As I looked in my pockets I found on my breast pocket a pack of cigarettes when I open the pack I found a lighter and fourteen cigarettes and a note. The note said do not smoke these till the right time. I didn't know why I had cigarettes. I then checked my back pocket I found a red fiery stone it looked like there was true despair in side of it as I looked on in it I then couldn't breath as if the stone was suffocating me I threw it and I could breath again as I looked around me I was surrounded by dead soldiers. I was sitting on a old tree as I stood up I looked at my clothes and they seem not to fit with the clothes all the soldiers were wearing I seemed to be dressed in a long sleeve black shirt and jeans with sneakers. Why would I remember minuscule things like that everybody else seem to be dressed like Spartans at that moment I didn't think. I grabbed a sword, a shield, and chest armor and a helmet that fitted me when I looked I saw somebody standing a lone man in a samurai get up he had black hair and was in a ponytail he saw me and saw my new weapons he then said.
It looks like somebody survived.
he then unsheathed his katana and started walking towards me I started to get scared it looked like I was going to die without figuring out who I was as he started talking I zoned out when I came back to the world he said.
I'm mitsurugi who are you.
I said with a scared voice.
I'm hieremias scot carpere and if you want a fight I'm not going to die here prepare yourself.
Mitsurugi smiled and said.
At that moment it seemed you wanted to fight.
I couldn't help but to smile for some reason it felt like I was going to win. I ran in with my sword I thrusted forward with my sword he dodged. He slashed down with his sword I guarded I with my shield but the shield was weak his sword started to go in the shield but he couldn't get the sword out I told myself this is my chance I tried to stab mitsurugi but he dodged but I hit his arm, and he had left his sword in my shield I then dropped my weapon and pulled his sword out of my shield. I then said.
Give up mitsurugi your in check.
Mitsurugi said.
Don't get cocky I will still kill you.
I got pissed.
I'm going to kill you mitsurugi.
I ran in with his sword I slashed down and cut him I left a big gash in him.
I think I overdid it.
As I looked behind me I saw mitsurugi still moving I was surprised it seems nobody could survive a slash like that but this man could. he must've been the person who killed all the soldiers he was a remarkable fighter. I got lucky fighting him his sword got stuck in my shield that's the only reason I won. then my hands trembled I just remembered this man wanted to kill me I just turned around and kept walking. I then saw a decapitated man and I saw a bag. I picked it up it was filled with gold and jewels. I'll use these to buy me proper armor, sword, and shield that won't be cut I will survive this world to figure out who I truly am where I came from and to figure out this place.
