A first for me and I think a first for too. I just believe these two would make an incredibly cute couple. Anyway, it's femme-slash, as per usual, but it's Jo/Stevie instead of Jam. Stevie Moss didn't know what was going on. After the case where she was on the run with her ex, Rob Towler, she'd felt herself growing increasingly closer to fellow DC, Jo Masters. She'd trusted Jo enough to give her name as the false name on the forged passport, although she was shaking as she forced out the name: Joanne Masters. She made sure anyone connected with the case would only speak with Jo. It wasn't just that though. She felt like she was falling for her. Head over heels…yep, Stevie was in love with Jo.
Jo also felt different around Stevie. She was very protective of her now, definitely. The young DC was definitely growing closer to her, feeling like a little sister. Jo just looked after her really. Making sure she was okay, and safe, and that cases weren't either getting to her of getting too complicated for Stevie's young mind to handle. She just looked after her. But Jo knew it was a feeling she didn't experience very often making her act this way. She…loved…Stevie.
Going for a drink, together, seemed the perfect idea to be away from the station and of course the team, for an intimate, private chat. Stevie's bubbly, cheery nature was on fire that evening. After grabbing herself a gin and tonic and a vodka and orange for Stevie, Jo slid into the seat next to her, smiling at the blonde.
