"Last…one…THERE!"
America cried out in triumph as the last Lego was placed precariously at the top of what resembled the Statue of Liberty.
America stood back, obviously pleased with his craftsmanship.
"All done!"
That thing had taken him hours to build.
He turned around, and headed to the door.
As he turned however, his foot landed right on an overturned Lego piece.
"OWWIIEE!!!"
He yelped, jumping on one foot and holding the other in his hands.
He jumped around in blind pain.
Bad mistake.
Of course, America bumped right into his Lego masterpiece.
Almost, as if in slow motion, he could feel himself fall forwards onto the Lego tower.
He could hear the Lego's cracking, and he threw his hands out to catch himself as he fell.
"Ooof!"
He grunted as his face contacted with the floor.
Snap!
"Ohhhh!"
He cried into the floor and banged his fist on the carpet.
America sat up, spat out the multiple Legos he had in his mouth, and searched the floor for his glasses.
He froze when his fingers felt the metal and glass.
"Oh no!"
He whispered sadly, picking up what remained of Texas.
They were bent a little, and one eye-piece was cracked.
Foot throbbing, America stood up shakily, and examined the damage even more closely.
He sighed disappointedly.
This would take a while to clean up.
