Introduction
I was walking down the street at midnight looking for something to do. I had just got kicked out of my girlfriends house. I tried ringing my parents but they didn't answer. "Fuck!" I screamed at no one in particular. I ran my fingers through my hair frustrated. Just then I saw a blinding light down the street. "The hell." I said while walking towards the light. As I got closer the light got brighter. When I got to it I had to put my hand in front of my face. I put my free hand in the light and pulled it back quickly for it disappeared. While the light was faded I worked up more courage and ran through the light. The last thing I saw was a blinding light and grass.
I woke up and looked around. "Where am I?" I said while getting up. It had just started to rain so I ran to what looked like a platform. I quickly got under the platform and sat down on a bench. I sighed and took out a pack of cigarettes and lit one up. "At least these didn't get wet." I took a drag and looked in the sky. I checked my watch and the watch read 5:50. "Fucking hell man how long have I been out?" I said while taking the last drag of my cigarette. I threw the butt in the rain and watched the flames slowly dye out.
I put my lighter and pack in my pocket and laid down. Not to go to sleep but to rest. I closed my eyes and went into a dreamless sleep.
"What is it?!" "It's a monster!" "I'm calling the ZPD!"
"Stop yelling I'm tryi-"I tried to say but when I looked there way I instantly froze up. "Y-you're all walking… And t-talking. What the hell?!" I ran away. I kept running until I saw an alley way and ran straight into it. "What the hell is going on man? First I get kicked out of my girlfriends house and now there's talking animals!" I sighed and pulled out a pack of cigarettes. I lit one and put the pack back in my pocket. I took a drag and pulled out my phone. "Fuck It's dead!" I said harshly. I sighed I needed some time to adjust to my new setting so I pulled my hood over my face and walked to the sidewalk. I saw multiple animals that were walking by. Some in suits and some in a normal attire. I kept walking around until I heard my stomach growl. I saw a fast food restaurant and decided to walk in. It was very similar to Mcdonalds so I ordered a large fry. "What kind of money is this?" The cashier said. I silently cursed under my breath and took the money back. I was looking around for a person to rob. I saw a wealthy looking wolf. I followed him until we came close to an alley. I punched him into the alley and pinned him down. "Give me all your money and no one gets hurt." Before I got the money I heard sirens and took off into an abandon house.
