AN/ That is an other quick One Shot. During the episode 5x12– Stakeout, Tony wants to change the partners in the stakeout. Why doesn't Gibbs want to?

A DIFFERENT STAKEOUT
Tony: Boss, can't we just exchange partners?
Gibbs: Why?
Tony: Because I can't be stuck here with McGeek.
Gibbs: You act like two little kids who argue for everything. How old are you, Tony?
Tony: 35
Gibbs: 35 what? Days or months? You act like a 5 year-old.
Tony: But, boss, please… Put me with Ziva. I will come on time, even 10 min before… I will observe at night... I'm going to do anything you say…
Gibbs: No.
Tony: Why?
Gibbs: I don't want Ziva pregnant at the end of the stakeout.
Tony tried to say something like 'why would you think so' with his 'innocent 'I don't know what you're talking about' face but is cut
Ziva: It's a little late for that.
Tony and Gibbs: WHAT?
Ziva: For weeks. I found out last week. I wanted to tell Tony one of these days. I'm actually surprised that you didn't notice anything, Gibbs. You're here with me every day.
Gibbs: I noticed that something was odd, but I never suspected that.
Tony slaps Gibbs.
Tony: You noticed that something was odd and you didn't tell me? You obviously knew that Ziva and I were dating. You should have told me.
Ziva: Calm down, Tony. It's no big deal.
Tony: The hell it isn't. I want to take care of you. Apparently I didn't do my job very good. I insist that we continue the stakeout together: me and Ziva.
Gibbs: All right. But no other activities than observation and talking.
Tony and Ziva: Understood.
Gibbs: I'll see you tomorrow.
A few minutes later
Tony: Get some sleep. Nothing will happen tonight.
Ziva: I don't want to sleep.
Tony: So you are pregnant.
Ziva: Yeah. There will be a little DiNozzo running here and there.
Tony: Come here.
She sits on his lap.
Tony: I love you.
Ziva: I love you too.
Tony: The bad think is that we promised Gibbs not to do any other activities, that talking.
Ziva: Have you ever heard of a specific body language that we both speak …
