Chapter 1: the beginning of Lily
Small cute and adorable 12 year old Lily twirled her hair nervously as her father Martin interestingly showed her his secret laboratory.
Martin's lab was filled with scientific books and scientific potions he had cooked up to do all different some to give you super powers others to turn you into a strong gigantic monster Lily was amazed.
Lily gazed at a small bottle filled with a crystal blue substance then quickly snuck it into her pocket before her dad turned around from checking his supplies.
That dark cold winter's night Lily sat alone on her bed studying the mysterious substance then quickly drank the whole bottle.
Hours passed and Lily lied helpless on her bed wrapped in a cocoon of bed sheets until she burst threw them excitingly fluttering her beautiful pink glittery wings like a butterfly.
Martin and his wife Maria screamed in shock when they saw there daughter fly in to there bedroom giggling and spinning around in the air. Ashamed at what he had done to his daughter and worried what other scientist would think Martin acted quickly a whipped out his dart gun and shot a dart into Lily's leg.
Lily fell limp onto the floor then was threw into an old potato sack by her father.
Martin and Maria drove as quick as lightning threw the traffic of Gotham City then as they turned right the car flew threw a lamp post then into a building causing Lily's parents to instantly die.
Lily escaped the burning car leaving her lifeless parents behind then flied threw the star covered sky to safety.
Lily woke up confused a Puzzled on the park bench then it all came flying back the wings the dart the car crash. Tears strolled down Lily's cheek until a kind fiery red haired woman caringly said "hello darling are you okay?"
"Yes I think so" Lily whispered as she rubbed her hands together for warmth
"I'm Pamela Isley but you can call me Ivy Poison Ivy, so what's your name"
"My name is Lily but you can call me Butterfly" giggled Lily
"Nice name Butterfly, are you hungry?"
"I sure am" replied Lily as she licked her lips with the thought of food
"Well you better come with me then".
Years went by and Ivy and Butterfly became like mother and daughter, Ivy taught Butterfly the art of crime and the important of the environment as Ivy showed Butterfly they were both the same unique and special but different compared to other normal people.
