Newt scamander was in his quiet boy always was when he turned 18 he joined the army along side his older brother who was on the front lines , newt was moved to the eastern front with the dragons which was an difficult job. As Theseus to himself he had battled dark wizards and now they were looking for survivors , as he knew his brother was out near the eastern front he asked his superior if he could go and help withe the dragons h just wanted to know off his brother was okay. As the very young newt Scamander was battling he had got into an difficult fight with another dragon trying to calm the creature down one of the enemies has arrived on an fellow dragon. Newt being newt wanted to save as much dragons as he could it was hard before he knew it. Newt had been hit by someones spell which knocked him right on his back as he was winded he clutched onto his stomach noticing he had landed on something sharp realising it was an broom stick which had been broken and pieces of it had been jabbed into newts side. Newt tried to get up but all came out was an scream
Theseus was running now he had heard that scream anywhere the first time was when newt had been knocked over into an fence by one of his creatures and he had hit his head . Theseus had finally arrived at the scene it was dark gloomy place the battle filed the fields were dark and the you could hear shouting and creaming were the dragon pit was , Theseus ran down to were he could see newt he looked so young his hair was wild in an mess and he was clutching his side he laid on the ground as Theseus ran over as he saw the enemy was about to cast an spell at his injured brother he shouted an spell and the man flew back . Theseus had finally reached his brother and knelt down as he saw they were to close to the dragons newt could get stood on . As Theseus looked at him and said " hello little brother " he had tears in his eyes as he saw his brother hurt he was suppose to protect him especially when Newt was an kid . Theseus was an couple of years older and didn't get expelled like newt as he looked up and grabbed his brother side putting pressure on the wound newt was already losing blood fast they needed an healer.
Theseus sighed as he said ' can you stand up ' as newt looked at his as he was groaning in pain and nodded . As Theseus lifted him up from the ground newt screamed again it was piercing though Theseus ears he kissed his brother head and said " Lets go home " as he knew newt was to weak to break to base he had to come up with an idea as his brother began to go limo ' NO NO , come on newt wake up `" newt looked up and said " Theseus I'm scared ... ' as he heard his name Theseus turned around and it was graves his friend who stood there and said ' Scamander what do you think your doing " as he finished his sentence he saw an younger version of it looked like the younger Scamander and it was he ran down to them " I need your help he's going to die if we leave him down here for longer "Theseus said in an worried voice as , Graves nodded and said ' Base is just up there " as graves grabbed the younger scamanders arm and put it around his shoulder as they felt newts body grow weaker as the weight became more and more ' COME ON NEWT WERE NEARLY THERE , NEWT WAKE UP , WERE HERE COME ON NEWTON ' newt could hear this as the pain was taken over to darkness .
They reached base and Theseus had his little brother in his arms newt had collapsed about 5 mins to base as he looked down at his little brother his breathing was getting shorter as he was worried . Graves shouted for an healer now as an few of them spotted the Scamander brothers they rushed over taking newt from the older brothers arms . As they asked thesues to step out for an second he was an mess seeing newt in his army outfit with blood seeping though his shirt " NEWT HANG On I will be right here" he whispered to his brother in his ear before graves pulled him away ' NO , I've got to stay with him please he's my brother " as graves felt the older Scamander brother try and reach his brother .
After an couple of hours they had managed to fix newts injuries and Theseus was waiting in the waiting room was asked by an healer if he was bleeding he replied " its not mine " noticing that he had his brothers blood on him he rushed to the toilet and cried and threw up how could he have let his brother go to war . mother and father will kill him , thesues had walked into newts room seeing his side bandaged up and his ginger hair fell onto the back of the pillow as he drew up an chair and held his brothers hand . Newt was out for an couple of days and thesues was getting worried about his younger brother . In the middle of the night he had his legs up on the table and fell asleep he heard an cough . newt was waking up , newt could remember getting hit and his brother being there after that everything was an blur to him . Newts green eyes were looking at his brother " thesues " as thesues kissed him on the top of his head " I'm hear brother I'm here " as he smiled and tears fell onto the pillow .
After the events of the war the Scamander brothers was sent home to recover as they walked to Scamander mansion and opened the doors as thesues smiled seeing his parents as newt was using an walking stick his side was still hurt and he carried his case in his other hand as there mum had prepared dinner they all finished and newt headed to his case as he was feeding his creatures he had to leave behind and his mother had looked after them . Thesues knocked on the door newt said ' its open " as the older Scamander smiled and said " you okay ? " as newt looked up and said " never better "
