ALONE: A CLANNAD POEM SERIES PART 2/3

To some, five years is not as long as it seems. To me, it's what has caused the destruction of my entity. I have been alone for this part of my life, having never raised my daughter and dealing with the lose of my wife. Then I heard a knock at my door, little was I preparied for what was in store. My little girl, of the age of five, was what gave me hope, to stay alive. From hotels to trains, to sitting indoors playing, while it rains. As I picked her up to start walking home, suddenly, I realized, I was no longer… Alone.
