It was a quiet town up in the north of Amestris, the people of the town was mostly woodsmen living of and in the forest. Not much changed inside that particular town. That was why there was so much gossip when they had arrived. But in the townspeople's defend must be said that there wasn't any evil gossip only speculations as to why they had come there to their town.
They in this case were the Kimblee's, and they would have been gossiped about in any town. They had arrived at night, the tall and study built man lifting his short and pregnant wife of the train since the trains ladder had been broken. They had asked the shocked townspeople for a place to stay and had been told to go too the pub, which was the only place were there was possible for an out-of-towner to get a room. What had shocked the townspeople however wasn't the height difference (even to the fact that the husband was about a meter taller than his wife did lead to a few interesting questions) but the fact that neither of them was truly amestristian. The husband was Isbalian, with white hair and ruby red eyes, what had gotten him to move from the desert with his family? And the wife, she couldn't bee amestristian, not with those golden eyes? Who where they and what brought them here?
The townspeople never got answers to those questions, but they found that they didn't need them. The man, whom claimed that his name was Roke Kimblee, even tough everybody was sure that it wasn't an isbalian last name, turned out to be a hard worker. The day after they had arrived he had come to the supervisor of the woodcutters and asked for work. He was hired and the supervisor never had any reason to regret it, Kimblee might not bee used to neither cutting wood nor the cold, but he was strong and stubborn, and quite a hard worker. The wife on the other hand turned out to bee a nice and intelligent woman, who spent most of her time planning for the unborn child in her stomach. They did however get a conformance of their guess that she wasn't from Amestrist since she spoke t a bit weird, she had the right words and grammar but spoke them in an oldy short way.
Four mounts after they arrived their son was born, they named him Zolf Ji.
