Moments
There will be a time when we look back on this moment and smile, but that time is not now. Now, you are young, childish, and heartbroken and I am a fool. This moment. Right here. Right now. With you, trying so hard not to cry.
"I don't want my feelings to ruin our friendship." The look in your eyes tell me all I need to know and I try to not let it affect me.
"It won't, Ino." Because we are Shinobi of the Leaf. I am your team captain, and you, Yamanaka Ino, are my precious person. You smile and you let me think that I am making the right decision.
