Phoenix read the letter over and over at least twelve times he couldn't believe it he was still fairly new to being a lawyer and yet he was given an apprentice who be at his office something he didn't need right now what with his new case the Dumont killing according to the police reports that Toby Dumont John Dumont the victim caught Hamilton Johns son standing over his fathers body if it were black and white Hamilton would be the murderer but it wasn't black and white and Phoenix needed to find the truth or Hamilton be sentence to death row
"Phoenix we're back with Robin" said Maya walking threw the door with her younger sister and a nerdy looking girl who look like she was more of high school or early college "Nice to meet you Mr. Wright" said Robin shaking Phoenix hand "Uh nice to meet you to Robin was it" he asked "Yes sir I know my appearance is misleading but once I can get my first check I'll be getting business clothes to wear" said Robin bowing "Okay Maya show her where she'll stay so I can get back to the case" said Pheonix "A case I can help" said Robin "No just rest for now after all you just got back here from Harvard in America" said Pheonix "Oh don't worry I never really get jet lag" said Robin "No look your new to this and I rather not fail this case by letting you help" said Pheonix "Oh okay" said Robin following Maya who glared at Pheonix as she led Robin to her room "Don't worry I'll get you history on everyone in the Dumont case you can atleast help with research" said Maya "Thanks Maya" smiled Robin placing her bags on the bed and staring at the roon plain and white lacking life as it would seem
