"Okay everybody! Gather round, and let's make sure we've got everything we need to make this surprise work!"

Finland was standing on top of the large table in the middle of the world power's conference.

Instantly, all of the nations and their colonies quieted down and came in closer to the little party-coordinator. Finland WAS the best party-planner there after all.

"Okie dokie then. England- you have the balloons?"

"Why couldn't I make the cake??? Is it something to do with my cooking abilities? Oh, well then I see how it is you little…"

"Alrightie then, England has the balloons and anger issues. Poland, did you and Lithuania remember the beverages?"

"Like, DUH!

Cried out the Pole.

"How about you Spain- do we have decent music?"

"Si Senor!"

"Good. France, do you remember what we asked you to do?"

France sighed disappointedly-

"I AM wearing pants aren't I?"

"I guess you are…Okay then- who are we missing…"

The door burst open and in scuffled Latvia and Estonia, both covering their heads with their hands. Russia followed, with his really big and scary metal pipe in hand.

"What did I miss?"

Yelled Russia, causing the two to run over to where Lithuania and Poland were standing, hiding behind their friends.

Next in came Germany, literally pushing the big birthday cake.

Now when I say big, I mean huge. Six feet tall and Three feet wide at least!

(North Italy was inside of the cake, ready to jump out. But, of course, he got stuck, and everyone forgot about him. Oops…)

"Wow Germany, you really outdid yourself this year!"

Finland helped Germany push the massive cake into place, while everyone else took to their hiding places behind the chairs.

China was crouched next to Austria when he said-

"Knowing them, they're probably going to be late-aru…"

"Shhh! They're here!!"

Whispered Switzerland sharply.

There was dead silence as the door creaked open.

"Hellloooo! Anybody home?"

Called out America loudly.

"Where is everyone, eh?"

Said Canada softly.

"SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Everyone jumped up from their hiding places.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Both of the twins were totally surprised (Canada actually peed his pants a teeny bit, and America almost punched Japan in the face before he realized that he wasn't being attacked)

But they ended up having the bestest birthday ever with their awesome-like-that friends!!!
