A short, shitty little drabble I mustered in five minutes. I haven't bothered to spell check either, sorryyy.

After their win the New Directions, including Mr Schue, all returned straight to McKinley to put their trophy in the choir room. They all gathered to stand in awe in front of its gleaming form, as if it had been handcrafted by God Himself. After a while Mr Schue produced a stack of infamous red solo cups, and somebody slipped a CD in to the ancient player.

As the rest of the Glee club celebrated, Kurt stood alone, quietly sipping his drink and continuing to stare at the trophy unblinkingly. He felt a warm, familiar arm snug around his waist.

"Still can't believe that we won, huh?" Blaine uttered.

"Hm," was all Kurt replied.

"Hey," Blaine said softly. "Did I do sometihng wrong? You've been awfully quiet."

"It's nothing," Kurt muttered.

Blaine paused. "It's because I teased you about Svengoobles, isn't it?"

Kurt sighed. "Like I said, it's nothing." He placed his cup down on top of the piano and walked out of the room. Blaine hesitated a little before breaking in to a jog after him.

"Kurt," he called softly. Kurt paused halfway down the hall. "Come on," Blaine continued. "I was just fooling around. Why are you so scared of him, anyway?"

"It's stupid," Kurt sighed.

Blaine reached out to cup his hand around Kurt's cheek. "I'm sure it's not."

Kurt felt himself melt momentarily beneath Blaine's touch. "Fine," he said. "I'll tell you." He slid down the wall to sit down on the floor, and Blaine joined him. "When I was six my older cousins had a Halloween party. I was always really small for my age, not like I am now, so I got picked on a lot.

Anyway we ended up playing Blind Man's Bluff, and when it was my turn to be blind folded one of them shoved me in a closet with the lights out. It was so dark in there, even after I had took the blindfold off. It felt like I was in there forever, and eventually my Uncle came to find me, but he was dressed like a vampire and when he pulled the door open I wasn't expecting it and- and, it just scared me.

Like I said it's so stupid, but I was six and it was scary and there you have it; that's why I'm terrified of vampires."

Kurt took a deep breath then turned to look at Blaine.

He wore a smile, but it wasn't amsued or teasing. It was full of complete love. "Have I ever told you before how absoloutley adorable you are?" Blaine sighed.

Kurt blinked. "Okay. Not the reaction I was expecting, but..."

Blaine laced their fingers together. "We all get scarred by our childhood. In fact, I had a similiar experience myself with a man in a chicken suit. I'm still freaked out 'til this day. I'm sure Cooper is going to love telling you all about it when you meet him next week."

Kurt broke out in to a grin.

"Come on," Blaine said, dragging them both up. "Let's go and celebrate."

"Okay," Kurt agreed, continuing to grin like an idiot as they walked, still clutching on to one anothers hands, down the hall.

"And Kurt?" Blaine added. "If I ever get to meet any of your cousins, I'm going to kick their butt."

Before Kurt could respond, he noticed Quinn walking towards them. She was dressed in her Cheerios uniform and was grinning from ear to ear. "Hey boys," she said.

Blaine swivelled to look at her. "Looking good, Fabray!"

Kurt squeezed his fingers, a quick urge to hurry up, and they continued on down the hall together.
