Nina had a rough childhood between losing her parents and suffer a great injury herself This is her story...
It was Nina's 3rd birthday and she was excited to be visiting her Gran (as she calls her). "Mommy" Nina asked innocently "what is it Nina" she asked sounding annoyed "will you sing happy birthday" she asked excitedly "Nina why would I do that?" Her mom asked "because I'm three and you and daddy always sing the birthday" Nina's mom started to cry. "Oh Nina I love you so much" she sobbed "I love you too mommy why are you sad?" Nina asked innocently not realising what was happening.
Nina and her parents set off on their long drive. The car in front stopped and her parents couldn't stop the car they crashed tumbling down a hill "mommy" Nina cried but both of her parents were dead "mommy daddy please wait up you can't go to sleep now you have it wake up" Nina sobbed. Many hours passed and Nina was still stuck under the heavy weight of the car. A man was out walking a dog with his wife and they saw Nina shaken up and cold. They called the police and an ambulance. They were told that the emergency services couldn't get there for two hours.
The man waited by the car with the dog and the woman took an unconscious Nina to her cottage. She laid her on the couch. A few hours later Nina woke up una wear of what just happened she wasn't fully awake so she wasn't making much since but when she finally did say something that made since it broke the lady's heart. "Mommy can Gran make extra cookies so daddy doesn't get too hungry?" Nina asked the woman felt a tear fall down her face "that poor girl has no one left" the lady thought to herself. Nina sat up and wrapped her hands around the woman "mommy I'm scared the bad people got us just like the got daddy" she sobbed "it's OK" the woman says "I wanna go home mommy please" she cried she looked up at the woman "you're not my mommy" she said quietly. "I'm sorry I'm not what's you're name" the woman asked soothingly "the bad man don't let him take her please don't l-let him take my mommy" she says "what?" The woman asked "first he took daddy he told me that he was just sleeping and then he tried to take mommy but I wouldn't let him but then he hit me and I fell asleep" the woman stared "Jesus what happened then sweetie" she asked trying to seem calm. "Mommy woke up and sat next to me she told me I would be OK and kissed me on the head but I didn't see her anymore I just saw the bad man" Nina said shivering all over. "How old are you what's your name tell me something" the woman asked "I'm Nina and I'm three mommy and daddy say I'm very good at talking and I have big vocabrary" she said shyly "oh I'm Julie" the woman smiled "that's a blueliful name" Nina said staring up at Julie. "Oh thank you Nina you have a lovely name too" Julie smiled Nina looked up at her "when can my mommy come back?" She asked wide eyed Julie picked Nina up and started to cry. "Oh Nina I'm so, so sorry" she cried cradling Nina in her arms.
