He broke her into a million pieces, snap snap snap, just like that. Snap snap snap. And she cried.

She's quite confused, scared and worried, but mostly she's sad. And she's still crying.

She was his little bundle of light, wasn't she? But now he's gone and left her. Died, they whispered. Your brother, they told her. Spiked his drink, they screamed into her ears, like terrifying voices of demons from hell. And she cried and cried and she cried.

She shines no more. She is no light. She's just as dead as he is.

(She cried because she loved him.)


author's note: I'll leave the pairing a mystery . . . This is a re-written version of my old story by the same name, and I must say, this is a pretty semi-decent bit of work for my 9-months-ago-self, compared to her other stuff. Good job, 9-month-ago-self.
