This is inspired by the Marshall line, "She was like that when she first got her gun." That was a line from season 1. Enjoy!
"Stan are you sure it's a good idea to give her a gun?" Marshall asked Stan as he watched the new girl Mary.
"No. In fact, I'm almost certain it's a terrible idea." Stan said. Mary shot the gun at a target. She missed and the bullet hit Marshall's mug.
"Mary, why don't we put the gun down." Marshall said.
"No way. I don't know you but I sure as hell know that you don't know me so I'll introduce myself. I'm Mary Shannon and I give up nothing that gives me power." Mary said, stuffing the gun in her back pocket.
"Alright, moving on." Stan said, putting a hand on Mary's back carefully, as not to upset her.
"Woh, hold on Buck-a-roo. I never met you. Name?" Mary asked.
"I'm Stan McQuenn, Miss Shannon. I'm your boss." Stan said.
"My boss? No, I'm sorry. No bald-ie is the boss of me." Mary said.
"This bald-ie is." Stan said.
"Burn." Marshall said.
"OH SHUT UP!" Mary said, turning to look at this new Marshall guy that she worked with.
"Do you have a girl-friend?" Mary asked.
"Yeah." Marshall said.
"Lucky her." Mary said, sarcasticly.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Marshall asked.
"I feel bad that she has to deal with you." Mary said. "I still have the gun." She added.
Sorry that it was short.
