home when Zelestra sees something out of the corner of her eye. She turns towards a weak, frail human coughing weakly beneath a rickety awning.

Zelestra tugs Thamiezel back towards the female. Thamiezel looks through her eyes. He sees deep into her past. The blonde had lived near Gravity Falls for most of her life. She had grown up at the same time as the twins and had helped them stop Bill Cipher. Thamiezel searches through her thoughts, hearing her name.

"Pacifica Northwest."

Pacifica's skin barely covers her ribs, her eyes are sunken and faded, and her mind is barely alive. She has starved to death hundreds of times, each time being revived by Gideon and forced to starve again. Zelestra sees the torment of her friend and cries out in sorrow. She falls to the ground and drags Pacifica into a hug. Pacifica attempts to cry, but her weak body sheds no tears. The withered human chokes on dry sobs as the twins hold her close, settling her mind.

"Who… you?" Pacifica mumbles.

"My sister and I… we met once before. We will protect your thoughts. We're taking you out of this monstrous hell."

Thamiezel holds her lovingly, placing a barrier on her mind, shielding her from Gideon's prying eye. Gideon's eye darts around the chaotic realm, searching for his disappeared servant. Her mind is in a deep sleep, avoiding his gaze. Thamiezel finds her keeping the fragment of power to Gideon's fourth shield. He absorbs the power and adds it to his own. Zelestra carries her weakened friend in her arms, smiling while looking over her. The twins vanish out of the domain of the Star, feeling Gideon's thoughts leave their mind. The twins return to their small hideout. Thamiezel's thoughts turn back to his summer in Gravity Falls. He remembers that there was another he had developed feelings for. Someone other than Wendy and his sister. He turns to Pacifica. The old king smiles weakly, brushing her hair out of her eyes.

"So brother. I see your mind."

"Yes. Perhaps Pacifica can fill the holes in our hearts."

"Although this does put the female to male ratio out of whack."

"No reason you can't shape shift into a man."

Zelestra changes her form, becoming a large, burly version of her brother.

"Testosterone! Muscles! Easily damaged ego!"

Zelestra grunts and crunches her body, posing with her large muscular physique while holding Pacifica one-handed.

"And… I am now asexual." says the vampire king. Zelestra punches him in the shoulder. He smirks while Zelestra changes back to her original body.

"Yes. We'll need to find at least two males." Zelestra says.

"At least?"

Zelestra giggles while they make their way towards the library. Wendy sits in her bed, looking over the books and discovering everything she can about the demon world and the central universe. The twins set Pacifica down on the bed. Wendy turns to the withered blonde.

"Who?"

"This is Pacifica Northwest. You remember her, don't you?" Thamiezel says.

"Yeah. The rich girl."

"Yes. She was Gideon's fourth guardian. Although that is a bit of an overstatement. She was his toy. He was starving her."

"What?... shit. Fucking psycho."

"Yes. His thoughts might turn towards the shack… he realizes it's the only place that might help defeat him."

"Then we'll kill anything that comes here."

"As much fun as that would be, that would put our grandmother in jeopardy. We'll keep Pacifica hidden. Outside his realm, Gideon isn't as powerful. He won't see us."

Thamiezel begins manipulating his vast power. He first creates a loveseat, which he sets Pacifica on. Zelestra holds Pacifica's head, curling up with her friend. Thamiezel then creates a long table filled with food. Pork, burgers, chicken, fish, deer, and veal are materialized, created to give Pacifica comfort again. Pacifica shivers awake as the twins hover beside her.

"Hey, Paz." Zelestra says. Pacifica lifts her weakened body up and looks towards the twins. They move apart, revealing the feast created for Pacifica. She leaps off the couch and charges for the burgers. She shoves the meat deep down her throat, swallowing whole chunks and caring little for the flavor. After she's devoured the five burgers she moves onto the plate of salmon. She begins gobbling up each and every piece. Wendy and the twins begin crying at the sight of Pacifica's ravenous hunger. Her malnourished body and soul drives her to eat everything, filling to the point of bursting. She vomits onto the floor before turning back to the food. Pacifica ignores the pain in her stomach as she forces down several pieces of chicken. After she's finished gorging, she returns to the couch and crashes down. She rolls over, shaking in the fetal position from the cold. Thamiezel hovers upside down as he moves to the other side of the couch. He uses his powers, restoring Pacifica to her original body. Her skin rebuilds, her eyes return in full, and her mind is rejuvenated. Thamiezel smiles at Pacifica, his hat remaining attached to his head.

"Hello Northwest. Remember me?"

"I… who?"

"Summer. 2012. We stopped Bill Cipher. We banished him into the nether. And you saw my dead body shoved into a plastic bag and carried into a freezer."

"You… the… Pines…"

"Dipper, although I go by another name nowadays."

The mad king giggles as Pacifica lifts off the couch, shivering and rubbing her arms. Zelestra materializes a warm blanket and wraps Pacifica up. Wendy walks over and joins with the twins, helping to care for Pacifica. Zelestra and Thamiezel huddle closely with their enfeebled friend.

"So Paz, where are your parents?" Zelestra asks.

"I don't know… who cares… you… you saved me."

"Yes… it's been so long." Zelestra says. She pulls her crying friend into a hug, dusting off Pacifica's raggedy shoulders. Thamiezel begins slowly turning upside down, setting his legs on the foot of the couch while resting his head in Wendy's lap. The still nude redhead blushes at him. He chuckles while looking up to meet her eyes.

"So Wendy, one more circle to breach. Then we can free our family, along with anyone else tied to Gideon."

"Yeah…"

"If… if your family is here, you can stay with them in our realm… or you could stay with us. Lots of perks in being best friends with gods."

"I… I don't know."

Thamiezel smiles, lifting off Wendy and joining Zelestra on the couch.

"You… what are you doing here?" Pacifica asks.

"My brother and I are here to stop Gideon. We're going to break into his lair and rip him to pieces."

"You never heard my demon name, Pacifica. The link between who I was and who I am. I am Thamiezel."

"I… really?"

"Yes."

Pacifica looks down at the floor. She's more surprised than sad, wondering how Dipper had transformed.

"You… you saved me…"

"I'm not as monstrous as the rumors say. I'd never do what Gideon did."

Pacifica hugs herself, looking back on her torture. The insanity she suffered due to Gideon's madness.

"What that freak… what he did to you. I'll show him the meaning of torment."

Thamiezel clenches his right hand into a fist. It glows with yellow flame, burning his hand into bone. Thamiezel's skeletal hand wiggles around before he restores his flesh.

"We have one more barrier after we pass through the fourth gate. We'll find the final key and ruin that madman."

"Once we're inside we'll have to act fast, brother. Even if the other demons don't come after us, the whole place is going to go to shit once he's destroyed."

"Yes… we'll need to wait a little longer. Prepare for our assault."

Thamiezel looks back towards Pacifica. She gazes into his changed eyes. The eyes of a demon. But she sees the mark on his head. The big dipper she remembers. She smiles while moving his hair out of the way and touching the mark.

"Still got that mark."

"Yes… I denied it for many years. But I've restored it. It's a part of me."

"You look good with it."

"You should rest, Pacifica. Our powers will keep your mind hidden to Gideon. He won't harm you ever again."

Pacifica leans her head on his shoulder, her eyes closing as she hums happily. She savors the touch of Thamiezel, holding him close. Zelestra and Thamiezel see the beginning of love in Pacifica's mind. She opens her eyes and looks back to the demon prince. She kisses the mark on his head and looks into his eyes.

"Dipper… thank you."

"You won't have to be alone any longer."

Wendy and the twins allow Pacifica to lie down. Pacifica rolls around before falling asleep. Wendy turns towards Thamiezel with a smile. The first smile she's had with the twins, seeing that they haven't completely fallen into darkness.

"So… Dip… can I call you Dip?"

"Of course."

"What… what do we do after this?"

"Whatever we want. Always new things to see, new things to do. The wonders of being eternal. Eventually we all become gods."

"I… I need to sleep."

"Yes. Rest would be good for all of us."

Wendy stretches while returning to her bed, resting alongside Pacifica's couch. The twins sit with their companions until Wendy falls asleep. Then they begin to move, returning to their own quarters. They look into each other's eyes.

"Why… why would Gideon hurt those two, but not Grunkle Stan?" Zelestra asks.

"Because Stan's torment is in being powerless, knowing exactly what Gideon is doing to his slaves. If he fights, Gideon can throw Gran to an even worse fate… And Pacifica… her and Wendy have something in common. They were the ones I cared for. The ones I came to love. Perhaps it's his twisted form of revenge against me."

"We'll ruin that psycho… we'll break him. No holding back, brother. We both need to be fully prepared."

"Yes. I know. And apologizes for what I'm about to do."

"Accepted, so long as you get me some cake when we get out of here."

The twins prepare to attack one another. They focus their thoughts on breaking down the other's mind while defending their own. Thamiezel's chaotic mind doesn't hold back against Zelestra, nor does she relent in her assault. Thamiezel's deranged, unknowable mind breaks Zelestra down, sending her to the floor. Thamiezel removes his mind's hold, allowing her to regain her sanity. She shivers back into awareness and stands. Once her mind is restored, they begin again. The hours pass as the twins duel silently, fighting with all of their minds' strength. Zelestra begins to repel Thamiezel's lunacy, forcing him on the defensive. But the twins thoughts turn elsewhere, sensing the stirring of their blonde friend. Pacifica leans up, looking towards the twins. They smile and approach her, sitting on the couch as Wendy snores loudly. Pacifica covers her body with a blanket, blushing slightly while looking towards Thamiezel.

"Pacifica… soon we will all be free of that maniac."

"He… burn that little psycho." Pacifica mutters.

"With pleasure. And once he's done, we'll turn him over to you and Wendy."

"When… I remember hearing about you. When I was stuck down here. Thamiezel. Earth's ruin."

"Yes… my mind fell into the depths… I was lost… I was alone… but… my sister heard me. She heard my calling… and we're together again."

Pacifica inches closer to him. She falls into his arms. Zelestra joins the pair, sitting across from them and watching. She smiles, seeing Pacifica happy with another. Zelestra leans in, brushing Pacifica's hair out of the way. The vampire queen's breath is on Pacifica's neck.

"Northwest… do you want to be with us?"

"… us?"

"Yes… my brother and I have a different love than we once had… but we're alone. Cut off from our human past… and we were hoping… hoping that you would join us."

Pacifica turns around, looking into Zelestra's eyes. The warm eyes she remembers from all that time ago, the memories of love and friendship that kept her mind sane in the depths of Gideon's torment.

"You… you both want me?"

"Yes."

Pacifica sniffles, crying as she looks towards her friend. She sees in the depths of the dark queen the Mabel she remembers. Pacifica presses her lips against Zelestra's, intertwining her hands with the queen's. Thamiezel tenderly kisses her neck, running his sharp nails down her spine. Wendy turns over, snorting loudly. The twins and Pacifica snicker, remembering their other companion. Thamiezel changes the couch into a large bed, spreading out with Pacifica and Zelestra. The vampiric queen snuggles closely to Pacifica, beginning to fall asleep with her. Thamiezel stays up longer, waiting with his companions and thinking back to his time alone on Earth. When he had mutilated and butchered countless innocents for his own selfish gain.

"I ruined so much… I wonder… if I could be saved, if I would even deserve it…"

Wendy awakens in the night, shaking from another nightmare. Her body begins burning the bed, but Thamiezel snuffs the flame out effortlessly. Wendy looks towards the three companions in the bed. Thamiezel senses her gaze, smiling as he turns towards her.

"Wait, why are you three… are you all together?"

"Yes. She… has been alone for so long… like us."

"But… you two are together. Why do you want her?"

"My sister and I… we love each other… but she has missed her husband. He threw her love back in her face. He still won't talk to her… and I had a feeling he would. Both of us did… but we still hoped he wouldn't. Because… we need someone. Someone who isn't like us… someone human…"

Thamiezel grins mischievously. Another thought spurs his mind; a selfish thought.

"Wendy Corduroy, would you also care… to join us?"

"What?"

Wendy blinks rapidly, looking towards Thamiezel. He giggles while inviting her into the bed with them, patting the empty space. She moves over to the other bed, looking towards him.

"Yes… Pacifica will probably be closer to my sister… their minds are not as lustful for battle… but I sense in you what I enjoy. The hunt. The fight."

"You… you think I enjoy this?" whispers Wendy, trying to keep herself from yelling. Thamiezel smiles.

"In a way. I know your family hunted. It probably felt weird, having your first kill. But after that, you started to feel different. You probably enjoyed it… I doubt Pacifica would ever become like that. She doesn't know what we're like. Animal. Something older than civilization."

Thamiezel licks his fangs, anticipating the battle with Gideon. Wendy looks down, realizing that he's seen right through her.

"You love the strange, the plunge into the unknown. And I want to walk along that path with you and my sister."

"You… so what am I to you?"

"A companion. Same as Pacifica."

Wendy sighs, clenching her fists. Thamiezel falls against her shoulder, looking down at the floor.

"Wendy… so much anger… I want you to punch me."

"What?"

Thamiezel leans up and smiles with his psychotic grin.

"I want you to punch me. And I want it to hurt. And then I'll beat you down. And then you'll punch me again and again. Do it."

Wendy glares at the smirking devil. She punches him, sending his teeth flying across the room. Her rage is ignited. She charges with him out of the room, breaking down doors and walls. She pounds his face into the dust. He grabs her head with both hands and headbutts Wendy, allowing himself to escape. He charges against her, holding her down. She knees him in the groin and kicks him back with her feet, sending him down the staircase leading to the entrance of the mansion. She charges down the stairs as her body begins to burn. Thamiezel cackles while standing up, his arms broken and hanging lifelessly at the side. Wendy charges out the door, carrying the demon. He slices against her demonic form with a tendril, which she grabs into her mouth and chews into. She rips the tentacle off and slams his face into the ground. He wraps his legs around Wendy's waist and throws her off of him. He charges after her, grabbing and suplexing Wendy into the dirt. She gouges into his eyes with her thumbs, driving out pained howls. Thamiezel punches her in the stomach, causing her to vomit fire into his face. She knees him in the groin, throwing him off of her. She forces his body down and punches him in the face, pounding him into the dirt. They battle and tear each other apart. They mutilate and destroy themselves. Wendy releases her anger and rage upon the dark king, knowing he can take it. That he willingly offers himself as her punching bag. And once she's done with the destructive therapy, Wendy returns to her human form. Her breathing is heavy and deep. She looks towards the vampiric king as he reforms his damaged body.

"Yes. That feels good."

He giggles as Wendy eyes him. He realizes his clothes have burned off, revealing his pale, naked flesh. Wendy and Thamiezel begin kissing, forcefully rubbing their hands over each other's bodies. Thamiezel's mind turns back to his sister.

"Just so you know, sister, Wendy is about to forcefully fuck me outside."

"Yeah right. Force. Took you long enough."

"Long enough?"

"Yeah. I wanted the sexy lumberjack, too. And I suppose it's only fair. I get Paz, you get your old childhood crush."

"I… ugh… whoa."

"Having trouble thinking?"

"What?"

Zelestra giggles as she turns over in the bed. Wendy is ready to ravage the madman before her. But then she begins regaining control of her mind. She realizes that they're outside in the middle of Hell, surrounded by demons and eldritch monsters. Wendy backs off, returning to the manor quickly.

She returns to the library, walking up the stairs and past the worried gaze of Stan, who had seen the beginning of her battle with Thamiezel. Thamiezel walks back, restoring his damaged body. He finds Wendy at the foot of her bed. Thamiezel's dark grin has faded. He approaches her, sitting on the bed across from Zelestra and Pacifica. He takes Wendy's hands in his, rubbing her knuckles.

"For what it's worth, I'm sorry… for everything. For the death of Earth… for creating the path that gave Gideon his power…"

At the mention of Gideon, Wendy's fists clench tightly.

"Anger. You have a lot of it, Wendy… so much anger… it drove me for so long."

"Why?... why do you want me?"

"Because you're better than me… earlier, after you had been freed, you broke in here. You cornered my great uncle. You were ready to break him. You had the chance… but you didn't… I don't think I could have stopped myself."

Wendy chokes back a sob while looking out into the distance.

"You… you really like me?"

"Always. Even if you choose not to be with us."

"I just… when I was… on Earth. I thought you were… I thought you were cute… if the time was right, I'd have loved to, like, date and stuff… but… you died… and… and there was nothing I could do… and now you're back, saying after all this shit that we can still hang out like nothing's happened."

"Do you want to?"

"What?"

"Wendy Corduroy, after all the insanity that we've both been through… do you want to hang out like nothing's happened? To be together, either as friends or something more?"

Wendy contemplates her answer, knowing that whatever she chooses will change her path. After several minutes she nods, closing her eyes and moving closer to him.

"Can… can you believe I've dated worse down here?"

Thamiezel stifles a laugh, looking towards her with a smile.

"Really? Who?"

"Some dude from level six. Crazy little bastard."

"And he let you go?"

"More I ran off and hid on the other side of Hell for a bit."

"Wow."

"Yeah… I… I guess we can… date, or something."

"I love you Wendy."

"A bit early to say that."

"I've learned over the years what I love and what I don't. So when I tell someone I love them, I mean it. I don't love many. But you… you are one of them."

Wendy pulls him into a hug. Thamiezel and Wendy roll under the sheets, falling back to sleep together. Zelestra and Thamiezel pull the beds together, scooting closer to each other in their dreaming state. Within their minds, the twins speak together.

"So, you got Wendy with us."

"Yes. I hope she stays with us."

"I think she will, even if we're just friends."

"That would be fine. I love you, Mabel."

"Love you too, Dipper. But now the female to male ratio is completely out of whack."

"I suppose Lilith could be our male. She did enjoy turning into a dude."

"And you enjoyed being her bottom."

"That was a fun sensation."

The twins grin, entering deep into their alien, strange thoughts with their lovers. Within the next few hours, Pacifica and Zelestra wake up. Zelestra gives Pacifica a dark violet, sparkling dress to cover herself. Zelestra and Pacifica leave Thamiezel and Wendy snoring loudly, walking down the inner halls.

"So Paz, what do you want to do when we get home?"

"I, uh… what is there?"

"Anything. Go on vacation, go see a movie. Lots of movies still around. Did you know they're coming out with another Batman movie?"

"What?"

Pacifica chuckles while Zelestra floats in the air with her legs crossed.

"Yeah. Batman became popular again, although he's now a vampire and the rogues are all demons."

"Weird."

"I know. But it should be fun."

"So… I noticed Wendy's in the bed, too."

"Yeah… is… is that a problem?"

"No… I actually dated five guys and two gals at once down here… Before… before Gideon took me."

"I'll kick his ass twice as hard for you."

"Just… I don't remember much of it."

"Yeah… Dip and I sealed off most of those memories… They're still there, in case you want to go crazy."

"I don't think so."

Pacifica smirks with the floating twin as they make their way to Stan's summoning area. Stan ignores the pair in case Gideon attempts to discover the whereabouts of his missing slaves. Pacifica and Zelestra sit down as a demonic shadow enters the room. It looks towards Zelestra and Pacifica.

"Who are you two?" the entity asks.

"My name is Zel, and this is Paz. Hello shadow creature."

"My name is Elphorgul. Are you servants of the Lord of Mysteries, or merely watching the entertainment?"

"My friend and I are just watching." Pacifica says, checking her pink nails.

"I always did enjoy his poor deals. I can offer many more things. Would you care to travel back to my world with me?"

"No thanks." Zelestra replies. The monster shifts into a humanoid form and sits at the table, watching Stan making a deal with an Esylion trying to find a way to defeat Thamiezel. With no prayers answered from above, the Esylion has turned towards the darker realms. Stan gives it a dagger, telling him it will help slay the vampire. Elphorgul inches closer to Zelestra and Pacifica, preparing to ensnare them. Zelestra unhinges her jaw, jumping at the creature and swallowing it whole. The queen burps loudly, giggling while turning back to Pacifica. Pacifica blinks rapidly, mortified by what she just saw. Zelestra chuckles awkwardly.

"Um… excuse me."

Pacifica looks back to the stage as the giant eye monster finds several drinks for them. Within the library, Thamiezel is still in the bed with Wendy, rolling around under the sheets. Wendy wakes up with a loud yawn, lifting out of the bed and looking towards Thamiezel. For a small moment she can see the peacefulness in his face. The tranquility from when he was first alive. The blissfulness of his childish self, revealing nothing to the darkness within his mind. But sensing her mind's awakened state, he returns to the waking world. His eyes open as his face changes back into a permanent smile.

"Good morning, Wendy."

Thamiezel sits up, closing the distance between them. He brings Wendy into a kiss, holding her bare shoulders. His fingers move up her red hair, grabbing a handful as he brings her onto the bed.

"Wendy… such fire… we'll burn Gideon."

Wendy smiles, kissing Thamiezel and rolling over, holding him down to the bed.

"We'll rip his heart out and shove it up his ass." Wendy says.

"We'll gut him like a fish and play jump rope with his intestines."

"Cut his face off."

"Beat him with his own legs!"

Wendy and Thamiezel laugh while turning around, going to join with Zelestra and Pacifica. The twins prepare their minds with Wendy and Pacifica over the passing weeks. The chaotic third circle continues to attempt to break into Gideon's realm. Other powerful demons desire his power and knowledge. Gideon has begun an offensive to remove one of the pests attacking his realm. Thamiezel and Wendy join with a horde of demons from Gideon's empire, moving rapidly towards one of Gideon's enemies.

The demon Belial was once part of the inner circle of the demon Beelzebub, the sixth ruler of Hell. Beelzebub was mangled and destroyed, cast into the depths of the ninth circle, the cold prison used to imprison demons considered too dangerous to be left freed. Belial fell from the inner kingdom, reduced to servicing mortals from the physical universe to rebuild his power and prestige. Now he has clashed with Gideon. Thamiezel and Wendy grow bored of their preparations, desiring to take their anger out on the minor demons of Belial's small world. Gideon's soldiers breach the barriers around Belial's fortress, a volcanic moon hovering above an ocean of magma. Belial's demons swarm out of his stronghold. Thamiezel and Wendy both transform their bodies. Wendy becomes a demon of fire while Thamiezel appears as a torrent of smoke and mist. They take gleeful joy in carving apart the lesser demons of Belial's host. Thamiezel suffocates them within his clouds of vampiric evil while Wendy charges into whole swarms, ripping them into hundreds of pieces and crushing them beneath her. Zelestra and Pacifica watch from afar. Zelestra uses her dark powers to let Pacifica see the mad battle.

"So Paz, what did you do before Gideon went full shitfuckery on us?"

"I was in level one. I started liking sulfur juice."

"What's that?"

"Like heroin, but better… Kind of like soul drugs. I tried to find ways to get out. But the barriers were strong back then."

"Yeah. Ol' Dippingsauce made it easier to get out of here… things are going to get crazy soon."

"I… just, why? If the war happens… it'll screw up both sides."

"… we're planning to destroy both of them. Dip and I… but not just us… we've got a place. Somewhere that we can keep everyone safe. Once the war starts, we're taking everyone there. Everyone we can save."

Zelestra rests her head on Pacifica's shoulder.

"We aren't totally loopy, Paz. We've got a plan all thought out."

"So where is this place?"

"Somewhere else. We'll explain it all when we're out of crazy town."

"Alright… you want to see that Batman movie when we get back?"

"Yep."

Pacifica looks back to the insanity occurring at the battlefield. The large iron moon has begun to fragment and fall apart. Thamiezel charges out of a hole in the side of it, followed by a massive wave of fire that cracks open the crust of the iron shell. The continent sized chunk of moon falls into the ocean of lava, destroying millions of Belial's forces. Pacifica sees the full extent of Thamiezel's madness. His feral love of war and destruction.

"He's different… I didn't realize how much…"

"Yeah… when I first saw him again. I hoped he didn't… he didn't do most of it… and that he wanted to change… but he didn't. He just wanted me… wanted my help."

"Why'd you join with him?"

"I…"

Zelestra takes a deep breath. A crimson tear falls from her eye, splashing on the floor.

"I wanted to find a way to save him. After I died, I figured wherever I go I could, like, convince them to help… but they made me forget. They didn't even care about him… no one did… so now I know. There are thousands of souls just like him. We've got to knock everything down so we get back together."

"What if it fails?"

"Then… I don't know."

Zelestra and Pacifica go silent as they observe the last of the battle. Hours later, Thamiezel and Wendy return from the battle, covered in blood. The pair stumble onto the balcony, looking towards their more civilized companions.

"That was a good work out." Thamiezel says happily.

"Yeah. That was good. I mean, did you see that one guy? The mountain thing?"

"Yeah. You blew its head off."

"I know! That was so cool."

Thamiezel meets with his sister. She removes the blood from the bodies of her insane lovers.

"So, Dipper, should we practice, or just snooze?" Zelestra asks.

"Snoozing sounds nice."

"Yeah." Wendy says with a yawn. The following day, the twins prepare for the final assault on Gideon's realm. Wendy sits on a chair while watching the twins glare at each other. Pacifica sits next to her, drinking a glass of water given to her by Zelestra.

"The ultimate staring contest." Wendy says. The twins are too focused to notice her joke, glaring into each other's souls.

"Wendy, where's your family?"

"I don't know… maybe Gideon has them. Tham- I mean Dip, he said that they didn't find my family in the first or second circle."

"Do you miss them?"

"I… not as much as I thought… it'd be nice to see them again… but it doesn't hurt as bad as before. How'd you end up down here?"

"My whole family is cursed from our ancestors' deal with Bill… even though I helped stop him, it wasn't enough…"

Pacifica moves closer to Wendy.

"Why'd you get stuck down here, Wendy?"

"I… after we stopped Bill… and I saw Dipper dead. I couldn't deal with it. Cute innocent kid just… just his body… So I started getting hooked on some really bad shit. Ended up overdosing on heroin."

Thamiezel shudders and falls to the ground. Zelestra removes her hold on his mind, allowing him to stand.

"Now that is power, sister."

"Are you alright?"

"Yes. I'm always alright."

Thamiezel chuckles while turning to Pacifica and Wendy.

"So, I believe we're powerful enough to enter the fourth barrier. We should be able to find the final key."

"And then?" Pacifica says.

"Then we approach that stupid star and suck Gideon's soul in through a straw. As to what we do with him, I think we'll leave that up to you."

Pacifica thinks on what she'll do to Gideon once he's defeated. Her mind has begun to thirst for vengeance.

"I'm going to break him."

Thamiezel smiles and approaches her, looking down into her eyes.

"I love the sound of that."

Thamiezel moves up and goes to walk with his sister. But he stops in place. Thamiezel's smile fades. He seems surprised, feeling a power call to him.

"What is it, brother?"

"A… summoning. That's funny, I haven't been summoned anywhere in a very long time."

Thamiezel's dark mind drifts towards the location of his circle, the calling to his mind. His thoughts reach out cautiously, prepared to flee should someone attempt to trap him. Instead, the dark god finds Alice, Waddles, and Stanley awaiting him near his throne.

"Ah, this is new. How'd you discover my voice mail? I thought I burned all traces of my old summoning circle."

"You didn't. There were some old papers in this library underneath your palace." Alice replies.

"Oh, right. Anyways, what can I do for you?"

"Where are you? It's been two months." replies Stanley. His voice is on edge and commanding, worried for his brother, his wife, and what might have happened to the twins.

"We've hit a snag. The Star of Telepathy is holding our family hostage. Once we've defeated him, we'll return."

"Just… be safe…"

"Thank you… I need to go. We will be back. That's a promise."

Thamiezel returns to the third circle.

"Stanley and the others called. They're worried."

"Aw, how sweet." Zelestra says.

"Yes. It's time. Are you ready, Wendy?"

"Actually… I'm staying here. I'll hang with Paz while you guys go do your big god battle… thing."

"Thanks." Pacifica says. Thamiezel creates a television for the pair. The twins move out of the shack, ready to destroy Gideon.

"So brother, if we aren't careful, the rest of the demons down here will come after us."

"I've thought of that. That is why we aren't going to fight Gideon in the real world."

"Are you going to use that loopy brain of yours?"

"Yes. Once he's in my mind, I'll reveal the memories of that war. The key to my victory."

"It's going to hurt a lot. Both of us and him."

"I know. I have to make it seem like he's winning… I'm sorry."

"I've dealt with worse. Both of us have."

"Yes. But soon we'll be back home."

They pass through the first seal. Their minds are far steadier, capable of repelling Gideon's thoughts with ease. They approach the second barrier, looking towards the star. Then they enter the third barrier, dwelling within the slaves of Gideon. The twins find Gideon building his forces up near the seal, protecting against any possible intruders. They move as shadows towards the fourth barrier. Once they have passed by the remainder of Gideon's forces, they approach the burning star. They fly up to the spire of the green, gleaming tower. Gideon turns his eye on the creatures whose thoughts he cannot pierce. He willingly opens the final gate, allowing them to move towards the center of his power. Thamiezel looks up, smiling and licking his fangs.

"Hello, Star of Telepathy… you've been very naughty."

The Star glows brighter, attempting to penetrate the minds of the siblings. Thamiezel looks towards the star, beginning to giggle in mockery of his enemy.

"You think you can laugh at me?! I am the Star of Telepathy! I am the ruler of this realm!"

"Ruler? Heh, that's a joke. Mammon rules this existence, not you. You need him to use your powers."

"Mammon needed me, demon."

"Then summon him. And say that again."

For his transgressions, Thamiezel is bound with powerful chains. They burn into his flesh and soul, causing him to scream in terror. But as Gideon's power releases its hold, Thamiezel begins laughing again. Once more Gideon attempts to break apart Thamiezel's will, only to be given more laughter in turn. Zelestra is bound also, lifted up to her brother. Gideon attempts to break Thamiezel by instead torturing his sister, carving at her mind and soul with his dark power. Zelestra's screams echo through the realm of Gideon. The servants of Gideon turn towards their insane master as he tortures the creatures before him. The world shakes and tremors with the anger of its mad king. Thamiezel cackles, dragging his enemy's attention back.

"Star… I know your real name… Gideon Gleeful. I bet your parents thought they were so clever, making a shitty pun with your name."

"What … so, Stanford told you, huh?"

"I've always known. I know everything there is to know. I am the one who killed the Earth. I am the one who murdered everything just to pass the time."

"Thamiezel. Now isn't this funny. Mammon and I were wondering how we would deal with you. You've been causing trouble for much of us dealmakers. And now you've come right up to my realm, offering yourself to me."

"Yes. See, my little empire is starting to get a bit full. So I need to expand my enterprises. Problem is, my armies are still a bit battered from our encounter with the angels. But then I heard about you! You and your little toys and games. And now here I am. And you have willingly opened the last seal to me."

Thamiezel giggles mockingly as Gideon presses down on the vampire's mind.

"Pathetic vampire. You are nothing. My power is greater than yours. I have control over a hundred times the number of spirits in your tiny galaxy."

"And most of them are far too weak to aid you. You are alone."

Thamiezel attempts to break the seals keeping him at bay. Gideon laughs at the vampire's attempts to break free.

"So, Thamiezel the great is just a tiny speck. Your queen… she's lovely."

Zelestra growls at the monstrous star. His gaze turns towards her as burning steel binds her mouth shut.

"Don't worry, Zelestra. I'll tame you."

Thamiezel begins laughing again, drawing Gideon's gaze away from Zelestra.

"Gideon. Little Gideon."

"Quiet!"

"Make me!"

Thamiezel is tortured again, his powers and mind weakening against Gideon's thoughts. But Thamiezel sees Gideon's true weakness. His mind is self-centered and narrow. He is still a mad, human boy deep down.

"Gideon. Still a child after all these years… I've had worse… far worse than you could ever imagine."

Gideon growls while turning his gaze towards Zelestra.

"You haven't seen anything yet."

Gideon's form changes into his original human body. He is nude. His pudgy, bulging skin oozes sulfur and necrotic tissue. He approaches Zelestra, who stares in shock as Gideon prepares to violate her. He rips down her shirt, revealing her nude body. He begins burning and ripping apart her body and soul. He impales her on spikes of burning iron. He shreds her skin apart, only to reform it and rip it off again. Thamiezel maintains the façade of the heartless ruler. He cackles maniacally, seeming to find Gideon's torment to be amusing.

"Gideon. Little Gideon."

Gideon returns to his form as the Star of Telepathy. His daunting gaze shifts back towards Thamiezel, infuriated at the unbreakable vampire.

"I! am not! LITTLE!"

"From what I see, you sure aren't big!"

Thamiezel grins and giggles viciously, wiggling around like a deranged, flailing puppet. Gideon screams in mindless rage. The blue star begins to burn bright red, and Gideon sends beams of unholy light into Thamiezel. Thamiezel's body jerks and shakes, seizing against the power of Gideon. Gideon releases his hold on the mad vampire. Thamiezel lurches and gags, seemingly ready to vomit. But he simply releases a long, loud burp.

"That's better." he says with a relieved voice. Gideon growls impotently. Thamiezel destroys the veil of power around Gideon, revealing the arrogant demon to be a screaming, whining, pouting child.

"Gideon, you are amusing. Hilarious, even… but you have no idea what I am capable of… it is time to end this game."

"Shut up. You're broken. You have nothing!"

"I know. And that means I have nothing to lose…"

Thamiezel begins speaking a dark spell in the ancient language of the Children of the First. The unknown words begin to take shape behind Thamiezel, appearing as a portal.

"I am ready… to summon my master… and end this pathetic claim of power."

"You. are. lying. Mammon has given me more power than you have devoured in all your years."

"Power… I will tell you the meaning of power… you were a history buff in school, right? Especially war history. You and I had at least something in common. We both found war entertaining. So here's a metaphor for you. My king is the Tsar Bomba compared to your little boy and fat man. Get it? Because you're a fucking fat midget."

Thamiezel giggles as Gideon focuses his mind, preparing to penetrate Thamiezel's memories.

"If you have a master, then I will know. And he will bow to me!"

While Thamiezel is weakened from the torment, Gideon's will is still strong. Gideon begins forcing himself into Thamiezel's mind.

Within the dreamscape of Thamiezel, Gideon appears. He looks around the mad world of Thamiezel's inner conscious. Iron and rusted grating hover above an infinite darkness. Giant cages are seen far into the distance, filled with flayed bodies that scream eternally. The chaos of Thamiezel's thoughts become clear, showing countless fragmented memories and dreams. Memories of death and war, memories of Thamiezel butchering countless innocents, and visions of chaos and ruin. Within the cacophony of Thamiezel's mind, Gideon begins to feel fear. Thamiezel himself appears within his own thoughts, looking towards Gideon while attempting to banish the star from his mind.

"Gideon Gleeful, it can be said, that I am giddy and gleeful. Get it?"

"You are nothing. Your mind is weak. I am the Star of Telepathy! And nothing can harm me!"

The image of Thamiezel growls at Gideon. The star continues pressing against Thamiezel's mind, delving deeper into the vampire's thoughts and memories. Thamiezel attempts to push Gideon back, but he is still weakened from earlier. His thoughts are not nearly powerful enough to match Gideon's controlled, centered cognizance. The Star looks back into Thamiezel's past. He sees the disjointed memories of Thamiezel's earlier days as the ruler of the dead earth. He sees the sorrow and solitude that had fueled Thamiezel for so long. The pitiful longing for his loved one that had driven the vampire insane.

"So this is what the great Thamiezel destroyed the planet for. Boo hoo hoo."

Gideon continues to violate Thamiezel's memories, pressing even further back into the butchery and slaughter of numberless creatures. Gideon sees Thamiezel's tower, built up on the remains of Gravity Falls. The dark, hellish landscape changes back, going further down Thamiezel's timeline. Gideon sees Thamiezel's weaker form, indulging in massacring the human race and other supernatural creatures.

He also begins to decipher Thamiezel's focus. His slaughter and madness was not entirely random. Whereas Thamiezel would destroy others quickly and violently, he had dealt out relaxed, painful, and humiliating genocide upon the creatures around Gravity Falls. He had butchered them all steadily, almost orgasmic with his slow act of evil. His hatred is focused entirely on that town and those who live there. The town, before it was ruined beyond repair, becomes the center of Thamiezel's dreamscape. Gideon looks around, recognizing the layout from when he was still human. He sees Thamiezel when he was merely a dream devil. A simple, nearly harmless creature whose only power was his memories. The dream monster is weak and angry, but his mind still has some remnant of humanity in it. Gideon sees the small flicker of light and kindness within the dream monster and laughs at it.

Thamiezel's apparition within his thoughts fades and withers, beginning to return to his human form. Gideon looks through the dream world as it reveals Thamiezel's tenderness, his love. He sees that Thamiezel had loved someone once. Her image is blurry and faded, her voice sounding far away. But as Gideon presses forward, he begins to see the memories of Thamiezel's original life. He sees Dipper and Mabel playing together, living as one. He sees Dipper's deeper, darker love for Mabel. Feelings that drove deep into his core. He sees the death of Dipper, only to realize that he had not died, but simply changed. He had become less than a thought, only to ascend into a powerful vampire. Gideon puts together the puzzle of who and what Thamiezel is. Gideon towers above the dreamscape as a massive, glowing red star. The dream world of Thamiezel fades away, having been conquered by Gideon. Thamiezel's body has been reduced to his child form, cowering and shivering amidst his overtaken mind. Gideon approaches the dream avatar, laughing triumphantly at Thamiezel's error as the childish body sobs before an iron doorway.

"Dipper Pines… no wonder you knew who I was… and your sister. Still beautiful after all these years. Don't worry. I'll take good care of her. She won't even remember you when I'm done with her."

"Gideon… please."

Thamiezel backs away from the towering star as Gideon approaches the doorway. The gate is sealed with hundreds of burning white chains. The language around the door is alien to Gideon, who now knows that the secrets of Thamiezel's master lie within.

"Gideon… don't… you have to stop."

"No one tells me what to do. Not anymore."

"Please… listen."

Gideon ignores Thamiezel's pleas as he approaches the door. He opens the seal and allows the gates to swing open. The dreamscape changes again and Thamiezel's inner mind is unveiled. A large library collecting all the knowledge Thamiezel has kept for himself lies within, stretching down for miles. Gideon enters the library as Thamiezel stumbles in. Gideon begins laughing within the dreamscape, having discovered Thamiezel's secrets. But he isn't the only one laughing. Zelestra laughs insanely and goofily as she appears within her brother's mind, their shared link allowing her into the depths of his soul. Thamiezel has also begun to cackle, hunched over and holding his belly. He slaps his leg as he approaches Gideon, who begins to feel the memories of Thamiezel's true insanity. The memories of the war at the beginning of days, the war that shattered the cosmos and threatened to ruin all of creation.

"This is going to be fun, right, brother?"

"I know. Will you watch from here or outside?"

"I'll be waiting outside."

Zelestra disappears from her brother's mind as Gideon begins to shake and fall apart.

"You should have listened, Gideon. But you had to open the doors in my mind. And within my greater memories, I have seen evil unmatched. The insanity from the greatest battle ever fought. Time to scream."

In the real world, the star of Gideon has begun to waver and fade. His hold over Zelestra fails. She falls down the tower of Gideon, smacking into the jewels and emerald idols before crashing into the ground. She reforms her body and looks up at the star, which begins to burn even brighter than before. Gideon's screams spread into every corner of the third sphere of Inferno. His slaves turn towards the star as it unleashes bolts of power, ripping apart the fabric of the third sphere and sending tremors and explosions throughout the realm. The barriers that had surrounded him begin to dissipate as his cries echo through the depths of Hell. The star explodes in a shockwave of light and energy. Zelestra is sent flying back towards the outer edges of Gideon's realm, crashing into the ground as Gideon's slaves are vaporized by the flames. The forest burns and dies while Stan's shack is ruined. Zelestra drags her way out of the dirt and looks upwards. Within the eerie glow of what was once the Star of Telepathy, Zelestra sees her brother. The powerful light of the Star of Telepathy fades within Thamiezel's body. He descends to the ground, looking around the giant crater left by Gideon's destruction.

"Wow. This place is going to need some renovating."

Thamiezel chuckles while flying out of the desolation and moving towards his sister. The twins embrace in a kiss. He looks into her eyes, his irises flashing with the power corrupted from Gideon.

"That was fun." Thamiezel says. He looks around the desolation. The spirits enslaved by Gideon have been freed. He begins pulling the souls towards him, looking through each one and devouring those he doesn't know. He at last finds the one he's looking for.

"Hello, Gran."

Thamiezel restores his grandmother to her youth. Her hair is long and wavy, and she's covered in a long, yellow dress.

"Wow, looking fine, Mrs. Pines." Thamiezel says slyly.

"Brother, eww."

"I know. I'm only joking."

Their grandmother looks blankly at them as her hands continue their movements of the factory. Thamiezel walks forward, pressing his head to hers. He begins restoring her sanity and thoughts, unraveling the madness and sealing it away. She shakes back into awareness. Her eyes dart chaotically throughout the mad realm. Dipper lets go of her, smiling as he pulls his hair up, revealing his birthmark.

"Dipper?!"

She drags him into a hug, squeezing him tightly. Thamiezel pats her on the back before returning to Stan's ruined shack. Wendy punches a hole in the debris, allowing Stan and Pacifica to crawl out and escape. They run up to the twins, looking over the devastation of Gideon's defeat.

"Wow. Fuck." Stan mutters.

"Yes. He seemed to come down with a sudden case of exploding. A common problem with fat little shits." Thamiezel says.

Stan sees his brother's wife. The one who's been captured for hundreds of years. He runs up to the twins' grandmother. He drags her into a hug as Wendy and Pacifica admire the wreckage. Cracks in the skin of the universe begin devouring the fragmented world, casting the pieces into the nothingness between dimensions. The wounded world begins to crumble into a growing darkness. Thamiezel kisses Wendy happily as Zelestra drags Pacifica into a hug. Pacifica melts into Zelestra's embrace, her knees nearly giving out as the vampire queen holds her companion tight and dips her down. With the rumor of Gideon's defeat spreading, the twins know that Mammon will soon discover their infiltration of his realm. Thamiezel prepares the escape, focusing his power on the portal he created in his throne room. The twins and their family vanish from the third sphere. They reappear within the throne room, leaving Inferno behind. Thamiezel erases the gateway, ensuring nothing follows them.

"Well, that went better than expected, my sister."

"Yes. I was worried we'd, like, have to fight the big demon lords."

"That would not be good."

The twins look towards their family and lovers.

"Thanks… thank you, Dip." Wendy says. She drags the vampires into a hug, holding tight and tearing at the eyes.

"Yes, and now we… we've got… it's on the tip of my tongue." Thamiezel mutters.

"What is it, Dip?"

"Not a word… it's a ugh, agh…"

Thamiezel begins choking and lurching. His lower jaw detaches and his cheeks burst open. Stan and the twins' grandmother gag at the sight. Thamiezel vomits out Gideon, who spreads across the floor of the throne in a puddle of goo and blood.

"Get that greasy garbage out of my system."

"Surprised you didn't vomit him out sooner, brother."

Thamiezel looks towards his opponent. He walks over and stares into the broken gaze of Gideon, whose sanity has been shattered by Thamiezel's disordered mind. Thamiezel begins kicking the body, crushing Gideon's ribs. Thamiezel continues kicking as his sister walks over next to him.

"This is good therapy. Want to try?"

"Yes, brother."

Zelestra and Thamiezel kick Gideon as their family and friends watch. They continue assaulting the pudgy blonde as the minutes pass by. Pacifica walks over and switches with Thamiezel, punting Gideon in the crotch until his testicles burst. Wendy switches with Zelestra, wailing away on Gideon's body. Thamiezel approaches next, switching with Pacifica and pounding and bashing about Gideon's mangled body like a punching bag. In another minute Wendy switches with Zelestra, then Thamiezel changes with Wendy, followed by Wendy switching with Pacifica and Thamiezel changing with his sister. Once they've all sedated their bloodlust, Stan approaches the pudgy mess and spits on the body. Gideon's torso has been caved in by the abuse and his legs have reduced to mangled, bloody stumps. His face is mashed and broken, bleeding and leaking pus. Thamiezel admires the mangled flesh before he restores Gideon's body to his original pudgy self.

"Well, that was fun. Now there's just one thing left to do."

Thamiezel lifts Gideon up by the neck.

"What are you doing brother?... You can't seriously be-"

Zelestra is cut off by the sound of Gideon gasping for breath. His eyes dart around in terror before focusing at the presence in front of him.

"Hello… little Gideon."

Thamiezel grins as Gideon jumps away and attempts to flee, but he's cut off by Stan and Wendy, who punch and pound him to the floor. The mad vampire approaches as Gideon cowers on the ground.

"You… you aren't Dipper! What are you?! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU?!"

"Oh, I am the same person who helped defeat Bill. The same one you allied with all those years ago… but I am far. more. angry."

Thamiezel turns around and walks away, allowing his Pacifica, Stan, and Wendy to corner Gideon.

"Wait! You can't do this!"

"Can and will!" Thamiezel shouts. Wendy grabs Gideon, bringing him up to eye level. She breathes fire in his face, searing off his eyebrows and burning his retinas. She throws him to the ground and sits over him, gouging into his eyes with her thumbs. She smiles sadistically while driving out squeals and pained cries from her enemy. She bursts his eyeballs with her thumbs, causing Gideon's blood to spew out onto the floor. Thamiezel restores the mad child and lets Gran attack next. The twins' grandmother kicks the pudgy human in the testicles hundreds of times, reducing him to a squealing mess on the floor. Zelestra and Thamiezel cackle maniacally while restoring Gideon again, letting Pacifica have her way with him. She walks over, grabbing him by the hair and pulling back, scowling at the whimpering man. She spits in his face and throws him to the floor, walking away.

"I don't need to waste anymore on him. Go ahead, Wendy."

Wendy growls, preparing to assault Gideon again.

"I… I'll do anything! Please!" Gideon begs.

"Well…"

Thamiezel walks up, holding his chin in thought. He crouches before Gideon.

"I have a friend with a tourist trap. He's short on staff at the moment."

"Yes! Anything! Just don't let them hurt me anymore!"

"Shake on it?"

Thamiezel extends his right hand, which ignites in blue flame. Gideon grabs Thamiezel's hand, sealing the deal with the vampiric god. Pacifica and Wendy both look surprised, figuring Thamiezel would be the last to want to release Gideon. Thamiezel winks at Wendy before teleporting the group to Bill Cipher Land. Wendy and Pacifica look around the mad theme park. A roller coaster flies overhead, coming off the rails and exploding in the distance. A bloody carousel filled with flaming, impaled, screaming horse heads attached to spiked bodies spins as corrupted theme park music plays, the pitch and volume switching randomly as the short-circuiting loudspeakers electrocute anyone who comes too close. The sky is pitch black despite the planet's star giving light and warmth. Long yellow cracks cover the sky, giving it the appearance of the universe cracking into pieces. Wendy and the twins look towards the mountain sized pyramid crackling with electricity on the horizon. Thamiezel twirls in place as he introduces Gideon to his new enslavement.

"Welcome, Gideon, to the greatest theme park in the universe. Known as-"

"Bill Cipher Land!" Bill shouts, cutting off his deranged friend while flying into view.

"Welcome, Pine Tree! How's it hanging?"

Bill displays a puppet of Thamiezel hanging from a noose. He spins the puppet around on his finger as Thamiezel laughs. Gideon cowers away in terror as Pacifica huddles closer to Wendy. Zelestra holds her companions protectively as Thamiezel speaks with his insane ally.

"So Bill, I was just chatting with my friends here."

"Who… omg, is that you, Ice Bag?!" Bill shouts, looking towards Wendy and Pacifica. Wendy growls at the mad creature.

"And Northwest! This is such a happy reunion. Isn't it? Come on. I know it is."

Bill hovers around Zelestra, Pacifica, and Wendy and drags them into a hug, giggling psychotically. Wendy and Pacifica cringe and push away from him. Bill turns towards Gideon, who's beginning to hyperventilate with the realization that Bill Cipher is the friend Thamiezel was speaking of.

"Little Gideon! So what have you been doing all these years?"

"He's the demon known as the Star of Telepathy. He tried to rape my sister, and he tortured our friends for the last eight hundred years. So I say he has a debt to repay. But I don't have any use for him, so I'm handing him off to you!"

Thamiezel and Bill Cipher laugh sickly as they eye Gideon menacingly. Pacifica and Wendy turn towards Gideon with a cruel glare. Wendy revels in the satisfaction of what will happen to Gideon, her lips curling into a twisted grin. Pacifica herself seems to enjoy the sight of Gideon panicking. The edges of her lips twitch upwards.

"Thanks, Pine Tree. So, Little Gideon, YOU'RE HIRED!"

Bill's eye becomes an infinite darkness as his yellow body morphs into dark, crimson red. The realm of Bill shakes and tremors with his laughter as he grabs Gideon's leg, dragging the screaming human into the depths of the theme park. The twins return the group to the throne room. Stan scratches his head while contemplating what he just watched.

"I just saw my arch-nemesis being dragged away to be tortured by my other arch-nemesis."

"Happy?" Thamiezel says.

"Kind of creepy, actually."

"Well, I'd figure eight centuries will be enough play time. Then I'll throw Gideon in the garbage somewhere."

Thamiezel turns towards Wendy and Pacifica. Pacifica sighs, her thirst for vengeance sedated.

"So, why are you friends with that psycho?" Wendy asks.

"Because he's more dangerous without his toys. Besides, I forgave him. Apparently he didn't intend to curse me. Just knock me out so he could beat me at his leisure."

"You… what?"

"Doesn't mean I trust him."

Wendy groans at her insane boyfriend. The twins snicker like mischievous hyenas at her frazzled state. Thamiezel claps his hands, taking the group before his family's mansion. Outside of the tower, the group realizes that it's night time. The stars shimmer far above. Zelestra looks up, admiring their beauty. Wendy's clothes have been restored, a jade plaid shirt and a white tank top with blue jeans.

"Why'd you give me new clothes?" she asks Thamiezel.

"Because our family just got out of lameville about five months ago. So they still have things like 'modesty' and 'morals.'"

Thamiezel gags mockingly before joining with his companions. The twins walk alongside Pacifica and Wendy. Their grandmother rushes past them, hurrying to the doors of the mansion. The twins come to a stop when they realize that Stan is no longer with them. He looks towards the mansion. Several lights flicker in the home and the sounds of chattering echo out of open windows. The twins walk back to their great uncle.

"He's… he's in there… Stanley."

"Yeah." Zelestra says.

"It's… it's been so long…"

"He still cares about you, Grunkle Stan. He's been waiting a long time."

"I… I just… shit."

"It's alright… no need to wait any longer. Come on."

The twins' grandmother has already rang the doorbell. She's greeted by her son. Her lips tremble and she cries, dragging him into a hug. Stan and the twins walk up with Pacifica and Wendy.

"Mom?!... shit… holy shit…"

She chuckles and moves away, kissing him on the forehead before stepping inside. The twins' father looks towards Wendy and Pacifica.

"Uh… who are you?" he asks.

"Pacifica Northwest."

Zelestra walks up to offer her father an explanation.

"Long story short, dad. Paz here was trapped and my bro and I both had feelings for her a long time ago. So here we are."

Pacifica drags the twins into a hug, kissing them both on the cheeks. Wendy steps up next.

"I'm Wendy, the twins' other girlfriend. Hey."

The family walks into the house as the twins' father scratches his head. He slumps to the floor and sits against the door, having just become used to the idea of the twins being together. The twins and their companions look around the home while Stan splits up, walking up the stairs. He brushes past someone who looks like Zelestra, save for her blue eyes.

"Hey Stanley." Bella says.

"I, uh, no."

"I, are you?"

"Yeah."

A wide smile forms on Bella's face as she hurries down the stairs to find her mother. Stan continues up to the second floor. Stan walks to the right, looking through the open doors. He finds his brother's room, filled with pictures of his family together. Pictures of the two of them before everything changed. He comes in and sits on the bed, his head turning down.

"What… what should I say?"

He hears a thud. His eyes move to the door to see a glass roll across the carpet. Stanley is waiting by the open door, looking over at his brother.

"Uh, hey." Stan says with a limp wave. Stanley dashes over and drags his brother into a hug. He laughs as tears begin pouring down his face.

"Stanford, you old dork… I love you."

"I… same."

Stan smiles, trying his best not to cry in front of his brother. In the living room, the twins sit down with their parents and Bella.

"Hello and, uh, who are you?" Pacifica asks.

"Bella, Mabel's kid."

"I… oh yeah… wow, I forgot. Shit."

"So where are you staying, Ms. Northwest?"

"Just call me Pacifica now… I… I don't have a home."

The four Hell-forged friends look towards the television, which Thamiezel switches over to the news. A green demon with black eyes holds a microphone in his hands.

"Word from the depths of the third circle of hell is that The Star of Telepathy has disappeared, presumably destroyed. His entire ring of slaves has also vanished. Lady Lilith is asking for information on two demons known as Pine Tree and Shooting Star. In local news, Bill Cipher features his latest attraction, a fat, seemingly human clown known as Pudgy the Pig Boy."

The camera switches to Gideon, dressed in shoddy overalls and poorly applied makeup and bright, thick lipstick. Gideon is paraded around onstage as aliens and demons throw darts and bottles of acid at him. He squirms and dances slowly, whimpering and crying.

"Faster, fat boy, or you go in the punishment hole!" Bill Cipher shouts.

"No, please! Not that!"

Bill Cipher growls as Gideon dances and frolics faster, his belly swinging from side to side as the audience mocks and insults him. The camera switches back to the demon in the news studio.

"Now to James Vandenberg with sports."

Pacifica and Wendy laugh at the absurdity of Gideon's torment. Zelestra sniggers as she turns towards her new girlfriends.

"You know, Paz… if you want, you can stay in the tower with us."

"I… really? It, like, won't be weird, having a human walking around your palace?"

"Nope. My brother and I can accommodate. You too, Wendy."

"Thanks. I'll stick around."

"Thanks… thank you." Pacifica says, sniffling as tears of joy form in her eyes. Pacifica and the twins slouch into the couch, watching the television. Wendy heads for the kitchen, looking for her favorite vices.

"You got beer or heroin?"

"We've got beer in the fridge. If you want the heavy duty stuff you'll have to go out shopping." Zelestra says.

"Thanks."

The twins sandwich Pacifica between them, falling down to the couch, exhausted from the insane battle in Inferno. Wendy returns from the kitchen, holding a can of beer as she falls against the couch, leaning into Thamiezel. Stanley and the twins' grandmother come into the large living room and sit down on the couch next to the twins. Stan walks over and sits next to them, stretching his back.

"Hey." Stan says.

"Hi." mutters Thamiezel.

"Yeah."

"So Stanley, any new films come out while we were away?"

"There was that one thing by Shakespeare and his demon friend. That was weird. Think the fellow ran out of ideas."

"Probably."

The twins relax as they embrace their lovers, falling down into the couch.

"I need a drink." Stan whispers.

"Fridge is down the hall and to the left." replies his brother.

Stan leaves the chair as the doorbell rings. Thamiezel opens the door with his mind, allowing Alice to enter the mansion. She walks into the room, looking towards the four companions.

"Uh, hello?" Alice says.

"Hi. I'm Wendy."

"Pacifica."

"And… you both just picked up two girlfriends in Hell, didn't you?"

"Yep." the twins reply together. Alice sits next to the twins in a rocking chair.

"So where's George?" Zelestra asks.

"He's with our kids and Waddles. Waddles took him for a ride a little bit ago."

"Did he have fun?"

"Yep. Apparently he always wanted to ride a dragon. Goofball."

"How was that Stanley Kubrick movie? We missed it over the months."

"It was good. Sad… but whatever."

"Neat… still hate me?" Thamiezel asks.

"A bit, yeah… Well, I just wanted to check up on you. Waddles said he felt you return. You look half dead, so I won't be keeping you up. I'll see you later."

Alice waves to the group and leaves. Zelestra leans her head against the arm of the couch, holding Pacifica's head to her chest.

Thamiezel leans between Pacifica's breasts, beginning to fall asleep. Wendy sits against the couch, yawning. She finishes her beer and crushes the can, leaving it on the table. Wendy smiles, moving down and resting her head on Thamiezel's chest. Thamiezel looks up, seeing his mother approach with a blanket. A tiny gesture, showing that she's attempting to breach the gap between them. Thamiezel smiles while Wendy takes the blanket, curling up on the couch. Stanley and his brother leave the mansion to tour the city. Bella turns the television off and walks out of the living room, returning to her room for the night. The four companions are left alone to relax after their near endless fighting in Inferno.

"So, Pacifica, Wendy, what should we do tomorrow?" Zelestra asks.

"I… I don't know." Wendy says. With the defeat and torture of Gideon, she has no other goals.

"You said Stanley Kubrick made another movie. Let's see that." Pacifica says.

"Alright, Paz." Thamiezel says.

"That's… okay." Wendy mutters. Wendy begins to fall asleep first. Pacifica, tired of the insanity, begins to fade away next. The twins are left awake, helping their friends keep their darker memories sealed away. Their thoughts turn towards each other. They realize that they've finished their tasks, their duty to their friends and family.

"So, my sister… no longer alone."

"Yes… I had always had a strange tingle for Pacifica. She's wonderful."

"I know. She will probably stay with you, though. She doesn't enjoy slaughter as much as I do."

"I enjoy it."

"I know. But you still have most of your humanity… Wendy and I, well, we're more instinctual."

"Yes… but Wendy is good. I think she just needs our help… perhaps these two will help us too. Help save our souls."

"Salvation is for goody two-shoes… but I hope they make our path less painful."

"They will. I love you, brother. Through everything, we are together."

"Until the end of all things and beyond."
