Greg's POV
Greg was just walking home from school, when suddenly his knees collapsed beneath him, and his vision began to swim and Greg blacked out.
Greg woke up in a room tied to a chair.
He had a gag over his mouth and blind-fold over his eyes, he had earplugs in his ears.
Someone pulled out the earplugs from his ears, and pulled the gag from of his mouth, and the blindfold from his eyes.
Greg instinctively gasped for breath, but the man in front of him immediately punched him in the face.
"Rule #1, Never speak without permission" said the man in front of him.
Greg saw a large man in front of him who looked like he could wrestle a full-grown hippopotamus.
Greg looked at the room he was in it was blank and featureless, the walls where white as well as the floor and nothing was on them no windows or doors.
The man took a syringe from his pocket and pressed it to Greg's arm.
Greg immediately went unconscious.
Artemis's POV
"Artemis, remind me why we are here?" asked Butler
"We are on the biggest operation of my life, a chance to get enough money to make the Fowl name memorable once again" said Artemis
"But of all people, why this boy, he seems as pathetic as they get" asked Butler
"I have my sources, and I know that this boy's parents are willing to pay a huge sum of money in ransom for their son" said Artemis
Artemis saw Greg walking home. "Fire!" said Artemis
Butler pulled out a tranquilizer gun and shot the boy, then Butler tied him up and loaded him onto the truck
