It was autumn, it was the start of a great year, I knew that, but it turned out the way I didn't expect it to. It all started when I was on the platform between 9 and 10 a platform called 93/4, James was telling Albus that he might be in slythrin and to us that would be terrible. I was wearing my new Hogwarts robes; my dad said that I was like my mum when she was at Hogwarts. I was hanging around with my cousin Lily and my little brother Hugo having a discussion on what house they would be sorted into when they go to Hogwarts "when I go to Hogwarts I will be in Gryffindor" Hugo said lily said "you might not be"
"I will, Lily, I will" then my dad came over and said
"If you're not in Gryffindor, we'll disinherit you," then continued "but no pressure." My mum exclaimed "Ron!" Lily and Hugo laughed, I didn't and neither did Albus. My aunt and my mum told us "he doesn't mean it," I turned my head and I saw in the mist a group of three people, the boy looked a lot like the man apart from his hair colour then my dad gruffly said "make sure you beat him in every test, Rosie. Thank god you inherited your mother's brains."
James came up and said that he saw Teddy and Victoire snogging? 'Yuck!'. The next thing I knew was I was on the train. Then for the first time I was waving goodbye to my parents, my school and my muggle friends, but I was going to make new friends at Hogwarts. I sat with my cousins we talked about Hogwarts. The boy I'd seen early opened the door and said "can I join you everywhere else is full" me and my cousins exchanged glances Albus being kind said "of course!" I kicked him in the leg. We sat there until the boy said "what are your names?"
"This here is Rose, This is Albus and, I am, James" he finished with a dramatic pose. He was getting on my nerves so I pushed him of the chair. We all (except James.) burst into laughter. We all asked at the same time "what house do you want to be in?"
"Gryffindor, if I was being honest. Slythrin sounds sour."
