"Why are you doing this?"
"Because you're human."
Kur sat on his throne, thinking about that small conversation he had with one of the humans before he killed it.
Now that Kur thought about it, he believed he knew the humans name, but he wasn't sure. She had been a girl. Her skin had been olive-toned, her eyes a dark but fimiliar color. She had worn arabic clothes.
And she had stared at him as if he was the only thing important in the world, no matter that he was trying to kill her... it.
"Why are you doing this?"
He had wondered that a lot too, lately. Why was he doing this?
"Because you're human."
But he was human too, wasn't he?
He had killed the human girl, simply because it was human, but he was human too, and he wouldn't kill himself, would he?
"Why are you doing this? Zak, please. I beg of you..."
The girls voice rang loud and clear in his head. No, he wouldn't kill himself, he was Kur, not some foolish human like Wadi.
Wadi. That had been her name, they had been friends once.
But Kur didn't need friends.
As an evil smile spread on his face, Kur couldn't help but feel happy at what had been done today.
And while Zak was locked back safely inside his own head, leaving Kurs thoughts without any trace of regret once again, he realized why he did this.
"Why are you doing this? Zak, please I beg of you..."
"Because your human." Kur bent down, picking wade up by the collar of her shirt. "And humans have done nothing for me, except for kill my family."
So, this kind of popped into my head (I'm having really dark fanfiction thoughts right now, gheghe. First 'Because I am Kur' and now this? Really bad off me, since when do I write depressing stuff?
Well Anyway.
So this is a little inside on Kur's thoughts if he got controll of his and Zak's body. This shows that Kur truly did see the Saturdays as his family, so when they died, he became all evil and Zak was left locked inside his own head while Kur destroyed the world.
I got the idea from the episode in which Zak fights Tsul'Kalu and there is that shot in which Zak walks towards a man and he's like "Please! Why are you doing this?!" And Zak anwsers: "Because your human." Truly, it was just Tsulies fear and still it was the most badass Zak moment ever!
I don't own the Secret Saturdays.
