Doumeki stared at the ring in Watanuki's hand.
He stared at it and thought the only thing missing was a box, and Watanuki kneeling down on his knee then it could almost be like...
And when the spirit-like entity entered the barrier, he was still trying to fit the ring and looking at it, while Watanuki was almost panicking.
The monster came closer, and Watanuki hoped that Doumeki is already trying to do something with the ring, finding out the secret of it, and he turned to look--
--and found that Doumeki was still staring at the ring that was now at his pointing finger.
Watanuki lost all his calm and composure.
"You bastard!" The monster inched closer. "What the hell are you doing? Go and protect me damn it!"
As if broken from a trance, Doumeki released his bow, and shoot the monster, as if by instict. And after it disappeared, Doumeki asked Watanuki:
"Does this mean we're going steady?"
